We should have known. When it was announced that Katherine Heigl was We were right. According to sources, Halle dropped out of the flick because her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry refused to travel with her to New York and watch Nahla while she filmed. Apparently, there was money set aside for Gabriel in Halle's contract for just this reason, but even with the trip fully paid for, Gabriel refused to go. So, Halle pulled out, not wanting to be away for her child, even for two weeks. As one source explains:
But wait…what about a nanny? Couldn't she have just hired one to watch Nahla while she worked? She's not the only mother on this movie! We're sure something could have been arranged. Oh wait… If she did that then how could she once again claim she felt "unsafe" leaving Nahla in her father's care! Now we get it! It's all about the slander. We're sure Gabe's refusal to go was attempt to send a very definitive message to Halle- the guy can't be bought. That's too bad, actually. Unlike LOST, there's nothing mysterious about this island. It's VERY straightforward. Lithuanian company Olialia has created a business empire, and their newest venture is a "fantasy resort" island in Maldives, which is staffed solely by blondes.

Oh NO! We guess everyone falls victim to this sometimes - even with as pretty a face as his! Sources at Santa Monica's Giorgio Baldi restaurant have reported that poor Jake Gyllenhaal was subjected recently to the embarrassment of being stood up on a date! The actor was said to be seen sitting at a table alone, and although servers asked if he wanted anything to eat or drink, he declined for 45 MINUTES until giving up and leaving! And even more strangely, once he was gone, Jessica Simpson and her fiance, Eric Johnson, ended up taking his empty table! Awww! This breaks our heart! Just the worst feeling in the world! Michelson of CT. (above) Robbie was sitting home last night, watching his marijuana garden go, when he suddenly realized he might get in trouble for having this much weed in his house. | Missing Superman Producer Was Attacked! Posted: 05 Feb 2011 09:40 AM PST Sad sad sad. We were happy to report earlier that the lost Superman producer Ilya Salkind had been found in Mexico, but in a hospital and was getting treatment. It seems like we have part of the reason why he's in there. According to sources, and his daughter, Anastasia Salkin, Ilya had been brutally attacked and is now recovering in a Mexican hospital. She even believes he had been kidnapped, which hasn't been verified by Mexican authorities. So terrible. At least you're safe now, bb, and we hope you get better fast! |
