| Paula Patton: 'Mission: Impossible 4' Female Lead! Posted: 01 Sep 2010 05:22 PM PDT  Paula Patton has joined the cast of the highly-anticipated fourth installment of the Mission: Impossible series! The 34-year-old actress, who was most recently seen in Just Wright, beat out Kristin Kreuk and Lauren German for the coveted role, according to Deadline. Paula will play a young operative alongside Tom Cruise’s Ethan Hunt. The film will also reportedly not be called Mission: Impossible 4, in hopes to make this film a reboot of the series. It was recently announced that The Hurt Locker’s Jeremy Renner will also star in the film and will hopefully carry the series once Tom leaves. We loved Paula in Precious and can’t wait to see her in a totally different role!  |

Kanye West recently confirmed to NY radio host Angie Martinez that he and Amber are no longer together. “It was an amazing time and it came to an end,” Kanye said. “One of the greatest things that she showed me was just to be a nicer person.”  |

The show will kick off season two with their own rendition of Jay-Z and Alicia Keys‘ hit song “Empire State of Mind” - now we know what the cast was up to when they filmed wearing NYC tees! And, Vulture adds, we may be hearing the song throughout the season: “There’s a good chance we’ll be hearing the song again,” Fox marketing president Joe Earley said.

Posted: 01 Sep 2010 02:50 PM PDT  Halle Berry is all smiles as she hosts a luncheon for the Jenesse Center at Ron Perelman’s home in East Hampton, New York on Sunday (August 29). The 44-year-old actress and Revlon Global Brand Ambassador shared at the luncheon that she began to volunteer at the center thirteen years ago after she was sentenced to perform 250 hours of community service for leaving the scene of an accident. Since then, Halle has become a huge supporter of the organization and now serves as the chairperson for Jenesse’s Year of Giving Campaign. FYI: The event was also hosted by Alan T. | Hayden Christensen: Katsuya Dinner Date Posted: 01 Sep 2010 02:20 PM PDT  Hayden Christensen and a mystery male dine out at Japanense restaurant Katsuya on Tuesday (August 31) in Los Angeles. The 29-year-old Canuck cutie certainly had something to celebrate. His new movie Takers took the No. 2 spot at the box office over the weekend with a cool $20 million! The Last Exorcism took the top spot with $1.3 million more. FYI: Hayden is wearing a a pair of Creative Recreation "Pilotto" Shoes. He wore the same ones in brown while in New York City last month!  |
