News earlier this week.  This will be Eve's first marriage while Maximillion has four children from his previous marriage.   Want a glimpse of the ring? DEPARTING FLIGHT: Will & Jada Pinkett Smith ALL SMILES On Way To Dubai For New Year's Eve Posted: 31 Dec 2013 06:27 AM PST Will and Jada Pinkett Smith were spotted at LAX yesterday where they boarded a flight to Dubai.  See more pics inside.... Hollywood power couple Will & Jada Smith were all smiles as they entered LAX to board a flight bound for Dubai yesterday. It's been an interesting year for the couple who've battled divorce rumors, the disappointing box office performance of "After Earth" and the death of "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" producer Jeffrey Pollack.  Jada posted a moving message on Facebook about the death: "My husband lost a friend today. It hit me how often I forget that nothing lasts forever, especially life. Today, I am blessed to be surrounded by the love of my family and friends, and I have been reminded not to take that for granted. My condolences to the family and friends who lost a husband, a father, a son and a good friend today. Honor and cherish what and who you love because nothing is immune from impermanence. Love. J."   In spite of the bumps in the road, we're sure the couple are excited about their prospects in 2014.  In addition to producing Queen Latifah's hit talk show, Will is expecting big box office success with his next film, "Focus", which he shot in New Orleans this summer.      Photos via Splash News

Last night, photographers outside of club AV in Hollywood snapped him leaving the club with a carload of chicks who WERE NOT pleased to be photographed.  But this wasn't Taye's first night out.....it was actually the end of a long weekend of partying.   On Friday, Taye partied so hard at Hooray Henry's in West Hollywood that he sweated right through his T-shirt.  Someone should give the brother a good antiperspirant!   Also spotted....... CRY ME A RIVER: Was NeNe Leakes TOO Harsh With Her Opinion About Cynthia Bailey's PARENTING SKILLS? Posted: 30 Dec 2013 12:05 PM PST On last night's episode of "RHOA", NeNe Leakes brought Cynthia Bailey to tears as the two argued about "teen dating" and parenting techniques.  SPEAK ON IT inside.... Fans of "RHOA" saw besties Cynthia Bailey and NeNe Leakes engage in an explosive argument last night that brought Cynthia to tears.  The fight stemmed from Cynthia's decision to allow her 13-year-old daughter Noelle to date.  NeNe (who has two sons) took a strong stance against Noelle dating...saying she's too young.  The two ladies drew a line in the sand and the fight began...... On Twitter, Cynthia responded to the episode and the big fight....    Meanwhile, NeNe used her Bravo blog to defend her "harsh" delivery.... Parenting doesn't come with a handbook. We all do the best we can, and we do what works in our personal households. On to Cynthia: I talk to Cynthia almost every day, in fact several times a day. Cynthia is very clear on where I stand about teenage dating (13-year-old dating to be exact)! This was not Cynthia's first time hearing me say that. In fact I have said it many times to her. I think it's too young, and I won't be changing my opinion EVER! Not for Cynthia, not for you, not for anybody! I think it's OK for friends to agree to disagree. It's also OK for friends to have various opinions with respect to child rearing. I think we are both great parents. I just think we have different ideas on what parenting is. If you don't want to hear others’ opinions, don't bring up the topic that you find to be sooo touchy!  Cynthia also said she would rather be picking up Arthur than picking up a grand baby. Were you trying to throw shade, Cynthia? Well it didn't work, because I would rather my 13-year-old pick up a book than the telephone to plan their next date! Ladies, next time know the difference between an opinion and judging! I wasn't judging, because I am not a perfect parent, but I do my very best when it comes to my boys. I was just thinking about that outburst of a cry. It sure did come out of nowhere! Maybe Cynthia was dealing with something else? Ummhmm... When I judge you, you will know it! BREAKING: Dwyane Wade CONFIRMS He Fathered A Baby Boy OUTSIDE Of Relationship With Gabrielle Union, Gabby RESPONDS To Critics "Work On Yourself" Posted: 30 Dec 2013 11:52 AM PST Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade popped the question to Gabrielle Union last week, but now there are reports that he had a baby boy OUTSIDE of their relationship.   Get the deets on Dwyane Wade's youngest son inside... According to ET News, Miami Heat baller Dwyane Wade has fathered another baby boy!  Now, we all know Gabby isn't pregnant...so that means...yea. Apparently the two took a break from one another and in that time D. Wade got a chick pregnant. It's being reported that Gabby was made aware of the child BEFORE the engagement and they have worked through this issue privately.  So who's the mother? That's a mystery for now. All we know is that the mystery woman and D. Wade have known each other "for many years."  It's important to note that Dwyane and the mother are on good terms and ET News says he recently spent time with his youngest son.  We do find it a bit odd that the new baby boy doesn't appear in the holiday photos that Gabby and D. Wade just shot with Wade's two sons Zaire & Zion and nephew Dahveon.  Meanwhile......Gabrielle has addressed the news on Twitter by asking critics and haters to "work on themselves" before pointing the finger at Dwyane and their situation.    It's great to see that Gabby has already accepted Dwyane's new son and has moved on.  We've sure her lifestyle expert and bff AJ Johnson (who joined her on a recent girls getaway) played a part in this.   In other Gabby/Dwyane news, they told ET that they plan to wed in September 2014. BREAKING: Michael Vick's Brother Marcus Vick ARRESTED Yet Again! Posted: 30 Dec 2013 10:23 AM PST Michael Vick's younger brother Marcus Vick can't seem to keep his butt out of trouble! He was arrested again this morning in Georgia.  Find out what the former college QB did after the cut... Eagles back-up quarterback Michael Vick has some serious talking to do with his little brother Marcus Vick (shown above in a prior mugshot). The troubled-younger sibling was arrested early this morning because police believe he was driving while under the influence of marijuana. The 29-year-old former Virginia Tech quarterback (who has had numerous encounters with law officials in the past) was pulled over in Georgia around 2:30am while driving a 2013 Lexus LX570 with expired tags. TMZ reports cops smelled marijuana and booked Marcus for DUI.  SMH..... Story developing...     Photo via AP

Beyonce Under Fire For Sampling NASA's Challenger Tragedy Audio In 'XO' + More BTS Of "Self Titled" Mini Doc Posted: 30 Dec 2013 10:09 AM PST With every Beyonce move comes controversy. Bey is under fire now for sampling audio from NASA's space shuttle Challenger tragedy on the intro for her song 'XO.' Read the deets inside...  After partying hard with her hubby Jay Z in Atlanta this weekend , Bey is now facing controversy for using audio from NASA's 1986 Challenger explosion in her "XO" video, which she shot at Coney Island, a few months ago, alongside Ty Hunter and Jourdan Dunn.  .  A little backstory......On January 28, 1986, NASA's Challenger space shuttle exploded 73 seconds after liftoff from the Kennedy Space Center. All 7 crewmembers were killed. Beyonce used (now retired) NASA public affairs officer Steve Nesbitt's voice on the intro for her song 'XO' where he says, "Flight controllers here looking very carefully at the situation. Obviously a major malfunction." NASA employees and Challenger family members feel that using the audio clip opens fresh wounds and mocks the crew's sacrifice.  In response to the controversy, Beyonce released an exclusive statement to ABC News about the "Challenger" audio: “My heart goes out to the families of those lost in the Challenger disaster. The song ‘XO’ was recorded with the sincerest intention to help heal those who have lost loved ones and to remind us that unexpected things happen, so love and appreciate every minute that you have with those who mean the most to you.  “The songwriters included the audio in tribute to the unselfish work of the Challenger crew with hope that they will never be forgotten.”   In other Bey new, Mrs. Carter also released Part 4 of her mini documentary giving insight into her recently released self-titled album. In this segment, Beyonce talks about how she handled motherhood and recording her new album. She also talks about bringing all the writers she wanted to work with to the Hamptons and how she was breastfeeding between being in the studio and creating a fantasy that WAS NOT happening in her life.  Bey even revealed that she weighed up to 195 punds during her pregnancy with Blue Ivy.
