New Original Glee Song From Season Finale!!! Posted: 13 May 2011 12:50 PM PDT OMG(lee)!!! Attention Finnchel fans: Lea Michele and Cory Moneteith have a duet in the finale of Glee…and nothing hurts. The season finale of Glee is going to be pretty epic. All the pieces are in place for the perfect episode: a trip to New York, a guest-spot from a Broadway legend and now, an original duet from the core couple of the show! Check out the video (above) to hear Rachel and Finn harmonize into your Gleeky hearts with this new song, Pretending! We've forgotten how much we liked their duets! It's kind of pretty! And judging by the lyrics, all you crazed Finnchel fans might be getting the reconciliation that's been a dozen or so episodes in the making! Joy! Bliss! Glee! HA! Thoughts, fellow Gleeks?

Nick And Mariah Get A Visit From Child Protection Services In The Hospital! Posted: 13 May 2011 12:40 PM PDT So sad that they have to worry about this kind of nonsense during what should be such a happy time! Nick Cannon recently revealed that after he and his wife, Mariah Carey, welcomed their twins last month, they were contacted by child protection officers because of allegations that the couple were drinking and doing drugs in the hospital! He explains: "Recently, the Child Protective Services were called with allegations that there was some drinking and drugs and all that going on, wild in the hospital, which makes no sense to me - how would a hospital allow that? It all started when a nurse suggested to my wife that if you drink Guinness, the dark beer, the yeast improves breastfeeding… I don't know if someone heard that, but then they were saying my wife was drinking beer. People will do anything to try to conjure up a story. Then when I spoke to the person from Child Protection Services, (they said), 'This is ridiculous, we're going to make sure this isn't the case'. To even have to deal with that, my wife in the state that she's in, we're in the hospital, to even have to think about someone possibly wanting to investigate your children… it's sad at the end of the day. There's been photographers actually in the hospital posing as different people or (people) trying to get pictures of the kids, which is really sad when you think about people trying to make a buck off newborn babies." Such a shame! Everyone deserves at least a LITTLE privacy, especially during these kind of circumstances! They're new parents! Give them space, people! Here's hoping that all the nonsense with protective services has been resolved, and you two can just focus all of your energy on your two precious little children! Congratulations again, guys! NKOTB posed for some pics before departing Miami and hitting the high seas on Thursday. Joey, Jordan, Donnie, Jonathan and Danny will be mingling with some of their most devoted fans while relaxing and having fun on the Carnival Destiny cruise ship. Vanessa Hudgens was recently spotted at a Calvin Klein event at the Cannes Film Festival last night, and overheard telling friends that she's relocating to New York City full-time! A source explains: "She was super excited about it. She was also excited to hang with Rosario Dawson. The girls are working together soon." Random! Inneresting! Uganda Committee Wants To Keep Death Penalty In Anti-Homosexuality Bill Posted: 13 May 2011 11:40 AM PDT This is not good, Uganda. While we were expecting to hear that the death penalty had been stripped from the anti-homosexuality bill in at least a small step in the right direction, we're hearing that that isn't the case anymore: According to the report, MP David Bahati, author of the legislation that was first introduced in October 2009, reportedly told the committee that the death penalty could be stripped from the bill. The committee, however, decided to keep the death penalty, by rewording the provision to match the current penal code making "aggravated defilement" punishable by death. The Ugandan Parliament's Legal and Parliamentary Affairs Committee will recommend the version of the Anti-Homosexuality bill that retains the death penalty for acts of "aggravated homosexuality." The committee's report does remove some provisions, but adds criminal penalties for "conducting a marriage ceremony between persons of the same sex." The bill has been publicly condemned by our State Department and other countries abroad. And of course, we don't support it either. Even if the harshest punishments are removed, the bill itself still remains discriminatory. Bahati argues that everything is done with the Democratic process, so there can't be anything wrong with it. Making people fear that their human rights could be viewed as illegal and punishable by death seems like there is everything wrong with it. We hope there are changes coming for Uganda.
