Following a bidding war, Wale has announced that he will now record for The Mayback Music Group. Despite the label switch, he will still be managed by Roc Nation.

SUPERBOWL FAB: Vivica A. Fox, Drake, Regina King & Others Chilling In The Owner's Box At Superbowl 2011

While you were sitting on your couch with a bucket of wings, some of our celebs watched Superbowl 2011 from the deluxe luxury box of Dallas Cowboy's team owner Jerry Jones. Come inside and see Vivica and Slimm, Regina King, Sugar Ray Leonard and others high up in the sky watching the Superbowl.

 

In the owner's box, Vivica A. Fox and Slimm posed with former President George W. Bush.

Later on Vivica and Slimm posed with former first lady Laura Bush.

Here's Vivica and Slimm with Regina King and Jamie Foxx and Richie Sambora.


 

Then the group was joined by Sugar Ray Leonard. 

Slimm also flexed with former heavyweight champ Evander Holyfield.

And Ashton Kutcher posed with the couple as well.


 

 

Drake was also a guest of Jerry Jones.

 

And Slimm also ran into Harrison Ford.

FAMILY NIGHT OUT: Alicia Keys, Swizzy, & The Boys Take In "Spiderman" On Broadway

It was family night out for the Deans last night.  While everyone else was at home watching the Superbowl, Swizz Beatz and wife Alicia Keys took sons Prince Nasir and Kaseem Jr. to see Spiderman: Turn Off The Dark on Broadway last night.

Despite yet another technical difficulty for the Spiderman Broadway show last night (A character got stuck hanging above the audience), the boys looked like they had some fun.

Alicia put on her step-mommy hat and helped the boys navigate through all the NYC paparazzi.  Cute!  Fun times with the Deans.

The Black Eyed Peas brought hip-hop and pop to the Superbowl Sunday night.  And their electric neon show featured Usher and Slash.  Go inside to see pics and the performance.

 

The BEPs wore sleek black outfits equipped with blinking lights, shoulder pads, and were repelled from the roof of Cowboys Stadium.  Tons of dancers dressed in Tron-like blinking outfits performed choreographed light shows as Fergie and crew sang "OMG" "Sweet Child O'Mine" ‘I Gotta Feeling,’ ‘Time of My Life’ and ‘Boom Boom Pow.’ And Slash and Usher (and HBCU band Prairie View A&M) also made cameos.

Congrats to the Green Bay Packers and their 4th Superbowl title. They beat the Steelers (31-25)

For his Superbowl party in Dallas, Lil' Wayne was out with Ray J At Club Escapade when one of their groupies approached, hoping for some attention.

And she got it. That plus a bottle of vodka all over her a$$. SMH.

SPOTTED: Tyler Perry Wining & Dining At BOA Steakhouse, Gears Up To Replace Idris Elba

Tyler Perry was spotted out in L.A. this weekend.  He hit up BOA Steakhouse with a group of friends.  Pics of him on a chill Saturday night, and deets about his new movie role to replace actor Idris Elba, when you read on...

On the movie front: Apparently Tyler is replacing Idris Elba in the upcoming I, Alex Cross thriller movie.  The "Alex Cross" role originated in the Along Came A Spider and Kiss The Girls movies and was played by Morgan Freeman.  So this third installment originally had the sexy Mr. Elba in the part.  And some kind of way, Mr. Perry was tapped to replace him instead.

The positive in this for Idris: Producers of the 007 movies have been looking for a new James Bond...possible one of color.  This now frees up  his time.  And we couldn't think of anyone more perfect.

Eight years after rapper 50 Cent hit the hip hop scene with his  first studio album "Get Rich Or Die Tryin," he is still making history. Read about his latest achievement plus deets on Funkmaster Flex's victim wanting privacy after having him locked up for their recent dispute... 

G-Unit leader 50 Cent made history in a big way this week. His first album "Get Rich Or Die Trying" hit the 8 times platinum mark this week, 8 years after it’s release in February 2003.

GRODT is the fourth best-selling rap album off all time, behind Eminem’s The Marshall Mathers LP which has moved 10,341,000 copies, and The Eminem Show, that has sold 9,928,000 CD’s. GRODT follows the sucess of  Nelly’s Country Grammar which currently stands 8,489,000 copies sold.

Congrats 50! He has really proven to be a force in hip-hop. Hope his widely anticipated next album Black Magic  can live up to GRODT's success.

 

 

 

On Friday, we reported that New York DJ Funkmaster Flex was arrested for aggravated harasssment. The "mystery" woman that he allegedly pushed has been identified as his wife of 11-years Monica Joseph-Taylor.

Monica, a former producer for the Regis and Kelly show, told press: "We're doing okay. I would love everyone to respect the privacy of my family - for me and my children," after being asked to explain what took place at the couple's upscale Westchester home Friday evening. 

According to the New York Daily News, the fight erupted at about 5 a.m. inside the couple's bedroom. It was sparked by threatening text messages Flex sent his wife Thursday night.

Funkmaster Flex was charged with three counts of criminal mischief and harassment, and released on $500 bail.  While dee-jaying Friday night in New Jersey, Flex said,

"Yes, we had words," Flex said. "Yes, there was an argument. Yes, there was a phone broken. Yes, there were police called. I love my fans, and I encourage all of them to work things out in their own marriages."

Flex is no stranger to controversy has been viewed as a bully for years. Hope the couple can work things out.

 

Wife Of Baller Jarius Wynn Delivers Baby Before The Superbowl + Antonio Cromartie's Baby Momma Says He's A Well-Endowed Deadbeat

The game hasn't started, but Green Bay Packers defensive end Jarius Wynn already scored a touchdown.  Early this morning, his wife delivered a healthy baby boy.  Get the deets inside plus the dirt on Jets baller Antonio Cromartie and his cheating ways...

The wife of Green Bay Packers defensive end Jarius Wynn gave birth to a healthy baby boy this morning at a local Texas hospital.  Jarius, the Packers 2009 sixth-round draft pick out of Georgia, was re-signed by the Packers after defensive end Justin Harrell was injured during the season opener against the Philadelphia Eagles.  

Congrats to the Wynn family and good luck tonight Jarius!

 

In other sports news...

The ex-fiance of Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie, who has nine kids with eight women in six states, is getting aired out in a damning memoir about their rocky relationship.

Although Rhonda Patterson says Antonio is well-endowed and the best sex she has ever had, he also dumped her days before their $200,000 wedding and left her to give birth to his sixth child alone.

The book is called Love, Intercepted: A Tale of Football, Falling and Failing in Love and Rhonda is so steamed she never even uses Antonio's name, referring to him only as "he."

"It goes nameless because the story is bigger than him. This is not a book to bash him. It's meant to help women avoid making the same mistakes I did."

Rhonda says she doesn't blame Antonio because he was raised poor by a single mom, a "less-than-ideal environment to learn how to be a man."

They met on Facebook in 2005, she says, he lacked conversational skills, but...

"I will give it to the man -- he's talented, well endowed, and . . . it was truly the best sex I'd ever had. He was one of those lovers who would caress you, stroke your hair . . . look you in the eyes and ask you to have his child. I thought his asking me to bear his child meant he loved me."

Rhonda, a corporate lawyer and former Miss Black North Carolina, says it all went downhill when she heard "rumors of more babies on the way, STDs, and secret trips."

"I came across other women's jewelry, greeting cards he'd received from other lovers, and sex paraphernalia that we had never used. I was furious."

After all of this, she still accepted his proposal.  Then she found out she was pregnant a week later.  And from there...you know how the story goes.

Antonio went on to father two more kids out of wedlock, before he married model Terricka Cason, who had his ninth.
