Her I am…World Tour DVD has become the best-selling music video DVD of 2010. Selling 132,000 copies, the DVD has gone double-platinum and has sold more than Rush's Beyond the Lighted Stage and Michael Jackson's Live in Bucharest: The Dangerous Tour. The deluxe DVD includes the concert's soundtrack, behind-the-scenes footage, an intimate documentary, and a 40-page collection of never-before-seen photos. Very impressive!

It sounds as though Kevin Federline and his lady friend, Victoria Prince, won't be tying the knot anytime soon, because he doesn't want to lose his financial support - $20,000 per month in spousal and $15,000 per month in child support, to be exact - from ex-wife Britney Spears! A source explains: "She [Britney] pays spousal support until he remarries. If he does, his income would go way down. If he wed Victoria and she ever divorced him, then he'd have given up much of Britney's dough and have to pay Victoria support. He cares about her, but he cares more about how much better off his bank account is if he stays unmarried." Awkwaaaard! Sorry, bb, but we doubt we're going to see KFed put a ring on it anytime soon! Actors' Equity Prez Releases Statement On Spider-Man Stunt Man Injury Posted: 03 Jan 2011 12:40 PM PST Nick Wyman, the president of the Actors' Equity Association, has released an official statement about stunt man Christopher Tierney's injury during a performance of Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark. Here are some highlights from his statement about the incident: "I have been very disturbed and distraught by the serious injuries sustained by our member Chris Tierney at the December 20th performance of SPIDER-MAN: TURN OFF THE DARK." "That Chris is not the first actor, nor the second, but rather the fourth to be injured on SPIDERMAN is frustrating and maddening and, to some, infuriating." "Working with OSHA, the Department of Labor and IATSE Local 1, we have insisted on further safety protocols, backups, fail-safes, redundancies over at the Foxwoods Theater." "As passionately as those of you feel who were savaging Equity for not stopping the show or at least stopping the injuries, that's how passionately our staff feels about making sure our members are safe and supported and able to give the best of themselves onstage without fear." We're certainly glad to hear that Actors' Equity is taking steps to improve safety on the show. Let's just hope that everything they're doing works out! Man Arrested For Driving Erratically Blames Ozzy's Music Posted: 03 Jan 2011 12:30 PM PST Oh sure, blame Ozzy! William Liston was arrested in Ohio on Christmas Eve for erratic driving after he told police that Ozzy's music made him go out of control. Police said that the man told them, "Ozzy Osbourne and his music made me do it." They added, "He was all over the road, bouncing from curb to curb. His head was bouncing and he was losing consciousness the whole time he was driving," before they stopped him and pulled him over. His speech was slurred, was unsteady on his feat and had prescription drugs in his pocket. He was charged with a hit-and-run and failure to control his vehicle. Crazy!

David Fincher To Give 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea The 3D Treatment Posted: 03 Jan 2011 11:40 AM PST Looks like The Social Network director David Fincher should have no problem getting a new generation excited about Jules Verne's classic story 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. Fincher, along with Disney, will be giving 20,000 Leagues the 3D touch, and they'll be doing it right with this one. They'll be using "state-of-the-art 3D camera equipment," which should ensure that we get a quality 3D film as opposed to another Clash of the Titans.
