Wendy Williams Gets FAB For Essence May 2011 DOUBLE Covers!

She was voted off "Dancing With The Stars" last night, but it's not dimming her shine. Radio heroine turned talk show diva Wendy Williams is covering the upcoming May 2011 issue of ESSENCE magaizine...with double covers! It's their first ever "Gilfriends issue," and who better to be the face than the chick most of us have been "friends in our head" with for years.

We've got Wendy's double covers--shot by photographer Derek Blanks--and details from the issue when you read on....

Maybe the cross-country traveling and being a mom to a pre-teen boy and a wife and shooting 2 shows at once was a bit much for Mrs. Wendy. She was voted off "DWTS" last night. But she says she's extremely proud to have done it--despite being bogged down with being every woman at the same time.

And because she's been doing it all while mainting her upbeat easy-to-relate attitude, The "Wendy Show" host and "Love Games" host graces ESSENCE’s first-ever “Girlfriends Issue” dedicated to friendships.

Wendy dishes to ESSENCE about friendship, family and the driving force behind the talk show queen’s appeal. The issue also features quotes from other celebrity besties—including Beyoncé and mom Tina Knowles; Sherri Shepherd and Niecy Nash; Jada Pinkett Smith and Queen Latifah; Kelly Rowland and Brandy; Monica and Keyshia Cole and more.

ESSENCE will also declare April 13th as “Girlfriends Appreciation Day” in honor of “besties” everywhere. And they're throwing a party for Mrs. Wendy--sponsored by Essie and Swarovski Elements celebrating the Girlfriends Issue.

Naomi Campbell continues her efforts to change the world through fashion as she recently hosted a fundraiser in London called Fashion For Relief. See the pics inside plus find out what Willow Smith & Nicki Minaj said to ELLE Magazine in their latest music issue.....

Naomi Campbell launched a new pop up store in London called Fashion For Relief at the Westfield Shopping Centre yesterday.

To keep stock full, Naomi got donations from leading labels such as Givenchy, Christopher Kane, Stella McCartney and Mulberry.

Profits will be donated to The Prince's Trust, benefiting 14 to 30-year-olds who need practical and financial support in order to turn their lives around.

And in ELLE Magazine's music issue.....

Young Money superstar Nicki Minaj strikes a glam pose for the mag as she's featured in the new music issue. Nicki wears a knit minidress, Mark Fast, $1,595, at Curve, NYC and L.A. Elastane bodysuit, Maison Martin Margiela, $310. Suede wedge boots, Giuseppe Zanotti Design, $1,100.

The black-and-white photo is accompanied by a quote where Nicki speaks on being a female in a male-dominated industry. She tells the mag,

“I always wanted to play with the boys,” she tells the magazine. “I didn’t want to be a pawn in their game or have a sidekick role. I wanted to be more of a lead character—a superhero.”

Willow Smith appears in the article as well:

Willow Smith talked about her full length album saying “It’s going to be a party beat. I think you’re gonna like it!”

For the photo, the clothes and shoes were custom-made. The issue is on stands now in some places, April 12th everywhere.

Mariah Carey Does Bare Preggers Belly Photoshoot+LaLa & Kim K. Apartment Shopping To Be Neighbors?

She's readying to pop out "dem babies" any day now. But first, mom-to-be Mariah Carey has snapped a preggers photoshoot baring all.

We've got a sneak peek at her beautiful pics, plus news on why LaLa's bestie Kim K. and her man want to be neighbors with Anthonys, when you read on....

Mariah is covering the new issue of Life & Style magazine with a pic of her bare pregnant belly. In her last days of pregnancy, she shares her baby bump in the mag—on newsstands nationwide Friday.

L&S reports:

Mariah Carey has posed for her fair share of portraits, but none has been as personal or emotional as these exclusive belly-baring snaps. Mere days away from welcoming her first and second child, Mariah proudly showed off her pregnant body to Life & Style.

“I was feeling very vulnerable about taking pictures at all right now, but then I didn’t want to miss this opportunity to document this once-in-a-lifetime experience,” Mariah exclusively tells Life & Style. “My ultimate goal was to share this incredibly personal moment with my true fans.”

And the twins — a boy and a girl — were clearly ready for their closeups.

“The babies were kicking almost the entire time; it was unbelievable,” Mariah tells Life & Style. “Especially the girl — clearly she’s a diva in training! We didn’t start shooting until 1:30 a.m. because I was in the hospital from the night before until the day of the shoot with contractions five minutes apart!”

Indeed, although Mariah’s not due for a few weeks, the twins could be making their grand entrance sooner rather than later. Contractions sent mom to the hospital on March 27. But for now, Mariah and soon-to-be-dad Nick Cannon are simply reveling in their twin bliss! And Nick says he is more attracted to his wife than ever. “I thought I couldn’t love Mariah more,” he tells Life & Style. “But I have a whole new appreciation and admiration for her.”

Mariah adds, “Now I have so much respect for mothers everywhere, especially those who’ve had difficult pregnancies or given birth to multiples. We need to have Mother’s Day once a week!”

In other news, besties Lala Anthony and Kim Kardashian may become neighbors soon. Since Carmelo is the new big Knick in town and Kim's man, Kris Humphries, balls for the Nets, the two ladies thought it would be a good idea to apartment shop together in the New York area--the ritzy Alpine, New Jersey suburb to be exact. The Anthony's have been scoping Jersey for a while, but now Kim and Kris want to be their neighbors.

TMZ reports the couples have been hunting for a spot for the during-the-season months so they can live out of the madness of New York, but still close enough to attend games. Both are likely keeping their L.A. homes as well.

And the two will be able to keep each other company. Well isn't that....sweet.

If Mister Cee is still denying these "rumors" of his arrest after allegedly getting caught sexing a transvestite, Lawrence Campbell, are untrue he may want to check the police report.

The details of the night in question, last Wednesday, have been revealed in the official police report that leaked online. The report and the explicit details from that night, when you read on....

Mister Cee and his Hot 97 crew have denied any truth to this story. While the NY Daily News reported Cee has been arrested for loitering with purposes of prostitution twice before. Now, The Smoking Gun has released the official police report detailing Calvin Lebrun/Mr. Cee's arrest:

4AM....an exposed erect penis....in a parked car in a dark alley....lips of a man dressed like a woman moving up and down in an "oral sex" motion on said erect penis. If it walks like a duck...

The 44 year old NY DJ Mister Cee was charged with lewdness and exposure of a person. Both Lawrence and Calvin/Mister Cee are due back in court June 1st.

Meanwhile, Funkmaster Flex and the Hot 97 crew have been trading shots with their rivals over at Power 105--mainly The Breakfast Club. Apparently Cee, Flex, and the Hot 97 crew don't appreciate all the ish talking from the other building. Peep the threats both sent out above.

Just to be clear--the issue here is not Mister Cee's apparent preferences. The issue is the illegal (and frankly lame ish like gettin' it poppin' in cars when you're over the age of 40 with prostitutes) acts that went down and the fact Cee is calling media and others the liars in this situation. Like Charlemagne said, just move better dude.

Speaking of lying, despite Mister Cee supposedly saying @Real_MisterCee is a fake account, we find it interesting that his #1 defender in all of this--DJ Funkmaster Flex--is following that account. So are several rappers who are personal and long time friends of Cee--like Busta Rhymes. The account is still active. Just sayin'...

Celebrity Hairstylist Dariel Pulliam Reportedly Dies

Celebrity stylist and BET personality Dariel Pulliam has reportedly died. The Twitter world is speaking out with friends and former clients reaching out to offer their condolences. Details inside....

According to recent postings on Twitter and Facebook, friends of celebrity stylist Dariel Pulliam say he has passed. Known for his bubbly personality and long flowing locks, Dariel came to national attention as the hair stylist for prominent celebrities like Keyshia Cole, Neffe, Tiny, Antonia Carter, Fantasia, Elite Noel and Tionna Smalls.

Though circumstances surrounding the passing have not been made public, Dariel had apparently been ill since March. One of his last tweets was sent from his hospital bed:

His friends have been posting positive thoughts about him on Twitter all day:

In addition to his celebrity friends, many people have been turning to Dariel's Facebook page to post their own condolences.

Last night, a who's who in entertainment came out to raise over $600,000 for the Steve Harvey Mentoring Weekend for Young Men. Steve Harvey and his foundation also honored Tyler Perry, Chris and Malaak Rock and Alan Mulally of Ford Motor Company. Last night, New York’s Cipriani Wall Street played host to the 2nd Annual Steve Harvey Foundation Gala. The fab gala was hosted by Steve Harvey and Sherri Shepherd of "The View," and raised over $600,000 to benefit the Steve Harvey Mentoring Weekend for Young Men.
