Actress Gabrielle Union is all about health and fitness.  So she put her sneakers where her mouth is yesterday to participate in the Susan G. Komen Global Race for The Cure event in Washington D.C.  And she did it all in memory of her best friend.

In between prepping for her new BET show "Being Mary Jane," Gabby found time to promote her cause.  She joined more than 25,000 walkers and runners on the Mall Saturday morning to raise money for breast cancer research and screening.

Dressed in cute pink & black workout gear, Gabby addressed the crowd before their big run.  And she tweeted that she completed the race in 41 minutes.  Go Gabby!

Rihanna ARRIVES At LAX After QUICK NYC Trip To See Grandma, Drops OFFICIAL "Princess Of China" VIDEO With Coldplay

A laid-back Rihanna was spotted arriving at LAX after a quick trip to NYC to visit her ailing grandmother. See the pics inside and watch Coldplay's official video for "Princess of China" with the pop star.

 

After filming "End Of The World" with Seth Rogen in New Orleans, Rihanna made a quick detour to NYC to visit her sick grandmother Clara "Dolly" .

She was seen with her grandfather Lionel arriving at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

She tweeted, Came to NY, just for this moment right here!'.  Sweet.


Previously, Rihanna and Coldplay released a tour version of their "Princess of China" video.  And now they are back with an official cinematic video. “The final concept is a movie trailer to an old Kung-fu film. I get to play a bad samurai bitch. I get to play a cute little geisha bitch,” said Rihanna.

OH REALLY: Rocsi & Eddie Murphy CUDDLE UP While Grabbing Coffee...Again

Well isn't this...special.  After claiming to not be romantically involved with Eddie Murphy after THESE PICS from their first hand-holding coffee run came out last week, Rocsi was spotted once again cuddled up with Mr. Murphy yesterday in L.A.

For the second weekend in a row, 28-year-old Rocsi jetted across the country from NYC to L.A. to be with her apparent new boo 51-year-old Eddie Murphy after her emotional week of taping "106 & Park."  (Friday shows are taped on Thursday by the way.)

It looks like the BET host was getting a shoulder to cuddle on after her and Terrence's big announcement that they're leaving the network's flagship show.  Both Rocsi & Shrek actor Eddie Murphy were spotted in a sweet embrace inside an L.A. coffee shop:

After last week's pics of the twosome leaving a coffee shop hand-in-hand surfaced, Rocsi told The YBF that they weren't a new couple but they were, and we quote, "just getting coffee."

If you say so.  Do you boo....

And if you're wondering how Rocsi keeps her cute slim and curvy body looking right, she recently dished to Hollywood Life about Zumba and her diet saying:

“I try to work out three to four times a week. I have a trainer, I go to aerobics classes all the time. I enjoy staying fit and it’s something I like to keep doing."

“Zumba is so much fun, you don’t even realize that you’re moving.  I’m now a certified master. I went in and got licensed for it. It took eight hours and now I can teach. I can stay fit in a fun way.”

All that working out definitely pays off.
