| Mom's Drug Addiction Was To Blame For Mario's Assault Posted: 03 Oct 2010 12:20 PM PDT We still don't think it was okay for singer Mario to beat up his mom though! Mario was charged with assaulting his mother, Shawntia Hardaway, and was arrested on Friday. He was later released on bail. His lawyer, Hassan Murphy, called it "an unfortunate incident between a loving son and a mother who continues to struggle with a devastating addiction." Mario's mother was the subject of a 2007 award-winning TV documentary titled, I Won't Love You to Death: The Story of Mario and His Mom, which documented his troubled relationship with his heroin-addicted mother. Hardaway had called the police on Friday claiming that her son "started yelling at her and he used his hands and forearms and pushed her in the chest and shoulder area causing minor pain and discomfort." When the police arrived, they found a severely damaged" china cabinet, a broken mirror, a busted door and "a lot of glass lying on the floor" in their apartment. Mario's lawyer spoke of Hardaway's addiction, saying:

| Dog The Bounty Hunter Rushed To The Hospital! Posted: 03 Oct 2010 12:08 PM PDT Oh no! Duane Chapman aka Dog The Bounty Hunter was rushed to the UCLA Medical Center ER after complaining of pain. The doctors treated him for a possible blood clot, which had developed earlier in the year when he was injured during a bounty hunt. Whoa, that's hardcore! The doctors wanted to "avoid possible serious complications," then later released him from the hospital. We hope the Dog's back to his normal self and is ready to go out there and catch the bad guys again! |

| Serious Actor, Timberpussy Signs On To Another Film Posted: 03 Oct 2010 10:00 AM PDT Here we go with this whole "serious actor" bizness! Justin Timberlake has signed on to a new film, formerly titled I'm.mortal, which is "set in a society where aging stops at 25 and time has become the currency. The rich are immortal, while the rest struggle to stay alive." The Timberpussy plays Will, a rebel who is falsely accused of murdering a wealthy man for his time. His character is forced to take a hostage, played by Amanda Seyfried, who of course falls in love with Timberlake's character. His mother is played by actress Olivia Wilde, who is actually 3 years younger than Justin in real life. But since the movie is about time stopping, apparently people don't age. We guess. WTF?! Does he really think people are going take him seriously with a plot like that? Come on, Justin. Come to your senses already and do what you do best - making catchy pop songs that we like to sing along to when we're driving in our cars. Get over yourself, buddy!! |

Jennifer Lopez will be producing a new comedy series about the life of a Latina nanny through her company, Nuyorican Productions. The ABC show will focus on three Latina nannies living in Los Angeles and the lives of their extended families. It's about time we see more Latinas on TV!! Sources say that Sony Pictures Entertainment offered the coveted role of the newly-adapted Spider-Man's Mary Jane Watson to the faboosh Emma Stone! Emma will be taking over the role that was played by Kirsten Dunst in the first three films. As for the other female role, Gwen Stacy, there are four actresses in contention: Glee's Dianna Agron, Mia Wasikowska, Georgina Haig and Dominique McElligott.
