James Deen SPEAKS On The Controversial Canyons Article, Being "The Porn Guy," And What REALLY Went Down Between He And Lindsay Lohan!

Hold up!

No one can deny that the recent New York Times profile on Lindsay Lohan during the much-discussed, controversial and tumultuous production of her new movie The Canyons, isn't an incredible piece of literary journalism that not only sheds light on the troubled starlet's life during those rare occasions she does not have a paparazzi camera in her face, but draws comparisons between she, director Paul Shrader and writer Bret Easton Ellis as once-prolific Hollywood talent now struggling to re-claim their past success!

However, it should be noted that while co-star James Deen was not always front and center in the article's focus - given the constant crazy surrounding the filming process - he's now speaking out about the entire experience making a movie that isn't porn, how accurate the Times story was, his relationship with LiLo...and if he'll attempt to break into pop culture mainstream!

Here are some HIGHlights:

On the truth beyond the explosive New York Times article about The Canyons production:

"The best way I can describe [the Times article] is actual life events reflected in a mirror and then retold for dramatic effect. It's accurate enough that it can't be said that it's not; it's not a lie. But it's twisted enough that if you were actually there you're like, 'Wait. That's not exactly what happened.'"

On the leaked audio of his on-set 'fight' with Lindsay:

"It's just the delicate ego of the Hollywood person. I've learned that most people in the Hollywood mainstream world are so delicate, fragile and egotistical. [Comments like mine] really f*** with their heads."

On what actually happened during the four-way sex scene shoot:

"The Times said there were a bunch of other porn stars there, but that's not right. It wasn't like we were all having sex and an orgy in the bedroom! During rehearsal, everyone was talking the scene to death. Schrader was so uncomfortable. I think the issue was every other [cast member] was so comfortable, it made Lindsay feel like she didn't matter. …I think Lindsay wanted [the nudity] to be a bigger deal than it was. She needs attention. [She wanted the crew to be naked] and they just laughed. So Schrader is freaking out and then this is what actually happened: Schrader looked her in the eye and said, 'I'm not making my f***ing crew do that. But you know what?' strips his clothes off except for his socks, walks to the monitor, and says, 'Action.' And Lindsay ran out from the closet, giggling like crazy, and we shot the scene. One take."

On his relationship with Lindsay:

"She herself doesn't bother me at all. It'll be interesting [to see how the movie turns out]. It might be really good; it might be really strange. But either way, it's going to be cool to watch."

On being "the porn guy:"

"Hollywood is always going to see me as 'that porn guy.' There is no way to avoid it…I do adult because it's what I love. I'm not going to be the next Brad Pitt or Marlon Brando. I'm that porn guy. And after [The Canyons] comes out, I'm still going to be that porn guy. And maybe I'll be that porn guy who gets offered a little indie every now and then."

WOW!

It's so inneresting to think that this guy not only manages to be so down-to-Earth, logical, and calm in his day-to-day-life, given his career choices...but enough so to survive the entire production of The Canyons emotionally and mentally unscathed!

He may perhaps be the only member of that cast and crew to do so...REGARDLESS of how accurate The New York Times got it!

Needless to say, we'll be very curious to see where you'll end up next, boy!

Jennifer Lawrence Races To Rescue The Talk Shows From Boredom!

Making a mad dash to rescue the world of daytime from lulling the world's population of housewives to sleep, Jennifer Lawrence did a pre-taping for Live With Michael & Kelly on Tuesday. And NYC was happier for it.

Yes -- we said pre-taping... which means we won't get to see that shiz until Thursday, January 24th! Super lame, we know.

But HEY! Here's some good news!!! While we wait for what's sure to be a riveting round with Kelly and Mike, the Golden Globe winner will be making an appearance TONIGHT on The Late Show with David Letterman!!!

Now that's on CBS @ 11:35pm ET so set those DVRs now!

Leonardo DiCaprio Paid $200K For Hot Date…With Bill Clinton?

Color us shocked!

Considering he can get a date with any Victoria's Secret model he wants, we're a bit surprised Leonardo DiCaprio is having to pay anything for a date with anyone.

However, it looks like his $200K was all for a good cause.

Leo spent the money during an auction at the 2013 Sean Penn and Friends Help Haiti Home Gala to benefit Sean Penn's J/P Haiti Relief Organization, and in return, he will get to spend the day out with Bill Clinton.

But they won't be alone!

Yup, a threesome with Leo and Bill!

The actor's previous bid of $100K was outbid at one point, so he decided to join up with the rival bidder and go halfsies to make the donation that much better while still reaping the rewards.

The total spent on a date with Bill: $400,000!

Boy, we sure hope Bill takes them to dinner and a movie!

One Direction Visit Ghana, Niall Horan Realizes Poverty Exists

Hoh man...

Cheeky musical quintet One Direction took a sneaky, secret visit to an impoverished region of Ghana a few days ago as part of the UK's Red Nose Day/Comic Relief effort, which helps raise money to alleviate poverty...

And not only did the boyband members enjoy their trip -- where they also filmed scenes for a Comic Relief music video cover of Blondie's One Way or Another -- it seems the dudes also learned a thing or two about the state of the world!

Nice!

In fact, the band's newest legal driver Niall Horan apparently had an "a ha" moment, as evidenced by his tweet:

Awww Niall! SO cute in the most naive sort of way!

Niall's "life changing" experience even caused him to realize how "selfish" people are. In a direct message to a fan Niall wrote:

"We all are the most selfish people ever! U would not believe that country."

And while this realization comes rather late in life for Mr. Horan, we just think it's ALWAYS inspiring when celebs attempt to use their influence and fame for ANY social good!

The Modern Family lovely might not be planning her wedding with Nick Loeb, but that doesn't mean she's giving her big sparkler back.

Sofia's schedule is too jam-packed right now to fit in planning for the ultimate wedding she wants to go throw. She revealed:

"If I'm going to do something, it's going to have to be a big event. I just had my 40th birthday in Mexico. I had more than 100 people … Now I don't have the time – and it will have to be one weekend when I have the time to plan something fun."

Well, at least there is still time for everyone out there to try to break up her engagement before the hottest hottie on the scene becomes an old even hotter married hottie.

But if not, we'd love an invite because we know Sofia knows how to par-tay!

Carrie Underwood Supports Gay Marriage, Wearing Panties And Being Nice

We have to say, those are all pretty damn good things to support!

Carrie Underwood was as sugary sweet as they come when she broke onto the scene with American Idol, and all these years later, not much has changed.

The country darling spoke with Allure magazine about maintaining her down-home appeal while still making her voice clear as a modern woman. She revealed:

"I'm in favor of acceptance. And I am a Christian person, and I do love the Lord, and I feel no matter who you are, what you believe, how you live your life, it's not my place to judge. I don't have that power. I don't want that power. It's my place to love and to show God's love to other people, even if they don't live a life like I live. So that's where I'm coming from."

But that's not the only awesome thing she's taking a stand for...she's also all about covering up down below!

The sweet singer admitted no one will be getting any pics of her goodies anytime soon:

"Underneath every skirt, every dress, I'm wearing shorts. So that everyone in the world knows, if I ever fell down, nobody would get a peek at anything."

Ha! Loves it!

Some little ladiez in Hollywood might want to take note because she not only covers up, but she's also helped Nashville become the nicest part of the industry, in her opinion. She admitted:

"To be honest, I've been fortunate enough to work with other types of music—and we're the least drama-rific people."

Dang!

Does this mean we can expect a Taylor Swift duet one day?

C'mon, country girlz gotta stick together!
