The producer is being sued by a woman in Atlanta for back child support after the results of a paternity test were revealed.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Margaret Dorsey ordered JD to pay Sarai Jones $2,500 a month and an additional $7,500.   

But JD may have a hard time paying that.  He seems to be facing financial troubles as WSB-TV obtained records from the Georgia Department of Revenue, saying that he owes the state more than $493,000 in back taxes for 2007.

But if Kelly's remix is a hit, he should be able to get caught up.

This year, Beyonce Knowles will be center stage receiving the night's top honor at the Billboard Awards on May 22.  Find out what she will receive inside, and get deets on Whitney Houston being banned from Prince concerts and Common and Jill Scott at the White House.

 

The Queen Bee of music will receive the 2011's Billboard Millennium Award during the show's May 22nd broadcast from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.  The show will be hosted by Ken Jeong and features performances by Cee Lo Green, Nicki Minaj, Pitbull, The Black Eyed Peas and Rihanna. 

Perhaps the singer will perform 'Run The World (Girls)' from her fourth studio album due later this year.

 

Also in music....

 

Whitney Houston seems to have lost her purple privileges as TMZ reports she has been banned from future Prince concerts.  It seems the diva had some excessive ticket demands and seemed to show up to several concerts intoxicated (though no one reported seeing her do drugs or drink alcohol).  We told you earlier that Whitney has checked into an outpatient rehab program....SMH.  I hope she pulls it together in time to start filming the Waiting To Exhale sequel.

 

And at the White House....

Even in the absence of Desiree Rodgers, the fabulous cultural events continue at the White House.  This week, Common will make an appearance during a celebration for American poetry.  Tomorrow, he will perform with Elizabeth Alexander, Aimee Mann, and Jill Scott among others. 

Michelle Obama's "Let's Move" Campaign Gets Physical + Halle Berry And Nahla Have A Day At The Park

First Lady Michelle Obama was seen on the White House lawn yesterday with a group of teenagers, getting physical in a chic pair of black pants and a multi-colored top. See pics of Michelle inside and  see what Halle and Nahla did on their day at the park.

Yesterday, First Lady Michelle Obama participated in the “Pit Crew Challenge” station during an event with the President's Council on Fitness, Sports and Nutrition on the South Lawn of the White House.  

 

The First Lady, along with NBA legend Grant Hill,  visited seven activity stations during the event, which helped promote both the Let's Move! and Joining Forces initiatives.

Michelle keeps those arms in shape doing one-arm pushups.

Fitness guru Donna Joyner was also there.

 
 

And at a park in Malibu,

Halle Berry made sure Nahla got her move on with physical activities at the park. 

Halle even gave her a foot massage.

Afterwards, the ladies went on a shopping spree.

Later this month Halle will be honored with the Celebrity Fragrance of the Year prize at this year's FiFi Awards. 

She released a statement about the honor saying, "For years I have created my own personal scents by mixing and layering fragrances, trying to come up with something unique and different. It's a wonderful form of self-expression and I am thrilled to share these fragrances with consumers worldwide."

Mary J. Blige and Swizz Beatz have gotten together for a collaboration on a new single called "It's You."  Come inside and decide if we love it. 

 

Swizz Beatz recently released a track he recorded with Mary J. Blige which may end up on his Haute Living album due out at the end of summer.  The track relies heavily on a combinations of synths, keys and a kicking drum beat.

Mashonda Says "I'm Not Bitter" But Won't Return To "Love And Hip-Hop"

Mashonda, one of the stars of VH1's "Love & Hip Hop" has announced that she won't be returning for season two. She cites the show's negative aspects (e.g. drama and fights) as her main reasons for moving on. Hear what she has to say inside....

 

Fans of Mashonda won't be seeing her on any reality tv shows next season, as she vents her frustration with how "Love & Hip-Hop" turned out.

In a new interview with Hip Hop Weekly Magazine, Mashonda said she agreed to do the show because she imagined it would be a platform of empowerment for sisters.  

As she was going through a very public divorce and lifestyle change with ex-husband Swizz Beatz, Mashonda thought her struggles could inspire women like Emily B (Fabolous' baby momma) and other women in similar situations.  

“I really honestly did do the show to help Emily and help women across the United States, to let them know that you’re not the only one that can go through something like this {divorce and heartbreak}.”

And she knew about the possible backlash going into it.  

“No matter what I say, it’s going to be judged at the hundredth power, people are just going to look at me and judge. People are going to say I’m too emotional, or I need to get over it, or I need to move on, I’m bitter. A lot of people were actually saying (I) was strong, (I) made it out classy, (I) did everything (I) could, but when you do a show, you have to know what’s coming next, a world full of judgment.”

But when she saw the show's final product...She was not happy.  

“I just don’t feel like at this point in my life, Love and Hip Hop represents who I am, it’s just a chapter that is over.  When I shot the show, I thought that it was going to be like more of a sisterhood, but when I saw a lot of the drama and the beef, I was a little surprised, I was like wow, okay, I didn’t know this was going to be apart of what this is.”

 

Sadly....that's the way most reality shows tend to be.  There are some good moments but most shows play up the drama and negative aspects of the characters' lives.  But Mashonda fans can expect big things in the future.  She told the mag that she is working on new music and plans to have all creative control.  She describes it as being passionate and soulful, “I’m in a lane, that no one is touching is in right now."  She also drop a hint about a self-help book/memoir, “It’s not a tell all, I have a few surprises though."

Tia Mowry and her husband Cory Hardrict are in the latest issue of PEOPLE on magazine racks now. Inside, we have the pics plus a shocking clip from this week's "Braxton Family Values." As a bonus, there is more great news to report about Jumping The Broom at the box office.

We told you previously about the sexy nude pregnancy shoot that Tia Mowry completed, now her and Cory are in the latest issue of PEOPLE.

Tia tells the mag that been pregnant is stressful but Cory makes it better because he cooks for here everyday.  Cute.

Towanda Braxton gets some bad news as she finds out that she has one day to vacate the rental home she is living in.

And at the movies.....

We told you that Jumping The Broom had a great weekend, but we didn't expect it to get even better.  Reports from Hollywood show that the Mother's Day holiday gave the movie a big boost at the box office with many theaters racking up sales on Sunday. 

Now the movie is expected to end the weekend with $15.3 million in ticket sales.  And the Hollywood Reporter also added that while it’s unusual for a Hollywood studio to launch an African-American themed movie in the summer, the flick's box office sales could have a big impact on the production on Black films.  

 

Rihanna Cruises Into Germany With A Mini-Concert For NIVEA's 100th Birthday Party!

Spokeswoman Rihanna rolled to the BIG BLUE NIVEA BOAT Monday night in Hamburg, Germany to give a surprise performance to thousands of media and lucky hand picked consumers from all over the world.  How did the curly red haired pop diva help the #1 skincare company in the world celebrate their 100th anniversary?  She made another stop on her mini tour and put on a mini concert--and looked fab while doing so.

Whitney Houston Is Back In Rehab + Jordin Sparks Debuts "I Am Woman" Single

In music news, Whitney Houston's rep has issued a statement saying the singer is back in rehab.  Get the deets inside and hear Jordin Sparks new song "I Am Woman."

According to her reps, 47-year-old music icon Whitney Houston has checked into an outpatient recovery program to help her deal with a long-standing addiction to drugs and alcohol.

In a statement, her rep said:

"Whitney Houston is currently in an out-patient rehab program for drug and alcohol treatment. Whitney voluntarily entered the program to support her long-standing recovery process."

Get well soon Whitney!

Jordin Sparks had a busy weekend.  She sang the National Anthem at the Kentucky Derby in Louisville and she also dropped a new single "I Am Woman" on Ryan Seacrest's radio show.

Drake's 250K Bar Mitzvah + T.I.'s Release Date + Why 50 Cent Doesn't Befriend Rappers + Free Joins Big Tigger On D.C. Radio

In today's rapper's delight, get the scoop on Drake's $250K pay day, T.I. expected release date, why 50 Cent says he isn't friends with Jay-Z, and what radio station just added Free to their lineup.

Former NBC/Universal president Jeff Zucker spared no expense for his son Andrew's bar mitzvah.  Jeff had plans to book Kanye West for $800,000 but when the rapper's demands skyrocketed to $1M, Jeff backed out of the deal and booked Drake instead.

Lucky for Drake, Kanye's excessive demands resulted in a payday worth $250K for a one-time performance.  Not bad.

 

Also in hip hop news.....

T.I. "The King Of The South" will be released on September 29 according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.  Hopefully, the rapper will be able to stay out of trouble this time.

 

And does 50 Cent have beef with Jay-Z?

In a recent interview, 50 Cent let it be know that he isn't friends with most rappers.  While he doesn't have any beff with them, he says they are only business associates who use each other for money and energy.

“We don’t have those kinds of relationships. These people are people I associate with. We are in the same business. We are not necessarily friends. We don’t call each other for no reason.  It’s not like we have something against each other to make us enemies.  Me and Jay[-Z] will use each other. Repeatedly. For energy.”

Rihanna has released both the cover art and video for her latest single, "California King Bed."   See them both inside....

As her next offering off the LOUD album, Rihanna dropped the video for "California King Bed" a few minutes ago.  In a dreamy sequence that reminds the viewer of a beachy sunset in California, Rihanna tries to get close to her distant lover in their large California King-sized bed.  In hues of beige and peach, Rihanna's fire-engine locks add a dramatic flare to the video.

Star Jones, La Toya Jackson & NeNe Leakes All Fired Off "Celebrity Apprentice"

Last night, Donald Trump got rid of ALL of the remaining YBF Chicks on this season's edition of "Celebrity Apprentice."  And as with most things, there was apparently a lot of drama going on behind the scenes that we didn't get to see.  Come inside to get the real scoop on why NeNe quit and see "Queen Bee" Star Jones get fired....

 

This season of "Celebrity Apprentice" has been filled with high energy drama....most of that coming from "RHOA" star NeNe Leakes.  But apparently, the drama seen on the show spilled into real life off camera for both NeNe and Star Jones.   After a huge confrontation on last week's show, Star had Donald Trump beef up security on the set to avoid any fights with NeNe.  

In a recent interview with TMZ, NeNe talked about the real off-camera feud she had with Star and said she felt the producers were manipulating her.  NeNe said she felt like the producers provoked her into confrontations and that Donald Trump had sided with Star in their feud.  

 "Trump was doing things to accommodate Star and not me," she said.  And of the producers, "All of the manipulating ... was very toxic. It was a very toxic situation."

So NeNe decided to quit the show...off camera.  But on camera, Donald used the moment to bash NeNe calling her a quitter and saying that Star Jones had kicked her butt.

NeNe responded,

"I'm not a quitter or a loser ... I had to walk out of the show for my own sanity.  I feel good about leaving and I don't regret it. I don't believe you need to act like that for charity."

But NeNe wasn't the only "firing" of the night.  After being accused of manipulating and backstabbing both La Toya and NeNe, Star Jones went to the chopping block last night as well, after a nasty fight with singer Meat Loaf.

And also....La Toya Jackson got fired.....twice.   After being "brought back" from last week, La Toya was fired again last night.  Womp Womp.
