| Jennette McCurdy Has Tragically Lost Her Mother To Cancer Posted: 21 Sep 2013 10:29 AM PDT Such sad news to report today. Jennette McCurdy has lost her mother to cancer. Her mom, Debra McCurdy, has reportedly been fighting the disease, but she has now passed away due to the seriousness of her illness. She had supposedly been fighting breast cancer for 17 years. It had apparently gone into remission at one point, but when it returned in 2010, it spread throughout her body including to her brain. The Sam & Cat star was reportedly set to host Nickelodeon's Worldwide Day of Play in New York City this weekend, but she has canceled her appearance. Ever since giving birth to North West, Kim has been keeping it casual when out and about, but we're happy to see a bit of the old Kim is still in there. The new momma stepped out for a double date at Hakkasan in Beverly Hills with her honey, Kanye West, Tyga and Black Chyna. And she looked every bit a Beverly Hills lady decked out in a gorge pink coat and her new blonde locks. We think we even see a glimpse of a bangin' bod under that long coat! Apparently there is something slightly not likable about the adorkable Oscar winner because she was edged out for the iHeartRadio title of the Most Likable Woman in Hollywood! But who oh who could snag that sweet title from the Hunger Games darling?? Turns out it was... ...Ellen DeGeneres! Oooookay! Now we get it! Ellen is totes sweet and talented and HIGHlarious and a fierce dancer! She is probably the only person who could edge out J.Law. And she was the only person to edge her out because J.Law came in second, but only with about half the amount of votes Ellen got as Ellen brought in 35.1% while Jennifer had 17.7%.
