According to TMZ reports:

The producer/director of Michael Jackson’s “This Is It” tour is scoffing at Katherine Jackson’s wrongful death suit in which he’s named as a defendant, because he had nothing to do with the drugs or treatment that caused the singer’s death.

Kenny Ortega just filed legal docs — obtained by TMZ — asking the court to remove him as a defendant in Katherine’s suit, claiming, “Kenneth Ortega is not alleged to be involved in the medical treatment or administration of drugs that allegedly caused Michael Jackson’s death.”

Ortega’s lawyer adds … Kenny never had a contract with Dr. Conrad Murray or with Michael Jackson, nor has he had any official affiliation with AEG.

Ortega’s lawyer says, “The naming of Kenneth Ortega as a defendant in this action, without any basis, without any substantive charging allegations against him, is a gross error.”

Katherine Jackson, stop it. We know you want someone to pay for “killing” your son, but you can’t just go around naming arbitrary defendants.



WTF!?!?: Prosecutors Urge Judge To Throw The Book At Pedophile Juvenile Justice Worker

Manhattan prosecutors ratcheted up the pressure yesterday on an admitted pedophile juvie justice worker — saying that if he doesn’t take a three-year prison deal they’ll try to confront him with old allegations of cocaine use and the rape of a 13-year-old girl under his care.

Disgraced department of juvenile justice worker Tony Simmons is only officially on the hook for allegedly assaulting three girls ages 15 and 16, one of whom he admitted raping. He’d been supervising the troubled teens in Manhattan Family Court at the time.

Simmons, 47, had originally pled guilty to those attacks and been promised a no-jail deal — but lost the deal in November after his judge learned he’d later derided his victims as randy, settlement-seeking opportunists and said that he’d only pleaded guilty to avoid jail.

Simmons’ guilt-dodging statements, made to probation officials, led the judge to void his old, no-jail plea and set him on course for trial this coming Tuesday.

Assistant district attorney Evan Krutoy today asked the trial judge, Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Carol Berkman, for permission to grill Simmons about allegations he raped a 13-year-old girl in a Family Court bathroom back in 2001, charges never substantiated and now too old to prosecute.

Why the hell would you tell your probation officer something like that??? In any case, we’re that Simmons is a dumba**, gives the system another shot to put this sick f*cker in jail!

Like most things in Chelsea Handler’s life, she isn’t taking her current relationship too seriously. Though she’s been linked to 50 Cent since early October, the 35-year-old comedienne seemed surprised when UsMagazine.com asked her about their fledgling romance at Wednesday’s Comcast TCA cocktail reception in Pasadena, Calif.

“People still think we’re dating? No! Really?” she asked Us. “He’s sweet, though. I love him, but we’re not dating.” Not that Handler hasn’t done her part to fuel relationship rumors: after 50 Cent was spotted hanging out backstage at her Newark, NJ stand-up show, she tweeted a photo of herself in bed with the 35-year-old rapper in December.

“I don’t know if I can handle him, to be honest,” she told Us of their unexpected pairing. “I like to have fun and I’m really trying to not get into anything too serious.”

The Hood Life: Now We Know Why Grandma Katherine Is Fed Up With Randy & Jermaine’s Baby Mama

As happy as we were to see Katherine Jackson finally kick Alejandra “Jackson” out of her crib, we kind of wonder why, after all this time, she would be so determined to put Jermaine & Randy’s kids and their mom out.

And now we know: TMZ reports this trifling skanky heifer is trying to come up on her personal tale of “You ain’t sh*t”-dom.

Katherine Jackson’s war with Jermaine/Randy’s baby mama Alejandra Jackson is all about a tell-all Alejandra is working on … sources directly connected with the family and the dispute tell TMZ.

We broke the story … the Michael Jackson Estate has filed legal papers trying to evict Alejandra and her kids, Jaafar, Jermajesty, Donte, Randy Jr. and Genevieve from the family home in Encino, which was owned by MJ and now the Estate.

Now TMZ knows what has lead to this legal showdown.

Katherine and her lawyers asked Alejandra and her kids to leave months ago, following the stun gun incident with Jaafar. Alejandra lawyered up, and the Estate put an offer on the table — the Estate would give her a condo, but in return she’d have to sign a confidentiality agreement and promise, among other things, not to write a tell-all book.

We’ve learned Alejandra refused to sign a confidentiality agreement and is in “active negotiations” for a tell-all.

And there’s more. We’re told Alejandra was demanding money from the MJ Estate.

When Alejandra was in Japan last month with her kids, everyone assumed she was going away for good and Katherine temporarily moved out to remodel the house.

But Alejandra came back, moved back in, and refused to leave, stalling the remodel.

Sources say Katherine’s lawyers called the cops last week to forcibly evict Alejandra, but the police said they couldn’t do anything without an eviction order … which is why the Estate is going to court.

SMH. Aren’t you glad your childhood crush on Michael/Janet/Rebbie didn’t actually make you a part of this family?
