Washington Redskin's player Albert Haynesworth is breathing a sign of relief as a stripper, whom he possibly impregnated, will not be allowed to sue him for $10 million for leaving her. Deets inside...

A NY state Supreme Court judge told Silvia Mena she could not sue her former "boyfriend" for emotional distress after he dumped her. Silvia, who is now the mother of 2-month old baby Ella, was trying to sue Albert for $10 million for abandoning their romance. But a judge ruled that this case does not belong in NY because their "romance" happened in Miami and in Tennessee, where he lives.

Albert's lawyer, Brett Kimmel, said her case was "silly." "You can't sue someone for $10 million because he didn't want to be your boyfriend," Brett said.

Meanwhile, Silvia is not giving up. Her lawyer, Sal Strazzullo, said,

"The case was dismissed on jurisdictional grounds because he has no ties to New York. We will either seek federal jurisdiction or sue him in Tennessee. There is a separate paternity case filed with the Family Court in New York because the baby is here. Albert has been served with notice that he has to take a paternity test."

Is THIS what we're doing in 2011? Suing dudes because he pulled your card and dumped you? Times are rough out here. SMH.

BIRTHDAY FAB: Ray J And John Legend Celebrate Their Birthdays Vegas Style

Two celeb fellas celebrated their birthdays in Las Vegas. Come inside and see pics of Ray J and John Legend celebrate getting older with Brandy. Snoop Dogg, Lil B, and others....

Last night, VH1 reality star Ray J had a 30th birthday party at PURE Nightclub at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

Both he and his fab sister Brandy struck poses on the red carpet and are dropping a duet album in March, by the way.

Their godsister Lil B showed up to toast the birthday boy.

Snoop Dogg and Floyd Mayweather Jr. came out too. This damn coat on Floyd...

Ray's girlfriend Brittany Pena was by his side all night and she posed with Brandy and Lil B. I guess they're still together.

And if you give Ray J cash money for his birthday...expect him to count it.

Ray's actual birthday is tomorrow.

Elsewhere Las Vegas....

John Legend hosted his birthday celebration at Haze Nightclub at Aria in CityCenter last night.

He celebrated with his hot model girlfriend Chrissy Teigen.

They played kissy all night.

And looks like Chrissy gave John a picture as a present. Or is that a cake? Cute either way.

And after cutting his cake, John hit the stage and celebrated with his fans by performing. Fun times...hopefully.

Last night, the YBF folks got fab for the 2011 BET HONORS event taped in Washington, D.C. at the Warner Theater. The event celebrates the achievements and contributions of distinguished leaders in their field.

And we've got the pics of the honorees and the celebs who came out to celebrate when you read on...

Gabrielle Union hosted the evening for the second year in a row. And she donned this gorgeous sky blue gown--a welcome departure from her usual little black dress look. This color and fit work for her. By the way, she told all the Miami Heat haters in the crowd a little something. And screamed out "Go Heat" in between takes to support her man D-Wade, who wasn't in attendance. She's a funny girl....

Fab couple Boris and Nicole Kodjoe looked hot taking on the red carpet last night.

Gorgeous dress and look for Mrs. Kodjoe.

Jamie Foxx brought his "mentee" Brittany Loren was his date for the night.

Jamie posed with the utter regal-ness that is Iman and Cicely Tyson.

She brought her oldest daughter Zulekha Haywood.

Ginuwine brought his daughter Cypress to the Awards.

New D.C. Mayor Vincent Gray hit the carpet with a guest.

Keyshia Cole made her way to the red carpet in some cute embellished black pumps and a sheer black and white dress. She's looking fantastic post-baby.

Trey Songz brought his fab mama as his date on the carpet.
