Angelina Jolie Announces That Her Next Movie Will Be… Posted: 11 Feb 2012 11:40 AM PST Maleficent! At least, we think it is! Almost positive, actually! Angelina Jolie was at the Berlin International Film Festival today, where she is screening her directorial debut, In The Land Of Blood and Honey out of competition, when she announced that the long-rumored project was next up for her - even though she didn't specifically call it by name! She explains: "I haven't acted in two years, and I haven't done anything else since this [Land of Blood and Honey]. The next thing I am looking at is a Disney movie. The best thing to find that balance is to do something that is just for children. You know, you find different ways to make things matter. When, for example, you do fun action movies, they are empowering for my daughters." And since we've gotten word that the Luc Besson movie she had been eyeing seems to have stalled, and Maleficent recently got Robert Stromberg as a director, we think it's safe to say that the Linda Woolverton-written adaptation of the classic fairy tale is definitely where we'll see her next! Taylor Momsen has dropped Gossip Girl to focus full-time on her band, The Pretty Reckless, and the actress/singer recently announced that they'll be hitting the road for a six-week tour across North America! She explains: "We're busy rehearsing new songs. I'm excited to play them for our fans and give them a taste of what's to come from The Pretty Reckless." Excellent! Katy And Russell Have No Regrets About Not Signing A Pre-Nup! Posted: 11 Feb 2012 10:20 AM PST As sad as it was to see this marriage deteriorate, we're very glad that they've kept to their word! Although Katy Perry and Russell Brand never signed a pre-nuptial agreement before their marriage, and the comedian was entitled to quite a chunk of change ($20 million to be exact!) from her if he wanted spousal support, he chose not to - and sources close to the pair claim that they never had any intention of going after the other's money in the event of divorce! Insiders reveal that they both were comfortable with each other's stances on money, and knew that even if their relationship didn't work out, they would never make it an ugly split! The source explains: "Russell is a very simple person who doesn't need much to make him happy. He would never take money that [Katy] earned. That's not Russell. And if it was the other way around, Katy wouldn't have taken it either. They respect each other too much." Goodness gracious, these two are a breath of fresh air in this town! Criss Angel Responds To Recording Of Altercation! Says Producer Provoked Him! Posted: 11 Feb 2012 08:40 AM PST There are two sides to every story! Here's his! In light of the audio recording released yesterday that featured Criss Angel threatening to knock out one of his producers, the illusionist's attorney, Ken Woloson, has released the following statement: "Criss Angel was in the process of firing Joe Safuto on Wednesday when Safuto became abusive and Criss asked him to leave. Criss decided to fire Safuto in response to repeated complaints from co-workers and other magicians about Safuto's abusive and violent behavior and general ineptitude. Witnesses have attested that there was no physical contact and that Safuto very clearly was the antagonist. The audio released to the media is a snippet of a much longer conversation. We are exploring legal action against Mr. Safuto, including for his defamatory and illegal conduct." Ouch! Sounds like he means business! Give the clip a listen again (above)! It DOES certainly sound like Angel was provoked! But enough to respond like he does? What do U think?? Who's really at fault here??
