A 'Friends' Reunion Movie: Who We'd Cast Posted: 07 Jan 2011 11:37 AM PST We hadn’t even heard the rumors about a possible reunion for the famed NBC show until today, when Matt LeBlanc confirmed that he didn’t plan on participating. Funny, because of all the people who would possibly benefit from a Friends movie right now, Joey would definitely be one of them. Then again, Friends was supposed to be about a group in their mid-20s, and since Courtney Cox is currently starring in Cougar Town, producers would probably go for a younger cast. It’s been 7 years since the last episode of Friends aired, and we’ve come up with seven fresh faces that will remind a whole new generation (jk! We’re not that old!) about the show that launched Jennifer Aniston’s tabloid career, Matthew Perry’s drug habit, and Courtney Cox’s terrible marriage choice. Natalie Portman Is Adorably Pregnant, Eating Again Posted: 07 Jan 2011 11:26 AM PST Natalie Portman’s eating habits during the filming of Black Swan made us a little nervous. Especially when she started talking about how much she liked the discipline and 40 hour per week workouts necessary for playing the part of a ballerina. But now that she’s knocked up and engaged to Benjamin Millepied, it looks like she’s taking things a little easier. And we can get over how adorable, friendly and normal she looks. The demands and pressures put on women in Hollywood are so great that many actresses end up leaning toward the high strung, anorexic end of the spectrum. But when they’re pregnant, that’s a lot harder to pull off. Also, pregnant ladies get to eat whatever they want. Even if they’re famous! Check out this pic of Natalie. She’s walking around in a totally nonsense outfit while walking her dog. And she looks so… nice! It definitely looks like pregnancy will suit her. Which reminds us. There are a lot of celebrities we prefer when they’re pregnant. Like Jennifer Connelly, who usually looks too skinny and unhappy, but is proudly eating up food now that she’s pregnant again. Last night on The Late Show, she confessed: “I have to stand in one spot in my apartment to make a phone call. It was like that with nausea. I had to stand in one spot, which happened to be in front of my refrigerator, which was open with me dipping pretzels in cream cheese and stuffing them in my mouth.” Come on. That’s adorable! John Edwards Renews Bid For Worst Human, Proposes To Rielle Hunter Posted: 07 Jan 2011 10:37 AM PST John Edwards has really one person to thank for his shockingly quick fall from grace in the lead up to the 2008 election: Rielle Hunter. The photographer and general crazy person informed the world that Edwards was her baby daddy and ruined his political ambitions in one fell swoop. And how does John repay her? Apparently by proposing to her mere days after his wife Elizabeth Edwards died of cancer. Perhaps he’s a little bitter that Elizabeth cut him out of the will? Elizabeth died December 7, after a years long battle with cancer. And according to the National Enquirer, Edwards proposed to his new baby mamma less than a month later. From The Daily News: “Over the holidays, the disgraced ex-presidential candidate introduced his three children, Cate, 28, Emma Claire, 12, and Jack, 10, to the blonde campaign videographer.” This is all conjecture at this point, but considering that The Enquirer was the pub that initially broke the news of this relationship, chances are they are engaged. For her part, Rielle could easily be an older (but definitely deserved) entrant into our rundown of Manic Pixie Dream Girls. Because here’s what she supposedly did over the break: “And to top it off, Hunter, 46, told Edwards’ kids to ‘Call me Mommy.’” Last month, after Elizabeth died, we suggested that Rielle be a contender for World’s Worst Human.
