Dirty Ex Juvie Counselor Back On Trial After Claiming The Girl He Raped Got What She Wanted Posted: 16 Nov 2010 05:05 AM PST Tony Simmons and his nasty azz almost got off with ten years of probation after pleading guilty to raping a 15-year-old and molesting two other little girls. Then he started talking sh*t. Disgraced juvie counselor Tony Simmons was called on the carpet yesterday by a Manhattan Supreme Court judge, who was none too pleased that the perv has been spending the past six weeks claiming his teenaged victims got what they wanted and that he only pleaded guilty to stay out of jail. “This defendant does not admit his guilt, and, more alarmingly . . . blames the victim,” Justice Cassandra Mullen said from the bench, adding that such behavior “shocks the conscience of the court.” If not for his odious, post-plea comments to probation officials and others — Simmons even claimed his 16-year-old rape victim “enjoyed it” — he would have been sentenced yesterday to just 10 years’ probation for assaults on three troubled girls, aged 15 and 16, at Manhattan Family Court. That original Sept. 27, no-jail deal had left DA Cyrus Vance Jr. blasting the judge as “outrageously lenient” — even though prosecutors had made no record of their objections when the deal was struck in open court. Offered the new, far more painful deal by prosecutors yesterday — a sentence of three years in prison — Simmons choked, saying he was neither ready to accept the sentence nor go to trial. Mullen answered that since Simmons wasn’t willing to take the three years immediately, she was voiding his old plea by fiat — and was returning him to his previous status of defendant. She set Dec. 15 as his next day in court, at which time he can still plead guilty and take the three years or else agree to a trial date. He remains free on $100,000 bail. “He seems to think he did the victims a favor.” Simmons told officials one victim, after being attacked, told him, ” ‘Thanks, I needed that,’ — like she enjoyed it.” SMH. Posted: 15 Nov 2010 05:26 PM PST Damn Luda we really thought you were different… After we noted that normally happy couple Ludacris and Eudoxie weren’t looking quite so cozy anymore, a devoted Bossip reader wrote in to fill us in on what’s been eating at their relationship. Check out the steamy details below: Bossip have I got a story for you.Wednesday November 10, 2010 Ludacris preformed at my school, Florida Atlantic University, annual Freakers Ball. Luda came with his girlfriend, Euxonie and of course his boys. Luda asked for condoms to be in his dressing room and when his manager asked where they where she [Eudoxie] went CRAZY. She flipped out on him asking him why he always needed condoms in front of his crew and the students that ran the concert. We were all in shock and it was liked a bad accident where you couldn’t look away. They went into the dressing room and she came out like 20 minutes later asking for a tour of the school since she had heard so much about the school. We got a her a golf cart tour (our school is relatively small). As soon as she was out of the building Luda went over to one of the girls, who was a student, and started talking to her. She was all giggles. After about 20 minutes of whispering in her hear Luda and the girl went into his dressing room with one of his bodyguards standing in front of the door not letting anyone get too close to the door. About 10 minutes later Euxonie came back, as I said small school, and she went to the door. By this time EVERYBODY knew that Luda was in the room with the girl, so Euxonie went up to the doors and attempted to bypass the guards, They wouldn’t let her in the room and she was screaming “CHRIS OPEN THE FU*KING DOOR!!!!” she was banging on the boor. He eventually came out with the girl and she pushed him into the room and she started screaming and everybody and their momma could hear her. About 20 minutes after the screaming match she stormed out of the room and told one of the bodyguards to take her to the airport. Luda came out the room and one of the bodyguards asked him if he wanted to stop the car and Luda said “Nope, she’ll get over it”. And that was it. A few hours later he put on a great show. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW… Do you believe it?

Liberty Central is a conservative group that has aligned itself with the crazy-a** Tea Party, and has come under intense scrutiny over the past months due to conflict of interest as well as questions in regards to generous anonymous contributions. Funded primarily by two secret donors, whose identities were concealed by new practices set forth in the Supreme Court’s Citizens United decision, Thomas’s group was immediately injected with more than half-a-million dollars, which propelled it to the forefront of conservative activism, but not without significant concern that the anonymous status of Liberty Central’s benefactors could potentially complicate future rulings by Justice Thomas. And if you missed it the first time, peep game, not only is this lil heffa practicing some suspect political behavior, she had the NERVE to hit up Anita Hill and ask her to APOLOGIZE for accusing her husband of sexual harrassment back in 1991. B*TCH PLEASE! Why the hell would Anita apologize to your triflin-a** husband and make it seem like she was just making all those accuastions up??? Go sit ‘cho silly a** down somewhere! Stepping down from the group was definitely the right thing to do, but somebody better keep an eye on Shady a*s Virginia and Uncle Clarence Thomas because we have a feeling they know good and well who made the anonymous donations and that they were dead wrong doing so — after all if she wasn’t up to treachery why is she so nervous about the attention that she’d step down from her own organization? Updated: Feds Pop Three Crooked Cops In PG County… Is There A Connection To Money Flushing Bra Stuffing Corrupt County Executive? Posted: 15 Nov 2010 03:40 PM PST The corruption investigation in Prince George is only getting deeper. This morning federal agents arrested three local police officers initially thought to be in connection with the Jack B. Johnson case. Prince George’s Police Chief Roberto L. Hylton said Monday that three officers, two from Beltsville, were arrested this morning. He said the officer were picked up by federal agents at the station, but that the station was not being raided. Sources with knowledge of the arrests say they are related to Friday’s arrest of Prince George’s County Executive Jack B. Johnson and his wife Leslie. Each has been charged with evidence tampering and destroying evidence in a case the U.S. attorney called the “tip of the iceberg” in a broader corruption investigation in Prince George’s County. Two of the officers taken into custody Monday morning have been identified as Sgt. Rich Delabrer and Cpl. Chong Kim, according to sources familiar with the arrests. A third as yet unidentified officer was also taken into custody in Beltsville. Delabrer also worked off-duty as a security officer at Tick Tock liquors in Hyattsville, according to a source familiar with the arrests. The Feds dropped a press release about this morning’s arrests and Jack B. Johnson’s name was nowhere to be found in the document. The whole local government is looking real suspect right now. U.S. Attorney Rod J. Rosenstein officially announced the arrests and charges in a press release. A total of nine people were arrested, including the three police officers. The charges are conspiracy to commit extortion and conspiracy to distribute cocaine. There is no mention of County Executive Jack B. Johnson, and the charges may stem from the larger probe of corruption in Prince George’s County. The charges stem from a scheme involving the transport and distribution of untaxed cigarettes and alcohol. Besides Sgt. Rich Delabrer and Cpl. Chong Kim, the third officer charged is Officer Sinisa Simic. The indictment also seeks the forfeiture of $3.5 million, 25 properties, 13 vehicles and 84 bank accounts that allegedly are proceeds of crimes or were used to facilitate crimes. Others involved include liquor store owners and the owner of a glass store. Federal officials searched Tick Tock Liquors in Hyattsville Monday morning, according to reporter Hamil R. Harris. Officials could be seen checking computers. This is getting interesting. WTF were these fools into??? Source
