| Posted: 05 Oct 2010 09:17 AM PDT Last night Lil' Kim, Lil'B and Paul Mooney hosted the opening of the luxury boutique, La Scala, in NYC. Pics from the event are inside, plus photos from the Miami Dolphins Orange Carpet Celebrity Arrivals... <!--break--> Lil' Kim arrived at the opening of Harlem's La Scala Boutique in style last night. Lil' Kim walked in with publicist Lizzie Grubman. I see she has her off days and on days. I'll let you guess which one this one is. She hosted the boutique's opening with comic legend Paul Mooney. And was later joined by her good friend Lil' B who also co-hosted the event. There's just so much going on here with these looks. They posed with Rose Cordon, who opened La Scala on 125th street. Kim kicked it with DJ Jazzy Joyce. And artist and designer Noah G. Pop presented Lil' Kim with the portrait "Lil' Kim."
And down south in Miami, we caught the Miami Dolphins Orange Carpet Celebrity Arrivals. Only Miami would have a laid-out carpet for celebs to arrive to a football game: Miss Kelly Rowland performed the National Anthem. Lookin' cute on her arrival. Then hitting the orange carpet. Not sure who her stylist is, but she always looks great. And bravo for the three outfit changes done right. And her BFF Serena Williams arrived with (former?) ex-boyfriend Common. Dwyane Wade and his boo Gabrielle Union came to the game. And British R&B singer Craig David showed the paps that he also has a "Situation." And of course you can't have an event in Miami and not have Rick Ross there. In sweats. Can't decide if he's too dressed down or if everybody else is just too dressed up. And the lovely Toni Braxton was there looking fab too. And after the game started, the VIPs moved to their seats. Mr. Wade and Ms. Union lookin' all cozy and stuff... | MUSIC FAB: Kanye Reveals Album Title & Details Posted: 05 Oct 2010 08:34 AM PDT Kanye West took to his Twitter today to reveal the deets about his new album dropping next month. It took forever, but now we know the title and the singles that will be on it.
Check out the deets when you read on... <!--break--> Kanye is over in Paris working on the album packaging, designs, and screening his new movie short. But he took a little time to let his fans know the official deets. So much for the Good Ass Job title. 'Ye's official album titile is My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. I already see where this one's going... He also revealed that his next single will be "All of the Lights". He said even though that track leaked, he's still putting it (along with some of his other Friday leaks) on the album. Another single will be "Dark Fantasy", produced by himself, RZA, and No ID. His album now drops November 22nd. It's odd to drop on a Monday, but Ms. Minaj drops the next day. This ought to be interesting....

Meanwhille, news out of Rikers Island-- Lil' Wayne was recently placed in solitary confinement for listening to his music. WTF? He wasn't fighting, doing drugs or sneaking phone calls - but "working" on his talent and craft. But violating the rules is violating the rules. Earphones and music contraband is illegal at Rikers. And he was caught with it. Weezy will be confined to an isolation cell for up to 23 hours a day until his scheduled release on Nov. 5th, a Rikers Island source said. Mr. Carter was caught with headphones and a charger for an MP3 player back in May and another inmate was found to be hiding the MP3 player itself. So the infraction itself happened in May, but Weezy is only being punished now because a spot in solitary confinement just opened up on Monday. I see Rikers Island is more packed than Eddie Long's pews two Sundays ago. Lil' Wayne was sentenced to a one-yearsentence on the Island for getting caught with a loaded gun on his tour bus. And now he won't get any social activities in jail outside of one recreation hour a day and one personal phone call a week. I am sure he is eagerly anticipating his release. Lala has been tweeting away to her followers to encourage them to watch her reality show "Lala's Full Court Wedding". But when Lala's other bestie singer Tyrese noticed that her BFF Kim Kardashian didn't tweet anything about the show, he had some words for Kim. The singer tweeted: "[Kim's] got waaaaaaay more followers, Not tryna start no public sh*t..I’m just saying La is ur girl right?? Support her too dammit!!" Interesting. Remember the first episode of Lala's show where Tyrese asked her if she's sure she's ready to be a wife--seeing that she only hangs out with single women who are nowhere near that level? Lala saw the tweet and quickly came to the defense of Kimmy tweeting: "I've known [Tyrese] since I was 16 years old sometimes he reacted without knowing the facts. And fact of the matter is Kim has a show on at the same time as mine. E would have a cow if she was tweeting about my show when she has a show going on. Just think about how ridiculous that would be; ‘Everybody watch Lala's show.’ Don’t u have a show on at the same time?" "Kim's featured on my show in 2 episodes and she's been completely supportive and I just think [Tyrese] didn’t know that and once it was explained he was like ‘aw I get it now.’ But he didn't realize it would cause this whole frenzy that it did. But in no way have I ever questioned our friendship. This girl goes hardcore when it comes to being a true friend."
After Lala put the "facts" out, Tyrese got the point and stopped tweeting about it. But um, the real facts are that Kim's 30 minute show comes on at 10p. And Lala's at 10:30p. Just sayin'. Since we're talking "facts". And despite tweeting about other shows, Kim Tweeted that she's contractually prohibited from Tweeting about Lala's show. I wonder if Kim would defend Lala like that....  |

Serena Williams and her uber fit bikini bod hit Miami Beach with Common yesterday. And we've got the pics of them looking very happy to be together.
And pics of Ice-T and CoCo rocking butt floss on the beach when you read on... <!--break--> Well aren't these two cute. Seems that everytime we see Serena these days, Common is close by. And not many couples got o being THIS good of "friends" after a breakup...unless they're getting back together. Loves it. the two chilled out on beach chairs while taking in the ocean views. Serena Tweeted about getting her foot back to competitive shape: “In the meantime I am focused on my rehab program and remain optimistic to return to competition this season.” Nice. Serena copped a few drinks for her beach day. And looked fab while playing in the ocean.

| LEGAL WOES: T.I. Gets A Court Date+Bruno Mars Cops Felony Drug Possession Charge Posted: 04 Oct 2010 10:34 AM PDT T.I. has less than 2 weeks to get his ish together. He finally has a court date to convince the judge why his most recent drug charge doesn't violate the probation he's already on.
Plus an update on Bruno Mars and his drug charge when you read on... <!--break--> T.I. is set to face the judge on October 15th. No word on if Tiny will have a court date herself or will be involved in T.I.'s case in some way. Since Mr. Harris is already on probation for the 2009 weapons charge he just served time for, he has his work cut out for him. If he's found to have violated his probation, back to the slammer he will likely go. I still just can't comprehend why these dumb activities keep occuring. Good luck with that T.I.P. "Just The Way You Are" singer Bruno Mars, who was recently arrested in a Vegas club after getting caught with coke, was just formally charged with felony drug possession. If convicted, he faces up to four years in jail and a $5,000 fine. Not a good look homie. But he may just luck out. Because supposedly in the state of Nevada, first time offenders usually get off with a suspended sentence and probation. His court date is set for November 18th. Time will tell....
