| Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D Movie Gets A Release Date! Posted: 04 Jul 2011 12:40 PM PDT Does that character REALLY have to be popping out of the screen at us? Yuck! We previously announced that a new addition to The Texas Chainsaw Massacre franchise was in the works, this time in 3D, and now, it appears that it will be coming as early as October 2012! According to producer Carl Mazzocone:
Inneresting! Especially because if all stays the same, this flick will be battling another reboot of a horror classic in 3D in the box office upon release - Halloween 3D! We wonder which will butcher the original less! LOLz! What do U think?? Which do U want to see more: Leatherface 3D or Halloween 3D?? |

Check out which former True Blood star is returning to the series in its fifth season...AFTER THE JUMP! Hurray! We knew he wouldn't be staying buried! Denis O'Hare, who played the villainous vampire king Russell Edgington on True Blood, has revealed that he will be returning to the HBO series when it comes back for its fifth season next summer! Although there were reports that he'd be coming back sometime during the fourth season, the actor now explains:
Yes! Yes! Yes! We've been loving THIS season so far, but knowing that he'll be back only makes us more excited for the seasons to come! We can't even begin to imagine how CRAZY he's going to be when he's resurrected! |
| Chezza Forced By Fox To Shoot More Scenes As X Factor Judge! Posted: 04 Jul 2011 12:00 PM PDT Oh boy. This is going to be uncomfy. Although Cheryl Cole was unceremoniously fired from her position as a judge on the American edition of The X Factor, network bosses are forcing her to come back to film new material - and she's NOT pleased! Apparently, as part of her agreement to get paid in full for the job, despite only filming four episodes, she needs to return to the show to film scenes that will transition between her exit and Nicole Scherzinger taking her place! A source explains:
Yeah! We wouldn't be either! Especially because pretty much EVERYONE is aware of what went down behind the scenes, and it's going to look VERY silly to try and make it look as though any part of this clusterfuck was amicable! | Weston Cage And Wife Charged With Domestic Violence After Fourth Of July Meltdown! Posted: 04 Jul 2011 11:00 AM PDT He just can't seem to get his shit together, can he? Police were called early to home of Nicolas Cage's troubled son, Weston, around 7:30am, after they received reports that a person was heard screaming for help. Both he and his new wife, Nikki, were then taken into custody for further questioning, for fear of a possible domestic violence incident! Luckily, no arrests have been made so far, and we sincerely hope that this was nothing but an unfortunate misunderstanding. What a great way to start of fourth of July! Yeesh! UPDATE: Both Weston and his wife, Nikki Williams, have been booked on felony domestic violence charges by authorities. Witnesses claim that the new bride went absolutely ballastic, and cut the famous actor's son with a broken bottle before punching him and then threatening to jump off a balcony. Apparently, Weston was violent himself, and both are facing the charges. Good lord. These two clearly need quite a bit of help, and hopefully, this will force them to receive it. [Image via WENN.] |

| Three Actors Dropped From Chelsea Handler Sitcom! Posted: 04 Jul 2011 10:40 AM PDT Uh-oh! This is not a good sign! Chelsea Handler's NBC pilot, Are You There, Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea has not even debuted yet for its first season, and it's already getting some serious casting switch-ups! Natalie Morales, Angel Laketa Moore, and Jo Koy, who all appeared in the pilot episode, have been given the axe, for what an NBC spokesperson claims to be "creative reasons." Apparently, the roles will be "re-conceived" for the full series. Personally, from what we could see from the previews, the problems with that show go FAR beyond casting, so we hope that the creative powers that be can get it together before it gets canned three or four episodes in!
