Phillips has just ordered the Defense Department "immediately to suspend and discontinue any investigation, or discharge, separation, or other proceedings" relating to 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell!' Lawyers for the Justice Department are sure to appeal the injunction, but this is MASSIVE step in the right direction! EQUAL RIGHTS FOR ALL! |
| David Still Visits Courteney On The Set Of Cougar Town! Posted: 12 Oct 2010 12:10 PM PDT This whole situation is just so bizarre. Despite claiming that he has been separated from Courteney Cox for months and admitting to extramarital relations, David Arquette has been visiting the set of his wife(?)'s show, Cougar Town, as recently as last week - even though SHE'S also been romantically linked to co-star Brian Van Holt! The actor reportedly posted pictures of Cox's dressing room on Twitter on Friday, and according to insiders on the series, everyone there is just as shocked as the public over the couple's split. A source reveals:

Contestants on the X Factor are being kept under close watch by security guards. It's for their own protection, in a way. The house is crawling with these security peeps, employed to do one thing: Make sure everyone keeps it in their pants! Producers are very concerned about this! There is to be no canoodling in the X Factor house, only rehearsing. At any given time of the night, there is someone patrolling the halls making sure none of the contestants sneak out of their rooms to sleepover in another bed! Boring! They're all young! Sources are confirming that Brooke Burke and her husband are under investigation after they allegedly bought and received stolen property for their million-dollar mansion in Malibu. The Dancing With The Stars host and her Baywatch beau are in the middle of lawsuit and have even gone through depositions. The suit claims the pair bought appliances from EuroConcepts showroom employee, Zalfa "Zee" Halaby, paying her directly, instead of the store. They allegedly wrote checks to Ms. Halaby and sometimes even paid cash. This all helped in drastically lowering the price of the items for them and putting money directly into the woman's pocket. In their depositions, Brooke and hubby deny having knowledge that they were purchasing stolen merchandise, while there is emails and deposit slips proving that they paid the woman directly, instead of the store.
