And even if you’re a law-abiding citizen, the government keeps track of your tweets. None of this is a secret. But these innanet gangsters just can’t help but dry-snitch on themselves. Take the case of Ronald Herron. In his mind, he’s a rapper named Ra Diggs. Ra Diggs is a bonafide thug. He has the tweets and YouTube videos to prove it. And now the feds are using those same things to prove that Ra Diggs’ fictional life is Ronald’s reality. A rapper who boasted on Twitter about beating a murder rap is a violent drug kingpin who flooded Brooklyn’s Gowanus Houses with crack and heroin, the feds said Wednesday. Ronald (Ra Diggs) Herron, charged with eight others in a federal indictment, provided prosecutors with a wealth of incriminating evidence in his YouTube videos and in his Twitter musings. He tweeted that he has “5000 n—– with them lorcins [handguns] ready to turn the pigs kids into orphins,” federal court papers reveal. The videos depict the ex-con wearing body armor and brazenly firing guns at a target range. In them, he boasts he ordered a shooting from his hospital bed and “beat a body” – a reference to his 2002 murder acquittal after two witnesses were threatened and refused to testify against him. Herron warned against people “snitching” and mentioned a murder in the Gowanus Houses housing project of a victim who reportedly helped authorities, Assistant U.S. Attorneys Shreve Ariail and Carter Burwell said. The prosecutors said Herron was wounded by a rival drug dealer in 1998 and the gunman was killed two days later by Herron’s cousin. Herron, 28, was arrested by NYPD detectives early Tuesday outside Club Amnesia in Chelsea. He was arraigned in Brooklyn Federal Court and ordered held without bail. A loaded 9-mm. handgun was found in the glove box of the Dodge Charger that Herron was riding in, authorities said. “That s— ain’t mine and you ain’t gonna find my prints on it,” the driver, Algenis Caraballo, said after taking cops on a brief chase along W. 29th St. Herron’s crew had been linked to four killings but none is charged in the three-count indictment. Brooklyn U.S. Attorney Loretta Lynch said the crew “victimized an entire housing development.” Undercover detectives made more than 65 drug buys from members of Herron’s crew at the Gowanus Houses since 2008, many of which were recorded on video that could put the dealers in prison for at least 10 years. Herron could face up to life in prison if convicted. And the kids in his neighborhood said they only knew him as a rapper. Sir? Don’t you dare try to blame this on Hip-Hop! We don’t know you! Unfortunately it turned viral, putting Duke Lacrosse back in the news. This time it’s not for some skanky stripper lies, instead this is more about co-ed truths that help support Duke’s reputation for fostering highly drunken and sexual activity among athletes and co-eds at the school. Homegirl says she regrets doing it in the first place, since she didn’t want to “hurt” anyone, but we’re pretty sure those regrets will go out the window once she starts cleaning up cashwise… This stuff is juicy, so much so that agents at prominent literary and Hollywood agencies are salivating about the goods. Some examples: From an agent at William Morris: “This article that you’ve written is captivating! There are many people at our agency that would be interested in speaking with [the student]. Do you have any contact info for her by any chance? Thanks so much ahead of time for any help you can provide!” Meanwhile, from an editor at HarperCollins: “I’m an editor at HarperCollins publishers, where I specialize in pop culture and entertainment books. I’m intrigued and entertained by [the writer]‘s PowerPoint “f*ck list,” which is making the rounds online and am wondering if you could give me her email address or forward my note of interest to her. Even though I’m sure she’s horrified that her, uh, presentation, which was intended for a small group of friends, has gone viral, she’s a very good, funny writer, and I’m wondering if she has any interest in writing a book. In an upcoming photo shoot for Glamour Magazine’s UK Edition, Winehouse shows off some of the pieces from her new collection for British designer Fred Perry. Trainwreck Amy also reveals what might be behind her cleaner demeanor. As she prepares to show off her new range of clothing designed for British sportswear firm Fred Perry, Amy Winehouse says she's been drug-free for three years and is in a better place. "I'm much healthier now," she tells the U.K. edition of Glamour in its November issue. "I used to use drugs and I haven't used drugs in almost three years. I literally woke up one day and was like, 'I don't want to do this any more.'" Amy also reveals her druggy ex-husband somewhat inspired the clothing line. While her private life around her ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil was in such turmoil, she says she focused on her fashion line. "I went through a lot of trouble with my ex-husband, so I had such a long time to think about the collection." The Former Mrs. Raymond Ms. Foster recently released a couple of outtakes from her new photo shoot for a ‘national health and fitness’ publication. What she didn’t share is the name of the mag or when it comes out. Oh well! We’re just gonna assume there was only minimal Photoshop used and applaud Tameka on maintaining her figure five kids and two husbands later.
