The Gossip Girl actress has had a pretty similar career to that of the Goop mistress! She's acted in some big blockbusters, had a main role in a superhero movie next to her hubby Ryan Reynolds, and now she's starting a lifestyle blog that's just like Gwynnie's! Well, it's not exactly the same. There are many differences between Blake and Gwyneth's -- some good, some bad and we're here to break it down for you! 1. What they both have to offer Goop and Preserve have the same thing to offer their readers. Both supply yummy recipes, gifts to purchase for yourself or others, philanthropic endeavors for those who are interested in charities, and blogs written from themselves! It's a tie for this round! 2. Items for sale! Both websites offer a number of items for purchase. From food to clothes to shot glasses, you name it! However, the items offered on Blake's website are definitely much more affordable to the average Joe. Plus, she offers items from mom and pop shops as opposed to expensive designer items! Tell us, Gwynnie, who has money for a $215.00 oversized white button up?? 3. Charity Both sites call attention to exceptional charities. Preserve has details about partnering up with Covenant House which helps out homeless teens. Goop provides links about charities that helps kids in school. While they both support different charities, they're both doing good in this world and urging others to help those in need! It's a win for both! 4. Website Design It all comes down to the color scheme of their website. Both are COMPLETE opposites. While Gwyneth's Goop is cleaner looking with all of the white and grey, Blake's Preserve is a lot more earthy and dark! We're going to have to go with Gwyneth this round. While the earthy, Southern feel is a little more inviting Goop is a bit easier to read and navigate. 5. Saving or "PRESERVING" items Let's be real, Pinterest serves its main purpose as a convenient bookmarking site for DIYs, wedding ideas and delicious recipes. While both Goop and Preserve offer recipes for their readers, Blake's website takes it one step further and allows its users to "preserve" whatever it is they're interested in. Whereas Gwyneth's only gives its readers the option to view the recipe and pin or share it to a secondary site! Way to go the extra mile and make it more convenient for your users! Which is why the Emmy-winning actor stood in front of a judge today and refused to apologize for calling NYC a, "mismanaged carnival of stupidity!" Alec made those comments while being arrested for disorderly conduct after cops stopped him for riding his bike the wrong way down 5th Avenue. He said in court today that he'd rather pay a fine than apologize for going off on the officers who busted him! So what did the judge have to say about that? He was actually willing to make a deal with Mr. Baldwin! But not before calling him by his real name! The judge asked:
Alexander Rae Baldwin III is Alec's full birth name! We would assume that short fuse of his would have been set off hearing his real name like that! But sources say "Alexander" kept his cool! The charges against him will be dropped COMPLETELY if he can stay out of trouble for the next six months! So…good look with that, Alexander! We mean Alex. We mean Alec. We mean Jack. We mean… oh whatever your name is, just don't lose your temper, dude! |

This isn't the first time Iggy Azalea has been accused of having others write her infectious and catchy tunes! Ever since Nicki Minaj's inneresting acceptance speech at the BET Awards took a dig at artists who don't write their own stuff, everyone thought it was a subtle dig at Iggs. But, the Aussie rapper's mentor is here to set the record straight! When asked if the Bring 'Em Out rapper wrote rhymes for his prodigy, T.I. said:
This is very true! The Fancy rapper wouldn't have gotten to where she is if she couldn't write her own rhymes! Specifically in the rapping community! No one, let alone T.I. would take her seriously! Who else would be able to write "no money, no family, 16 in the middle of Miami" or "valley girls giving blow jobs for Louboutins, what you call that? Head over heels." but Iggy Iggs? Everyone just needs to chill with the accusations and enjoy that unique voice of hers!! |

Snoop Dogg invited Jimmy Kimmel to be on his GGN series yesterday where, seemingly out of the blue, the topic of marijuana was brought up. Jimmy kicked off the episode by asking Snoop if he had ever smoked in the White House. Snoop answered that he had, but only in the bathroom. Apparently, while attending the Kennedy Center Honors last December, the rapper asked the Snoop took that leniency as a go ahead to smoke some weed in the stall instead. In all seriousness, The Kennedy Center Honors is a lovely event, and we're sure everyone in attendance enjoyed themselves. Snoop just probably had the tiniest bit more fun. Also, we have a feeling Jimmy just brought up the question in the first place to get back at President Obama for abruptly cancelling his appearance on Live. We highly doubt we'd ever try getting away with doing anything illegal in front of the President's staff, but Snoop's gonna have a really great 'never have I ever' answer for the rest of his life. The former half-term Alaska governor was flooring her Toyota Tundra pickup truck at 63 mph in a 45 mph zone when cops stopped her and wrote her a speeding ticket! It all went down in her hometown of Wasilla, Alaska, where Miz Palin used to be the mayor! But that didn't stop officers from writing Sarah a $154 fine! The real crime she committed though was her attempt at comedy afterwards! When asked about her lead foot, Palin explained:
As in qualifying for a NASCAR race... Crickets. Crickets. But hey, why tell one flat joke when you've got two prepared! The wisecracking conservative then said Sammy Hagar was partially to blame for all of this since she was listening to his song I Can't Drive 55 when she got pulled over. Really?? You're gonna reference a Sammy Hagar song from 1984? Who is writing these one-liners for you? Gallagher? Look…just pay your fine and go back to doing what you do best - convincing the elderly viewers of FOX News that President Obama is a tyrant who needs to be impeached.
