| Posted: 23 Sep 2013 08:28 AM PDT We have more pics from backstage and on stage at the 65th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards with Diahann Carroll, Kerry Washington, Shemar Moore and more inside. Last night, legendary actress Diahann Carroll passed the torch to "Scandal" star Kerry Washington as the two appeared on stage at the 65th annual Primetime Emmy Awards. While presenting the Emmy for outstanding supporting actress in a drama series, both women honored each other's work and offered words of encouragement to other actors and actresses. Ms. Carroll, who earned an Emmy nod for "lead" actress in 1969 for "Julia" congratulated Kerry on her 2013 nomination for "Scandal", telling the crowd, "We're all very grateful to the Emmys because they've been on our side," referring to the show's recognition of Black actors (seemingly except for this year though), but added, "At the same time, we'd like it to be a little more with what's going on in the world. I feel we're a little behind, we need to catch up." She added that Kerry "better win". Unfortunately, Kerry lost out to "Homeland" star Claire Danes. Backstage, Ms. Carroll posed with a few products in the gifting suite. "Criminal Minds" star Shemar Moore--who did the live telecast from backstage in a more formal look) flashed a little skin while posing with various products backstage. "Macbett" actor Blair Underwood was spotted picking out some free swag and flashing his pretty smile. Don Cheadle, who received a nod for "House of Lies", walked the red carpet with his longtime girlfriend Bridgid Coulter. As one of the telecast's presenters, Don gave a speech about television revolutionizing media in the 60's and becoming the "go to" medium of communication. Tracy Morgan and his fiancee Morgan Wollover (who recently gave birth to their little girl Maven Sonae) looked cute on the red carpet.
In New York City..... Lala Anthony hosted an exclusive Red Carpet Awards Viewing Party during the Emmys to help launch the new Glade campaign at The Thompson Hotel LES.
Lala was joined by mom Carmen Surillo, family, friends, and her reality tv co-star Po Johnson.
BONUS: While Diahann, Kerry and Don celebrated the Emmys, comedian Damon Wayans took a more snarky appraoch to what he saw on the screen. On Twitter, he attacked the telecast calling it a "Celebration of Whiteness". Other gems of his:

| Rihanna's Instagram Pic Gets 2 Boys Arrested....But Was It For The Best? Posted: 23 Sep 2013 07:54 AM PDT Welp, between all the weed pics and damn-near-naked pics, we knew sooner or later somebody would get arrested over a Rihanna Instagram pic if not Rihanna herself.
Find out how RiRi got two guys arrested over the weekend...
All those pics in Thailand during her Diamonds World Tour stop have caused some drama. When Rihanna posted a pic (above) with an animal called a Slow Loris, drama ensued. Rih posted the pic saying, "Slow Look who was talkin dirty to me! #Thailand #nightlife." Unfortunately, the Loris is an endangered species. Thai officials and wildlife groups have worked to make it illegal for people to use the animals to make a profit. And charging tourists to snap photos with the animals is a no-no. The government ordered the Ministry of Natural Resources and local Phuket officials to investigate once the pic hit the net. In comes the Thai officials who, according to CNN, tracked down the two males (ages 16 and 20) who were responsible for handing over the Loris to Rihanna. And the guys were promptly arrested Sunday night.
Either the Thai officials follow RiRi on Twitter/IG or due to the hundreds of thousands of Likes the pic received, word traveled to the authorities quickly. While Ri's IG pic is the main cause for these boys' arrest, couldn't it also be a good thing since now an endangered species has been protected from possible exploitation & abuse? Ri didn't let the drama stop her show though. She rolled to Singapore afterwards to hit the stage in this RAF Apparel look. And did so in front of 100,000 fans. Nice!

| Oprah Winfrey Spotted Chillin'....With Diddy, Kanye & Kim Posted: 22 Sep 2013 08:38 PM PDT Hov had Oprah chillin' in the projects, now Jimmy Iovine has the billionairess chillin' with the rappers. Check out Oprah hanging out with Puff & Kanye inside.... Let us find out Oprah can kick it....hard...with the hip hop party crowd. "The Butler" maven, who claimed for a long period of time to hate rap music, is surely all in the mix these days. And now that she's got a network to keep buzz around and has already started her own Oscar campaign, she's down for any buzz worthy pics. Kanye's girl Kim K. took the opportunity to Instagram some pics from Jimmy Iovine's party over the weekend in L.A. where she was by her man's side. And everyone was on a couch chopping it up with Oprah...who looks like she quite possibly had more than a few Moscow Mules... Diddy posted the above pic saying, "Last night was mad real Ciroc and Advil Ye, Kim ,Me and Oprah #CirocNights #CirocLife #CheerUp." We can only imagine what type of convos went down that night.... Sidenote, Oprah pulled an Anna Wintour and posted a pic....with someone cut out:
She said, "Party Ovah Here! Last night with the Fellas!" Fun times.
And speaking of the Kardashians posting pics with their black props of the moment, Kim's sisters were spotted with the YMCMB gang over in Vegas. Kim skipped out on hitting the iHeartRadio event with her sisters to be by her new baby and her man. But her sisters Kourtney (and Khloe, Kylie & Kendall who aren't pictured here) and Scott Disick snapped a pic at the concert with Tyga and his baby moms Blac Chyna: Oh....

| BOWS & BIKINIS: Karrueche Tran Hits The Beach With The Homies Posted: 22 Sep 2013 06:54 PM PDT Topping off a weekend of celebrations in Miami, Karrueche Tran hit the beach today in a cutesy bikini with her friends. No Chris needed....she had her homies...
Rocking her black & white polka dotted bow embellished Lolli Swim bikini, Karrueche took a break from supporting her on-again man Chris Brown while he hosted Big Boy's birthday party at Club Icon in L.A. and did a few other gigs last week. She headed down to Miami this weekend to party it up with her friends and to hit the ocean: She was spitted grubbing on a chicken sandwich and fries.
And chilled out in the sand and sun while the paparazzi snapped away. But it's back to L.A. she goes as she's hosting her bestie Christina Milian's birthday party Tuesday at the Supper Club.

| PREGGERS WATCH? Kerry Washington Gets Gorge In MARCHESA For 2013 Emmy Awards Posted: 22 Sep 2013 05:29 PM PDT We're still on the fence about whether Kerry Washington needs to be on Preggers Watch. But we're not on the fence about this gorgeous dress she's rocking for tonight's 65th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards.
Check the pics inside ... In another oddity (with all these belly disguising dresses lately), Kerry Washington zoomed past the Nokia Theater L.A. Live red carpet after only snapping a few pics at the very beginning of the media line. Hmmm... And we all know this isn't typical of the red carpet goddess, who had to be well aware everyone was waiting for her to shut that carpet DOWN. Another sign she's trying to hide a baby bump? Hmmm...
In the few pics she did take, while seemlingly sucking in for dear life, her flowing floral embellished Marchesa SS14 gown looked heavenly on the "Scandal" star. And even though she looked like she had that "pregnancy walk" while strutting toward the carpet after hopping out her limo (were you staring at the TV like us waiting for her to make her entrance?), she still managed to get the beauty of the gown captured on camera. Kerry was accompanied by her parents on her big night. Not sure if she was rushing to get inside for the live telecast....or rushing because of something else...but we're wishing the fab chick major luck tonight! She's both presenting along the legendary Diahann Carroll and nominated for Best Actress.

| 2013 EMMY AWARDS RED CARPET: Correspondent Gals Rocsi Diaz & Shaun Robinson Posted: 22 Sep 2013 04:35 PM PDT The correspondents of prime time celebrity entertainment shows know how to bring it. Check out Rocsi Diaz & Shaun Robinson looking fabulous on tonight's 2013 EMMYS red carpet... Fresh from the 65th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live, "ET" correspondent Rocsi Diaz is a stunner in blue. Her strapless Michael Costello pointed detail gown, complete with a ruffled mermaid fit and Loren Ridinger jewels, looked like perfection on the former "106 & Park" host. The correspondent is broadcasting live from the red carpet via CBS.com for "Entertainment Tonight." And looks fabulous doing so.
And "Access Hollywood" correspondent Shaun Robinson looked gorgeous in this black cutout Nicole Miller gown: The sleek concoction was topped off with a small flared train and an updo for a super sexy (and seemingly effortless) look. These two ladies are definitely keeping it fab on the carpet. Oh, they have something else in common. They've both dated Eddie Murphy...

| GUCCI MANE Apologizes From Jail -- "I'm Sorry....I'm Going To Rehab For Addiction!" Posted: 22 Sep 2013 03:58 PM PDT So, in the latest edition of the Gucci Mane Twitter Saga, the original Ice Cream Man has returned to his account...while incarcerated. But this time, he's passing out apologies. From jail.
Deets inside.. This afternoon, rapper Gucci Mane headed back to his Twitter page--which he deleted after that pretty insane Twitter rant a few weeks ago--to face the music. And he man'd up and apologized to those he blasted. After going in on YMCMB, plenty other rappers and all the celeb chicks he smashed, Gucci was arrested in Atlanta a few weeks ago after cops were called to the scene of him acting wreckless in real life. He was caught with weed and a gun, so he was arrested and hospitalized after he could barely be subdued. Fast forward to today, Gucci explains what we all suspected. He's addicted to drugs and it was the cause of him acting out. In his first Tweet since 9/11, Gucci said:

While on a stop through Thailand for her Diamonds World Tour, "BadGalRiri" has been posting pics of her sick bikini body. "This is paradise #thailand"
And of course, she's inhaling some of Thailand's finest herbs. "Woke up on the couch with this on a tray next to my head!! NAM loves me!" "Skylight through the pool... GoodMorning from #thailand" All good things must come to an end, so RiRi posted, "I don't wanna leeeeaaaavvveeee !!!!!"
However...... Rihanna's traded the beauty of Thailand for the beauty of Singapore! SIDEBAR: It's so hard to feel sorry for her!. Because tonight, she'll hit the stage at the 2013 Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix.

| Posted: 22 Sep 2013 10:21 AM PDT Danity Kane appeared at the iHeartRADIO Music Fest yesterday where the reunited quartet gave the audience a little tease singing a capella. See the ladies inside and check out Drake's "Jaden Smith" T-shirt, Ne-Yo, Miguel and Jason Derulo at the festival. Shannon Bex, Aundrea Fimbres, Aubrey O'Day and Dawn Richard (collectively known as Danity Kane, sans D-Woods) were seen at Day Two of the iHeart Radio Festival in Las Vegas where they introduced The Wanted. The rebooted ladies have been in the studio with hitmaking duo Da Internz and producers the Stereotypes for a new track called "Rage". And on stage yesterday, they introduced The Wanted and sang a snippet of one of their hits (their first time performing as a reunited band). Watch Danity Kane introduce The Wanted and sing a verse of "Damaged":
October's Very Own Drake also performed..... Drake hit the stage in a t-shirt paying tribute to Jaden Smith. The shirt pays homage to Jaden's facial expression during Drake's 2013 MTV VMA performance. Hilar. Drake's Nothing Was The Same disc hits stores on Tuesday. Watch Drake's set here:
Also at the festivial.... Miguel hit the stage to perform hits like “Adorn” and “#Beautiful”. Before he left, he told the crowd, “have a good night and make some bad decisions.” Watch Miguel here:
And..... Singer/producer Ne-Yo was spotted backstage with singer Cher Lloyd. The duo hit the stage for a first-time-ever live performance of “It’s All Good,” an original song they created based on inspiration music fans shared on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Singer Jason Derulo hit the stage for an eyebrow-raising performance that featured some hot moves with his scantily dressed dancers. No Jordin in sight, but we're sure she pre-approved.

| Kerry Washington Rocks Another Suspicious Tummy Shielding Dress For The BAFTA Tea Party Posted: 22 Sep 2013 09:11 AM PDT Kerry Washington's choice of dress for the 2013 BAFTA LA TV Tea Party is raising our eyebrow...even more than it already was. Check out the "Scandal" chick disguising her tummy inside.... Since becoming a (secretly) married woman, we've noticed a bit of a change in our favorite problem solver. And while certain signs are pointing to a baby possibly being on the way, we'll just keep an eye out for now. At last night's BAFTA Tea Party at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills, Kerry Washington rocked a pretty floral frock by Giambattista Valli, a Nancy Gonzalez clutch and gold Jean-Michel Cazabat Emma pumps. But it's the black waistband that has us wondering...what is she hiding? A few weeks ago during NYFW we noticed Kerry rocking a fuller face and a tummy hiding dress (which has never before been the flawless actress' preference). And now, this: She looks gorgeous as usual nonetheless. And we wish her the best of luck in the Best Actress category at tonight's Emmys!
