It's no secret that Jennifer Lawrence manages to almost always come off as down to Earth and charming, but apparently, the famous starlet's very likable demeanor has attracted a fan that has gone way too far with his adoration for her...and also her family!
23-year-old Han Cong Zhao, a Chinese-born Canadian citizen, is currently being held on $100,000 bail in Kentucky after leaving 200 voice mails on the Jen's brother Blaine Lawrence's cell phone, and then on April 18th, flew down to Louisville, where he left him a threatening message, which said:
"I find you or you come to me. You got me really upset, when I am upset, wait and see what happens."
And the crazy doesn't stop there!
This guy THEN went to the Indian Hills Police Department, where he asked Chief Kelly Spratt how he could contact the actress' parents, and continued to call her poor brother, before was he involuntarily held at Central State Hospital for three weeks!
Zhao was released on May 8th, charged with stalking and harassment, and yet still thought it appropriate to give Spratt two letters for Jen, in which he referred to her as "Mary," or "his Mary, referencing Biblical Mary."
Still with us here? Because that's STILL not all!
After Jefferson District Judge Annette Karem ordered Zhao to be held on $100,000 bond until his July 23rd trial, as she believed "the victims are in serious danger." That didn't fly with his public defender, Erin Melchior, who then suggested that:
"Because of the people this allegedly involved we are trying to fix things from the get-go."
This apparently caused Karem to get SO UPSET that she had to leave the bench for a few minutes, and after returning, opened a serious can of whoop-ass:
"Excuse me — fix things? I take serious offense at that statement. I know you are vehemently advocating for your client and I understand that. But I want you to understand there is no citizen in this community who is any more important than any other. Maybe from the outside looking in that is what it may seem. My concern is based solely on the facts of this case."
In a statement from attorney Brad Hume, the Lawrence family expressed their appreciation for the "responsiveness and professionalism" of the Indiana Hills Police Department and the county attorney, but also are adamant that:
"Beyond that the Lawrences asked that their privacy be respected. This is not something they invited."
Obviously NOT! Yeesh!
Were just so glad that this guy was apprehended before this situation escalated any further! It definitely does sound as though there was a potential for this to get a whole lot more dangerous!

By now, we're sure you're familiar with the supremely stoopid SWATTING pranks that have plagued the Los Angeles Police Department and celebrities alike for the past year or so, which involves someone calling 9-1-1 to claim that the famous face in question is being attacked in their home, only for authorities to arrive and find nothing but a false alarm!
Unfortunately, this has happened to Miley Cyrus back in August...and now, she's been victimized once again!
According to sources, police received a new call around 8:55PM last night from a woman who said she was calling from her closet, and that shots were being fired in her home!
Of course, when the fuzz made it to the scene, they realized that they were back at the MileyBird's residence, and as gurlfriend was not even there, they were once again wasting their time on a false alarm!
Ugh! ENOUGH with this nonsense already!
This has just gone on waaay too long - which those responsible should probably realize now, seeing as they're just repeating the same prank on the same people!
Here's hoping this is an indication that this foolishness will be done with FOR GOOD...and soon!
Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev kept as much distance between them as possible -- including using Mark Pedowitz as a human buffer -- at the CW Upfronts presentation this week.
A source revealed that the tension between the two was completely palpable:
"It was a complete 180 from last year. Last year they looked like any young couple in love, and this time it was all business... They couldn't wait to get out of there. Ian told the fans he was running late and only stopped to sign one autograph."
But while the two seemingly avoided each other, arriving and leaving separately, it turns out another lady was given Ian's attention! One seriously lucky, Nina look-alike fan!
The source added:
"[Ian] grabbed [the fan's] face and gave her a kiss on the cheek! It was totally out of nowhere. All of the other girls were really jealous."

The night before he's set to take the stage at the season finale of "SNL," Kanye West debuted a new song and video--guerrilla style--in 10 cities across the globe. Check out his conscious rap "New Slaves" and how he delivered it, plus Jennifer Lopez's new video for "Live It Up"...
Kanye sent out a tweet yesterday announcing his new video saying:
“NEW SONG AND VISUAL FROM MY NEW ALBUM BEING PROJECTED TONIGHT ACROSS THE GLOBE ON 66 BUILDINGS, LOCATIONS @ KANYEWEST.COM."
And over at his website, he provided a map of all the places in every city that the song and visual would be projected. So in the U.S., Europe and Australia, Kanye debuted "New Slaves" for the world.
Why did he choose this way and no official Youtube release? Well, we picked out a few lyrics from his rap (that we're loving by the way) that may explain. Yeezy is on a f*ck the corporations tip. And he's doing things his way. This means that instead of being a "slave" to corporations like Youtube or advertisers or his label, he's simply showcasing his music where, when and how he wants to. And this time, he projected it on buildings....likely with no permits or anything. Gotta love the rawness.
Here's a few lyrics where he discusses new age racism and new age slavery. With seemingly complete opposite beliefs than his girlfriend, Kanye is speaking against people being slaves to businesses, corporations, publicity, societal pressures and their own minds:
"My mama was raised in the era when, clean water was only served to the fairer skin."
"Used to only be n*ggas, now everybody playing. Spending everything on Alexander Wang, new slaves."
"There's leaders, there's followers. I'd rather be a d*ck than a swallower."

The mystery surrounding Beyonce's reported second pregnancy is becoming more odd by the hour. He own "sis" Kelly Rowland seemed to not know she was pregnant when paparazzi asked her about it on the street yesterday. And a member of Bey's crew has also semi-denied the rumors. But there's still reason to believe it could all very well be true....
Kelly Rowland answered with a confused "What?!" yesterday when TMZ's paparazzi asked how she felt about Beyonce's new pregnancy. She could have been playing it off, but we've seen her acting skills. So either she honestly didn't know or her "act surprised" act bombed. Because something seemed totally off here:
Then Beyonce's Graphic Designer, Matthew, RT'd a fan last night who said, "Bey definitely isn't pregnant. She is posting videos and pictures and sh*t. Kween is UNBOTHERED."
Oddly, he deleted the RT 15 minutes after, but everyone saw it. So was he trying to make an official denial on Bey's behalf? Or did he find out the actual truth and then decided to erase the fan's comment?
E! Online, who originally confirmed the news via multiple sources, is sticking by their story. They also said late last night that a source told them her pregnancy should not affect her North American tour dates.
And Jay's friends like Russell Simmons and the company he partly owns, Carol's Daughter, have all tweeted an official Congratulations.

Proud mama Toya shared a few pics on instagram of her mom, Wayne's mom and family friends saying, "I'm so proud of my angel. Honor Roll student on her way to highschool. Beauty and Brains. #proudmama"

As we previously reported, Detroit Lions running back Reggie Bush and his fiancee Lilit Avagyan welcomed a beautiful baby girl recently. And now, we've learned her name -- Briseis. If you're wondering where he got the name from, Reggie explained it to Life & Style,
"It's Greek. We were watching the movie Troy and my fiancée, who was my girlfriend at the time, said, 'If we ever have a daughter, can we name her that?' And a couple of months later, wouldn't you know! The name was picked out months before she was even thought about. It's crazy."
And the first-time father also revealed that he went through a range of emotions on May 6, the day Briseis was born.
"I was nervous, I was excited, I was scared, I was happy. Every emotion possible was running through me. And then you're like, 'I can't believe this is my baby.' It was really emotional when I was first holding her."
Now that he and Lilit has a bundle of joy...things have changed. When asked how fatherhood has changed him, he told L&S,
"It has grounded me more. When you have a child, everything you do is about them," he confides. "You're thinking about your child first. Everything. It's grounded me a lot more."

And TheYBF.com hit up the intimate Q&A session & screener in NYC last night where Zoe dished training hard for her role as Uhura and why she'll never stop working. And she'll keep rocking these blockbuster films until it doesn't make her happy anymore.
"I never want to retire," Zoe told the crowd. "What am I going to do, gardening? I want to keep growing, I'll always need to learn something, someone will always want me to teach them something. I'm always going to be evolving in my career. Right now, I've finally found something that makes me happy. I've been doing this for over 10 years and it makes me happy. And the moment this business doesn't make happy, I am going to do something else."
Zoe doesn't believe in the word "celebrity" because she works her ass off for what she gets. And she's not going the easy route of some "celebs" and sleeping with a producer for the role.
"Words like celebrity don't exist. If you're in it for game, get out of it. It's always a producer to shag."
She also spoke about who she would groom in this business--and it's her niece. But Zoe's not tolerating any slacking whatsoever. And no small wages for hard work. She said:
"I have a 10 year old niece so I would want to share with her and hope she got good experiences out if it. I'm very Latino. And [the reputation of us] working for 40 years like an animal and getting a 14 year old's wage is old. It's capitalism. We've been somebody since the day we were born. You can be anybody. You are just one person and you're unique. If my niece one day wants to be an actress, she will work her ass off. I work my ass off. And when I get freebies, I deserve them."

And his cover shot looks damn good.
From his prolonged custody battle, to his mom's addiction to heroin and alcohol, the gold-medal winning athlete gets candid about his role as a full-time dad. Here are the highlights:
Wade on his reason for pushing through the difficult custody battle: “I didn’t set out to get full custody but I wasn’t able to see my kids the way I wanted and I’m not a parent who’s going to run away from his responsibilities. I was probably a terrible husband, but I pride myself on being a good dad.”
Wade on his rocky relationship with estranged ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches: “It’s been six years and hopefully one day she and I can get to the point where it’s a lot easier than it is now to co-parent.”
Mom Jolinda Wade on how Dwyane's dad impacted his fathering: "Dwyane came up not having a father around, so he didn’t think he was missing anything. But having his father take over the key role in parenting was very impactful. That was the first view he got as a young man to see what to do and what not to do.”
Dwyane on his fathering skills of his two sons Zaire, 11, and Zion, 5 and nephew Dahveon Morris, 11 (who he has legal guardianship of):

Last night, Kerry Washington (shown above with co-star Jeff Perry aka meanie Cyrus) attended "An Evening With Scandal" presented by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences' at the Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre in North Hollywood last night. Our fave fashionista "fixer" wore a pink sleeveless frock with a cute bow at the waist.
Meanwhile, series creator and head writer Shonda Rhimes wore a stylish blue coat as she celebrated what became the series' best night ever! Last night's season finale (that had us laid out with multiple wine bottles and a racing pulse) became the series' most watched episode, easily winning its time slot and reaching an all-time high in each of the key women's demographic groups (W18-34/W18-49/W25-54).
Also, the show ended the season as ABC's most social program with over 4.3 million tweets. The season finale had over 571,353 tweets alone (the highest of any episode)!
TV personality Shaun Robinson turned up in a sexy hot pink frock.

According to E! News, Beyoncé is pregnant again! The website reports this afternoon:
Superstar supermom Beyoncé is expecting her second child with hubby Jay-Z, multiple sources exclusively confirm to E! News.
In a recent interview with ABC News during her press event for her upcoming animated flick EPIC, Beyonce--who's pictured above a few minutes ago backstage at her concert stop in Zurich--said she definitely wants more kids. And she said the couple's baby girl Blue Ivy needs some company. But when she was asked about when exactly she would be popping out another kid, she remained coy, giggled and said, "It'll happen when it's supposed to happen."
Was that a clue? Hmmm.
Her recent tour stop cancellation in Belgium for "dehydration & exhaustion" raised even more eyebrows. Especially because she's never cancelled a performance in her entire career.
All we want to know is, will this chick be 6-7 months pregnant trying to shake her way to being Independent and trying to Upgrade folks at her Brooklyn tour stop in August? Because aint nobody got time for that! We want the full fledged stage-takeover that she always brings.
The couple's good friend Russell Simmons also tweeted a congratulatory message to them. We would hope Russ would have hit Jay on the hip first before tweeting. But who knows.

But bare booty views aren't the only struggles facing the pop starlet. As her "Styled To Rock" show comes over to the States, her legal team is embroiled in a nasty $5 Million lawsuit with Topshop. It seems the company is making a ton of money selling t-shirts with her image on them...without her permission.
A source close to the situation says negotiations between the company and Rihanna started out friendly...but took a dive once they only offered her $5K. Insulting! Her camp turned down the offer and Topshop ignored the rejection and sold the t-shirts anyway! They essentially told her they would do whatever the hell the please. Now...Riri wants them to pay up. The source told Page Six,
“Rihanna’s management asked Topshop a number of times to stop selling her image and were told, ‘We do what we want.’ They buy the pictures from a photographer, but they do not pay the artist licensing fees. Unfortunately, UK law does not protect the artist. What is most offensive for Rihanna is that they basically told her, ‘Go to hell. We don’t care; we are going to continue selling you.’
But fans of Rihanna shouldn't expect to get their hands on any of those shirts here in the States. The source added,
"Topshop is now in the United States. They set up in Manhattan and Nordstrom, but they know better than to do this in the US because they would get in trouble.”
For their part, Topshop isn't admitting any wrongdoing. In fact....they seem to pass the buck off on the supplier (though they did CHOOSE to sell the shirts). A rep said,
“This issue is related to a T-shirt provided to Topshop by a third-party supplier. We are aware it is the subject of litigation. [There are] public documents."
We bet chick gets her money. We'll let you know how that turns out....
