Here are some new photos of Scarlett Johansson at the Golden Camera Awards in Germany over the weekend. She looks weird, right? Her face looks different to me, but I'm thinking it's just a makeup change and weight loss rather than tweaking. Scarlett does look like she's lost weight all over, although she's being helped along by the built-in corset in this Calvin Klein dress. She looks good – well, she looks BETTER. She's looked like hell for most of the last year, like Sean Penn sucked the pretty right out of her. It's good to see her go back to a lighter hair color and really try to look sexy and va-va-voom.

Maybe she looks better because she has a new dude in her life? She's allegedly been dating New York ad man Nate Naylor for the past six months… which I don't believe. I don't think she's been with someone for six months and we've only heard about him this past week. But that's their story, so whatever. At first I was really happy that Scarlett went for a non-celebrity guy with an actual career, but as more is written about this Naylor guy, the more suspicious I am. It seems like he's really trying to use Scarlett to launch himself as… something. Here's the suspicious People Mag article about him:

Scarlett Johansson has been linked to many celebrities, but her new beau Nate Naylor isn’t a household name. So who is the New York City-based advertising executive, who’s seeing the 27-year-old actress? Here’s what you need to know:

1. He has an eye for risqué art
Virgin eyes should steer clear from Naylor’s Tumblr. The blog, which he calls Up in Guts, is filled with provocative paintings and photographs of scantily clad women, skeletons, grizzly bears and more.

2. He gets high praise from friends – for his work and looks
Naylor “is the most beautiful man I’ve ever seen in person,” says fellow freelance creative director Lawson Clarke, who is known in the ad world as Male Copywriter. “He basically looks like Morrissey in his prime.” But Naylor’s not just another pretty face. “Bottom line is Nate’s a great guy and really respected in the industry,” adds Clarke, who has worked with Naylor multiple times. “Scarlett should be so lucky.”

3. Johansson isn’t the first celebrity he’s been linked to
Though it didn’t appear to be anything serious, Naylor spent time with former 3rd Rock from the Sun star Kristen Johnston. He accompanied the actress to the Atlantic Theater Company's spring gala in 2008, where the pair was photographed together.

4. He’s worked all over the country
Naylor is an Arizona native, but he didn’t stay put in his hometown. He’s worked for various ad agencies in Amsterdam, as well as in San Diego, Boston and San Francisco. His boast-worthy list of top-tier clients over the years includes: Disney, Sega, Taco Bell, MTV, U2 and Cadillac.

5. He likes to go out on the town
Johansson and Naylor have been keeping their romance under the radar, but the pair have been spotted out and about together several times. Earlier this month, they had a night out with friends at New York City club Sway where the actress was “smiling a ton,” according to an onlooker. The couple “sat together at the booth and were talking and laughing,” added the source. Naylor and Johansson were also seen dining at Bowery Hotel restaurant Gemma over the weekend and attended the opening of Le Baron on Jan. 27.

Well, we know one thing for sure: Nate Naylor hangs out with a lot of gay guys who think he's hot. Nate also managed to get a story in Life & Style (photo below), all about how Nate is a great boyfriend because he shares his food with Scarlett.

LeAnn Rimes complains of painful “minor surgery”: what did she have done?

Ooooh, this is a good not-so-blind item. LeAnn Rimes tweeted yesterday that she had "minor surgery" and she's currently in a lot of pain. What did she have done?!?! The Mail has new photos of LeAnn here – her face is partially in shadow, but it doesn't look puffy or anything, so I'm guessing she didn't get a nose job. I'm also guessing she didn't get her lips done, or any kind of facelift or something major like that. So what was it?

When you’re feeling down and out, there’s nothing like feeling the sand beneath your toes to make you feel better. That’s exactly what LeAnn Rimes thought as she headed to Malibu after undergoing surgery on her face.

The singer revealed on Twitter she had had an operation, but didn’t go into detail, just saying the procedure was minor. She was spotted on the balcony of a beach house in a string bikini, enjoying the scorching rays.

The stylish two piece – one of the many in her collection – featured a pink, purple and white paisley design and she paired the number with a blue and white trucker hat. A loyal friend was seen lathering sunblock on the 29-year-old’s back. She later covered up in a white kaftan as she enjoyed a cold beverage.

The How Do I Live singer told her 241,000 Twitter followers earlier: ‘K, coming clean….I had minor surgery this week and I’ve been in SO much pain it’s not even funny. Nothing major just annoying! Pain pain go away!!!!!! When it’s mouth pain and jaw pain it makes your whole head pound! YUCK’

She later revealed she had had ‘facial surgery’ and joked to a friend ‘Lol that makes it sound like I got work done. You are gonna start some rumors’.

LeAnn added: ‘The pain is subsiding finally for a moment. My head has been vibrating all day. Maybe the sand under my feet is helping.’

My two best guess are something tweaked on her boobs or some kind of eye surgery (de-squintification?) because her sunglasses seem comically oversized and in the one photo where you can see her eyes clearly, her eyes do look slightly bruised. LeAnn had her boobs done more than a year ago, and considering how bad and lopsided they looked, I wouldn't blame her at all for going in and trying to fix them. But she's wearing a bikini top in those photos – so I'm really thinking she got some kind of eye work.

UPDATE: Ah, I completely missed that she referenced mouth and jaw pain. So she had some kind of oral surgery. MY BAD!

Miley Cyrus pens essay about gay marriage and Christianity

Don't even ask me what Miley Cyrus is wearing. I have no idea. At first I was going to claim that this kind of ensemble was popular when I was a kid, but I don't even think I can justify it as "dated". These are some of the ugliest cutoffs I've ever seen, and Miley has paired them with a bustier, a flannel shirt (unbuttoned) and a pair of cowboy boots. Dear God. She really has no casual style. I'm guessing that the fug shorts might be medical, though – Miley recently "cracked" her tailbone – no joke – "doing a front flip onto the couch." I don't even know.

In other Miley news, she wrote an essay for Glamour Mag all about her "All LOVE is equal" tattoo, and why she's all for gay marriage. She's talked about her support of gay marriage before, but still – I respect her for sticking with a cause, and for whole-heartedly supporting an issue that's seen as so "controversial". Here's her essay:

Imagine finding someone you love more than anything in the world, who you would risk your life for but couldn’t marry. And you couldn’t have that special day the way your friends do—you know, wear the ring on your finger and have it mean the same thing as everybody else. Just put yourself in that person’s shoes. It makes me feel sick to my stomach.

When I shared a picture of my tattoo on my Twitter page and said, “All LOVE is equal,” a lot of people mocked me—they said, “What happened to you? You used to be a Christian girl!” And I said, “Well, if you were a true Christian, you would have your facts straight. Christianity is about love.” The debate resulted in a lot of threats and hate mail to people who agreed and disagreed with me. At one point I had to say, “Dude, everyone lay off.”

Can’t people have friendly debates about sensitive topics without it turning into unnecessary threats?

I believe every American should be allowed the same rights and civil liberties. Without legalized same-sex marriage, most of the time you cannot share the same health benefits, you are not considered next of kin and you are not granted the same securities as a heterosexual couple. How is this different than having someone sit in the back of the bus because of their skin color?

One day I read online about the head of Urban Outfitters donating to a presidential candidate who does not support equality for everyone. I was shocked and disappointed that a company with such diversity would exclude such a large group of people. I can no longer bring myself to shop there.

We all should be tolerant of one another and embrace our differences. My dad [country singer Billy Ray Cyrus], who is a real man’s man, lives on the farm and is as Southern and straight as they come. He loves my gay friends and even supports same-sex marriage. If my father can do it, anyone can.

This is America, the nation of dreams. We’re so proud of that. And yet certain people are excluded. It’s just not right.

It's not particularly well-reasoned and it's not some overwhelming political treatise, but Miley's still out there and talking about it. I've really grown to like her more and more over the past year – her political conscience is growing, and she's so much more low-key. I hope she keeps it up. I also hope she burns these cutoffs in a spiritually cleansing fire.

Demi Moore has entered the Cirque Lodge rehab in Utah, sources say

Demi Moore has been on a bad path for a while. I tend to think it's not just a matter of a "mid-life crisis" or even just a post-divorce bender. I think something is seriously wrong with Demi, and something has been wrong with her for a while. The stories about Demi's activities the past few months has gotten worse and worse, from her diet of Red Bull, Adderall and Whip-its, to her "creepy cougar" partying with Rumer's friends, to her grinding on some poor young boy's ass, and on and on. Throughout it all, Demi seems to have resisted rehab, choosing instead to delve deeper into Kabbalah spiritual guidance, even at the expense of her relationship with her daughters. Well, it seems like someone might have gotten through to Demi, because there are some reports now that she's entered rehab:

It appears Demi Moore has taken her “spiritual counseling” to the next level. E! News has learned exclusively that the Margin Call star has checked into the ultra-posh Cirque Lodge addiction treatment center in Sundance, Utah.

A source tells E! News Moore entered the facility the week following her now infamous Jan. 23 hospitalization, after she suffered seizure-like symptoms during a party at her home in the Benedict Canyon area of Los Angeles.

“She’s on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people,” the rehab source said, adding that the 49-year-old actress is being treated for both an eating disorder and addiction issues.

Specializing in “individualized addiction treatment,” Cirque Lodge has a reputation for catering to a celebrity clientele, reportedly including the likes of Lindsay Lohan, Eva Mendes and Mary-Kate Olsen.

So how did Moore check into the rehab facility without the media catching wind of it?

We’ve learned that in the days after her hospitalization, Moore gathered her belongings from her home and was whisked off to the mountain retreat in Utah for treatment.

“It became clear to her that her way of coping with her stress was not working and she needed more help,” the source continued.

As we previously reported, Moore had been consulting with an intuitive healer and psychic medium.

Despite speculation that her exes Bruce Willis and Ashton Kutcher visited Moore at home earlier this week, Moore spent the entire week in Utah.

When reached by E! News, Demi Moore’s rep had no comment.

People Mag and Us Weekly are going with E! News' report too, although just hours before E! came out with this, People Magazine had yet another story about how "private" Demi is and how NO ONE knows where she is. A source told People, "Demi is such a private person… and where she is now is being kept top secret.” Her rep did tell People that Demi decided to get "professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health.”

More evidence that Demi is in rehab: Tallulah celebrated her 18th birthday, a rite of passage, with her father at his place. Demi was nowhere to be seen – and you know she would have loved to grind on some of Tallulah's barely legal friends.

Stacy Keibler’s leggy Las Vegas appearance: busted or cute?

Here are some new photos of Stacy Keibler in Las Vegas last night. She was hostessing "the Big Game Eve" at the Bellagio. I wonder how much she charged? She makes five-figures for red carpet appearances now that she's "George Clooney's girlfriend" but I'm guessing she makes low six-figures for party hostessing, especially for a big Las Vegas event. I still don't really get why anyone would pay Stacy that kind of money just to attend an event solo. It would be one thing if her presence guaranteed George Clooney's presence too, but he never comes to her events. Anyway, she looks pretty decent here. I like the mini-dress and leather jacket combo – her legs are so great, it's nice to see her styled to look sexy and rock n' roll, rather than aged and conservative, which is how she's looked on the red carpet for all of Clooney's awards shows.

Also, Page Six had another interesting item about Stacy and her money-making skills – apparently, she's going to be everywhere during New York Fashion Week, and all of the big designers want her front row center during their shows:

We hear George Clooney's gal pal, a former pro wrestler not known as a fashion muse, is being offered $5,000-plus to wear jeans and other branded duds during Fashion Week, which begins Thursday. "She's an all-American girl. She's hot in the press right now," a fashion marketer told us. Keibler recently signed with William Morris Endeavor, and sources say she's upped her personal appearance fee to $25,000.

Fine, I'll admit it. I'm jealous. This seems like a really sweet gig, and I would love to know how the business side of this goes down. Does Stacy have, like, dozens of offers from various companies, "Please wear these free jeans, and carry this Gucci handbag, we'll pay you $10,000." I wish I could get paid for wearing certain things. Hanes Her Way never calls, though.
