| Posted: 26 Jul 2014 11:47 AM PDT Bobby Brown returned to the stage with New Edition last night while Kerry Washington and the "Scandal" crew had their first table read of the season. See their pics inside and watch Tony-winner Audra McDonald reveal how she bounced back from a suicide attempt. Last night in Detroit, New Edition hit the stage at "Chene Park" as part of their tour across North America. Bobby Brown made a triumphant return to the stage after a brief absence due to a medical issue. A source told TheYBF.com that at the end of his solo set, Bobby yelled "I'm Bobby bitches" and dropped the mic before walking off stage. Ralph's solo set included his hit "Sensitivity."
Johnny Gill performed his hits "My, My, My" and "Rub You The Right Way." And of course, BBD hit the stage for "Do Me" and "Poison."

In Hollywood.... "Scandal" creator Shonda Rhimes tweeted pics from the set. This was the cast's first week back to begin season 4. Kerry, joined by co-star Joshua Malina, sat for a table read of the first episode of the season, titled "Randy, Red, Superfreak and Julia.” Are you excited about the show's return?
In tv news.... Six-time Tony winner and star of "Private Practice" star Audra McDonald sat down with ABC NEWS Popcorn series where she talked candidly about a past suicide attempt. She explained that the "attempt" happened during a time of depression. 'When I was [in college] at Juilliard, I had a suicide attempt. I tried to slit my wrist.' Audra went on to credit the school with helping her put her life back together. 'When someone is suicidal, one of the first things you have to do is to protect them from themselves. They had a mental-health facilitator there, a therapist there, and they checked me into a mental-health hospital, where I was for a month, and got me the help I needed.' Watch her story here:

Miss Jackson is totally over Floyd Mayweather. While he's busy buying his new chick Bad Medina a new car, Floyd's ex Miss Jackson is boo'd up on Instagram with her man Nelly. Unlike with his other chicks Ashanti and Tae Heckard, Nelly posted pics with his boo on IG last night. He showed the two hugged up and more. She posted pics of her birthday dinner and bowling with friends. Yesterday, Nelly also posted her in Amsterdam saying:
Oh... And over in Chicago recently, Dwyane Wade headed back to his hometown with fiancee Gabby Union to take in the On The Run Tour. And they caught up with Steven Tyler in VIP:
They were spotted sipping on drinks and cuddled up while watching their faves, The Carters: Also in attendance:

| Posted: 26 Jul 2014 10:19 AM PDT Jennifer Lopez celebrated her birthday in the Hamptons with French Montana and Khloe Kardashian while Lil' Twist hung out with Khloe's sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner. More inside.... Jennifer Lopez celebrated her 45th birthday with a ritzy bash at Nammos restaurant in Southampton, New York this week. Yes, chick is 45. She partied alongside celebrity pals Kelly Ripa, Leah Remini, Andy Cohen, and rumored boyfriend "DWTS" hottie Maksim. Fat JoE, who joined JLo on stage during her free concert in the Bronx, partied with the "I'm Real" singer. Jen also posed with "I Luh Ya Papi" collaborator French Montana (atop) and his girlfriend Khloe Kardashian (above). Jen's 5-foot-long cake was designed by Samantha Brooks of SamiCakes Boutique and featured Jen's famous lady lumps and her green Versace dress cozying up to a lion. The coconut-cream-filled lemon cake was covered in fondant and modeling chocolate. Yum.
Deep in the heart of Texas..... While their big sis Khloe partied in Southampton, Kendall and Kylie Jenner partied in Dallas, Tx with Justin Bieber's pal Lil' Twist. It's not all fun and games for Kendall and Kylie, for once. They're actually in town promoting their PacSun summer clothing linewhile hanging out with their older raper friends...
