PAMPERED POOCH: Kerry Washington & Pup Josie Arrive In Style At LAX Posted: 29 Oct 2013 09:06 AM PDT Kerry Washington and her pampered pooch Josie were spotted arriving at LAX yesterday.  See their cute pics and find out what Kerry's been up to inside.... Awwww!  She may not give us a glips e of herself with her new husband, but she's got another love in her life. Emmy-nominated actress Kerry Washington was spotted hopping out of her chauffered SUV at LAX yesterday with her pampered Shih Tzu/Yorkie mix Josie.  And as the pup of the Best Dressed Woman in the World, Josie's got her own quilted designer bag. Kerry, who recently lent her voice to “Girl Rising,” a documentary that chronicles the stories of nine girls from nine developing countries, just made an appearance on Forbes‘ annual list of the highest-paid actresses in television. Kerry earned a reported $3M as Olivia Pope on ABC's "Scandal". Nice! Though that number is impressive, the show made the network nearly $100M and Kerry's salary is still outpaced by her white counterparts.  We bet that changes next season.... This weekend, Kerry will make her debut as the host of "Saturday Night Live" on Nov. 2nd.  We'll be watching....   Back on the set of "Scandal"...... RED CARPET NIGHT OUT: Ciara Flaunts Her $500,000 Ring At MOET Event + Jaden Smith Hugs Up On Kylie Jenner Posted: 29 Oct 2013 08:30 AM PDT Ciara seems to be loving taking her 15 carat sparkler of an engagement ring out for a few twirls.  The bride-to-be made an appearance at the first-ever Moët Rosé Lounge Series in Houston last night. Check out her gorgeous look inside and even more details about her half million dollar ring, plus Kylie Jenner & Jaden Smith hugged up at an event..   At Hotel Derek last night, Ciara donned a black Alon Livine dress on the red carpet for the Moët Rosé Lounge Series' fourth event.  And she knows exactly how to show off that slammin' body. And if you were wondering how much that 15 carat diamond engagement ring costs.... Jewelers from Avianne & Co told People mag that Future, Ciara's fiancee' and man of 10 months, designed the ring with them and it's worth $500,000. Future named the ring, of course, the Past Present and Future Emerald Cut Diamond Ring.   The 28-year-old “Body Party” singer gushed about the engagement at the private black-tie event, which also served as her birthday celebration. Also during the event, CiCi was gifted a personalized 3L Moët & Chandon Nectar Impérial Rosé bottle with crystallized messaging that read, “Happy Birthday Ciara.”  Well isn't that special....   Over in NYC, 15-year-old Jaden Smith was spotted hugging his 16-year-old "friend" Kylie Jenner on the carpet at the Ender's Game movie premiere: Jaden, who rocked mismatched shoes and a quirky outfit tot he premiere, said in Wonderland magazine's May issue: "I was in LA, we were all hanging out. Then I went to New York and she came too, then she came here and surprised me, so that's pretty baller. She's one of my best friends. SPEAK ON IT: Should Kanye West Sell Confederate Flag Designed T-Shirts At His L.A. Pop-Up Shop? Posted: 29 Oct 2013 07:39 AM PDT Kanye West is sparking outrage for using the Confederate Flag to push merchandise for his Yeezus tour.  But we all know he loves to spark a little controversy to get people talking about social issues.  Is this one of those times?  And should the rapper profit from the selling of one of America's most iconic symbols of racism?  Speak on it inside..... Kanye West has sparked anger in some folks for selling Yeezus tour merchandise with the Confederate Flag emblazoned on it. The controversial items are on sale AND on display at his LA-based pop-up shop (next door to Kim Kardashian's DASH store) on Melrose Avenue. The items (which include t-shirts, posters and pictures) also come with slogans like "Yeezus wants you", "The Winning Team" and "I Ain't Coming Down" (likely an answer to the slogan that usually accompanies Confederate flags--"The South Will Rise Again"). If you're wondering what the hype is all about, Kanye is very aware that his actions are going to make people uncomfortable. He told LA's 97.1 AMP, "React how you want. Any energy you got is good energy. I represented slavery, my abstract take on what I know about it, I wrote New Slaves. So I took the Confederate flag and made it my flag. What are you going to do?' Now that you know Kanye is selling the shirts for a greater purpose than shock value, how does it sit with you? Will the items in his pop-up store spark a larger conversation about racism in America...or just serve to line his wallet? In other Kanye news, remember when Kanye called out Louis Vuitton for their excessive prices? After a closer look at his own items,  we found it odd that the line he recently designed for French casual brand A.P.C. carried a $120 plain white T-shirt and a $280 hoodie. Bearing in mind that he's also designed for Louis Vuitton in the past, is Kanye talking out the side of his neck or is he so rich that $120 t-shirts aren't considered "excessive".  Or, is he simply saying controversial things for the sake of controversy? Rihanna + Kelly Rowland Hits "Jimmy Kimmel LIVE" Posted: 29 Oct 2013 06:39 AM PDT Rihanna is reunited with her "Love The Way You Lie" collabo partner Eminem for Em's newest track "The Monster".  Check it inside, plus Kelly Rowland keeping it fab on "Jimmy Kimmel".... As the "The Monster" track takes over airwaves today, we had to post the above Rihanna for British GQ's 25th Anniversary issue outtake since it's hot as hell. And the Barbadian beauty has teamed up once again to bring Eminem a pop track.  On "The Monster", she opens up the track belting out the hook--just like on "Love The Way You Lie". Ciara Shows Off Her FAT Diamond Engagement Ring! + Mariah Gets Swimsuit Hot For Single Cover Posted: 28 Oct 2013 08:50 PM PDT Well isn't this interesting?  Ciara showed off her ridiculously huge engagement ring from her future hubby Future this evening.  And it seems the couple gave the exclusive to E! News.  Could a wedding reality show be on the way....for maybe a double wedding special with her good friend Kim K.?  Hmm...   Peep the ring inside.... As she preps for her Moet party in Houston tonight, Ciara posed it up with her most shiny new accessory.  Shortly after rapper Future popped the question, Ciara put on her white robe (after giving him a THANK YOU?) and flashed her 15 carat diamond ring for the camera. The emerald cut multi stone ring is gorgeous as expected. And we noticed that the couple gave the picture exclusive to E! News.  Could they be shopping a wedding reality show on her girl's network?  Wouldn't be surprised. Congrats again to the happy couple!   And in other music news, Mariah Carey is donning a sexy crotchet swimsuit for the cover of her new single "The Art of Letting Go".  The hot mom is gearing up to release her single on November 11th via her facebook page. Chick is looking great these days. COURTROOM UPDATE: Chris Brown Released From Custody, Charges Reduced To Misdemeanor Assault Posted: 28 Oct 2013 04:22 PM PDT Singer Chris Brown appeared before a judge in Washington, DC today to answer to a felony assault charge stemming from a weekend fight.  His arraignment was delayed almost an entire day, but it's now complete.  Find out what happened in court inside..... Singer Chris Brown was joined by Trey Songz and numerous family members in D.C. Superior Court today where he faced felony assault charges stemming from a nightclub brawl near his tour bus this weekend. Jennifer Donelan of ABC7 reported that authorities reduced Chris' charge to a misdemeanor assault and released him on his own recognizance earlier this evening.  The "Fine China" crooner is due back in court in November to face the reduced charge. TMZ reported that the charges were reduced because the injuries to the victim were minor and there were conflicting witness accounts of what happened. His bodyguard's charge was also reduced to a misdemeanor. Though he's a free man, Chris faces a tough rough ahead as TMZ also reported that the LA County Probation Dept has launched an investigation into whether this latest run-in violates his probation stemming from the Rihanna assault case.   For now, neither Chris nor his lawyer, Mark Geragos, have released statements.   Watch Chris exit the courthouse here:   Photo via Pharoh Martin

INTERVIEWS: Kanye West FREESTYLES On Power 106, DISHES ON Wedding Plans And Kim K, Says "We Get Paid To Exploit Ourselves" Posted: 28 Oct 2013 03:36 PM PDT Kanye West stopped by Power 106 FM today where he freestyled for Big Boi and talked about getting engaged to Kim Kardashian and if he'll ever put North West on television.  Watch the clip inside.... Kanye West appeared on the Power 106's “Big Boy’s Neighborhood” morning show today which he opened up about his proposal to to Kim Kardashian, what he thinks about luxury brands and the impact he hopes his music will have on the world. He also hinted at the spectacular wedding fans/viewers/critics will get to see and if he'll ever "exploit" North West. Oh, and he said he's not above (al of a sudden) getting his wedding paid for by tv.  Here are the highlights: On loving Kim from a distance: “I wanted to marry that girl from the first time I saw her, and I just had to wait through a bunch of relationships to finally get my chance." On the wedding: [The wedding date] is gonna be next summer. I only got two words in my mind as far as ideas for the wedding, that’s: fighter jets. On if he plans to make money off the wedding and willingly exploiting himself: I would take as much as possible. What’s official for everybody in this room and everybody on this globe right now is them bills. If you can help out with those bills, because you know me and Kim are in the exploitation business. We get paid to exploit ourselves. On keeping North West off reality tv: I’m [going to] give my daughter the opportunity to choose when she wants to be exploited. That’s the reason we didn’t take any money for any baby pictures.” On luxury brands: If I had the opportunity to design for Louis Vuitton now, I wouldn’t because the prices are too extreme and I don’t want to use my message to have kids saving up that much to be apart of what the ideas are. That’s the problem for me with luxury. On his inspirations: [I'm inspired by] Walt Disney, Jesus, my father, Steve Jobs. But if you talk about rappers, of course I love Kendrick, Drake, Pusha, Future. I like the [Drake's] ‘Going Home. On recording music and making an impact: I record when I feel like it. I just don’t care at all. I’m not really rapping, I’m just putting messages to a beat at a certain point. It’s not just for the sake of making a song. I’m using my platform to message exactly what I want to message and burn down some buildings and inspire people. On using music to inspire: I just wanna be that sonic espresso, that sonic cocaine. When you’re on your way to work and you gotta deal with a boss or on a way to an interview, I want you to play that Yeezus and feel like you can do anything. On the infamous BBC interview: After I finished the BBC interview, I was shaking like, man what did I just do. I just really came from the heart completely. I was like, I don’t know what’s gonna happen afterwards, I know that God got me. And it was that serious to me. When I saw it classified as a joke, I said this is exactly what the media do. They trying to distract you from these actual messages. Bow Wow Dishes On His Favorite Body Parts On A Woman + Tiffney Cambridge Speaks About The Game's Khloe Kardashian HOOKUP Rumors Posted: 28 Oct 2013 12:43 PM PDT "106 & Park" host Bow Wow will appear on "Bethenny" tomorrow where he'll reveal his favorite part of a woman's body.  Watch a preview inside and see what "Married To The Game" star Tiffney Cambridge said about The Game and Khloe Kardashian.... Rapper and "106 & Park" Bow Wow host sat down with Bethenny recently for a segment that revolved around his rap career, his favorite part of a woman's body and a "dressing-room" makeover.   After breaking down a few rap terms to Bethenny (including "cypher"), she asked Bow Wow to share what body part he loves most.  He said, "Yeah, I love women, yes indeed I do. Trey Songz & Team Breezy Fans Show Up At D.C. Courthouse To Support Chris Brown Posted: 28 Oct 2013 11:40 AM PDT Trey Songz showed up at D.C. Superior Court today to support his homie Chris Brown at today's arraignment.  Team Breezy was also there...holding up signs of support.   Check out the updates inside... The much delayed hearing for Chris Brown has yet to take place as there are a few issues of space. Once Trey Songz made it through a crowd of fans outside to enter the courtroom to support his friend, ABC7 reporter Jennifer Donelan reports the courtroom became completely overpacked. Chris' family is now being moved to a separate room since there are no seats in the main courtroom . There are also reports of extra US Marshals, who are heavily armed, being stationed around the courthouse. Still, no details on the actual arraignment have surfaced as it has not yet finished, but Team Breezy supporters are letting the world know where they stand.  Signs like the ones below are popping up all around the Superior Court:   Wow.
