Posted: 15 Oct 2010 06:01 AM PDT This is super jacked up… We may not always root for RihRih over here, but we’d still kick the azz of any sonofab*tch who tried selling us old pictures of her and Breezy from that infamous beatdown. But that’s exactly what some wack individual is trying to do. According to RadarOnline: Never-before-seen images of a battered Rihanna, reportedly taken at a hospital after her fight with Chris Brown, have leaked. RadarOnline.com has seen the four images that were offered to this site for publication. We declined. The photos were taken by a “state employee involved in the investigation” of her then-boyfriend Brown – who assaulted Rihanna the night of the Grammy awards in February 2009 – according to an anonymous source who would not identify themselves to RadarOnline.com. “They were taken at the hospital,” admitted the source, who has been shopping the photos to various other media outlets. The possible release of the stills would almost certainly cause more outrage. Less graphic images were published online eleven days after the couple’s fight nearly two years ago. After that leak, the Los Angeles Police Department launched an internal investigation and asked for the public’s help in finding the source of the photographs. The photos showed to RadarOnline.com are different to those previously published. While three of the stills feature Rihanna, a fourth is of Brown seated in a hospital room pictured with a small lesion on his upper lip. It was widely reported that the battered Umbrella singer became enraged after finding text messages on Brown’s cell phone to other women, prompting her to throw the phone at Brown’s face. The reports were never verified. Rihanna – whose real name is Robyn Fenty – is pictured with large welts above each of her eyebrows, marks on both of her cheeks and a split lip. The most graphic photo is a close-up; her left eye bloodied and bruised, with four lesions on her face and multiple cuts on her bottom lip. Rihanna, wearing a grey tank top with her short hair pushed off her face, is also photographed in a profile position, showing the right side of her face. A ruler is being held up which shows the reddish swelling to span two inches – from the bottom of her eye almost all the way down to her mouth. In another image, Rihanna is shown pulling her busted lips apart to show numerous lacerations on the inside of her mouth. A worker, wearing a latex glove, is holding up a ruler to her lips. There appears to be at least five major cuts on the inside of her lips. “(I’m) not sure if they where used as evidence, but I’m assuming they were,” said the source. In the one image not seen by RadarOnline.com, Rihanna is captured with a “bite bruised mark on her arm”, according to the source. When asked if a domestic violence case worker was behind this most recent leak, the source insisted, “A case worker at the hospital did not take these.” The source added, “I’ve had them for months.” More graphic than the leaked TMZ photo? This could do major damage to both Chris Brown and Rihanna, who are only just now recovering from the incident. SMH. Not cool at all. Would you even want to see these pictures?

And they’re not giving us a whole lot more insight into the video either. In addition to the photo above, only one other still has been released from the clip, which was shot in Sylmar, California late last month with the latest must-have video director Ray Kay – he’s the guy behind Justin Beiber’s “Baby,” Terius’ “Rockin’ That Thang,” Gaga’s “Poker Face,” and Destiny’s Child’s “Soldier.” Even the description of the video is super vague. In the video, which debuts on BET on Monday (the single hits iTunes Oct. 26), the pint-sized singer – who is signed to Jay-Z’s record label – gets playful with her wardrobe and some paint, and joins guest stars ranging in age from 1 to 85 who, you guessed it, whip their hair back and forth for the cameras. Hmmm. That could be lots of things. At least we know what the official “Whip My Hair” dance moves look like. Okay ladies, so it is officially okay for grown women to ‘whip they hurr’ in public. Charged with killing college student Stephany Flores in Lima, van der Sloot – also the key suspect in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway in Aruba – remains behind bars in the notoriously harsh Miguel Castro Castro prison. Anyway, onto the dirty details of the divorce. We can’t say we’re surprised but Christina was allegedly creeping around. According TMZ reports: Aguilera cited “irreconcilable differences” in her divorce petition obtained by TMZ, which was filed today. It’s an interesting twist, since sources tell us Christina is the one who cheated. According to the divorce docs, there is a prenup. The divorce petition asks that “Earnings and accumulations of [Aguilera] before marriage, during marriage and from and after the date of separation” be considered separate property. Aguilera, who is represented by disso-queen Laura Wasser, lists the date of separation as September 11, 2010. The petition also seeks to terminate Bratman’s ability to get spousal support. Aguilera is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their child, Max, who is 2. Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ the marriage fell apart after Aguilera allegedly cheated on Bratman. Aguilera’s side refused comment. Dang, Christina’s hubby has to deal with the public humiliation and give up on spousal support and a divorce settlement?
