Ashley Tisdale's Stalker Sentenced To Prison Time!

Ashley Tisdale can officially plan her dream wedding without worrying that her stalker might pop out of the cake!

Nicholas Fiore pleaded no contest to stalking Ashley, and has been sentenced to a year in jail and a year of outpatient counseling!

Apparently, Nicholas showed up to her house pretending to be a pizza delivery man (ew, that kind of shizz only works in porn, not real life), tweeted violent song lyrics to her, and repeatedly tried to contact her.

Maybe this jail time will make this stalker finally get the hint that Ashley ain't interested, pal! Looks like the pizza guy impostor got his own special delivery of prison sentencing with a topping of probation!

Nicholas will get credit for 208 days already served. He will also be given 5 years of formal probation, and was ordered to keep his distance from Ashley for 10 years.

Who knows? Hopefully by 2023 his creep-ay obsession will have died down a bit, and by then, we'll have our own space ships! Unrelated, but, the future is so exciting right?

We're just glad that Ashley is finally safe and sound! The "speak now or forever hold your peace" moment at her wedding will probably be a whole lot less tense!

Tom Hanks Gets Out Of Jury Duty Amidst Allegations Of Jury Tampering!

The trial in which Tom Hanks was a member of the jury came to an end today, way before Sheriff Woody could do his civic duty!

During a lunch break yesterday, Tom was approached by a lady on the L.A. City Attorney's Office who wanted to applaud his service for saving private Ryan doing his part on the jury, even as a celebrity!

When the court reconvened today, the prosecutor 'fessed up that a member of the City Attorney's Office had made inappropriate conduct by getting too extremely loud & incredibly close with Tommy boy!

Maybe the inappropriate conduct wasn't as bad as the time that lady toy store executive was hitting on Tom's 12-year old character in Big, but still, crossing a line!

The defense wanted a hearing to prove prosecutorial misconduct, then both sides started talking, and a plea deal was struck. Ugh, which means they potentially cut Tom's line "we find the defendant guilty/not guilty!"

Instead, the defendant pleaded no contest to the minor infraction of disturbing the peace. He had originally faced a year in jail for domestic violence, and now he only has to pay $150 dollar fine.

We bet Tom deep down felt like he was stuck on a desert island/airport/France in WWII, and now he gets to go home to Wilson! Ew, Rita Wilson, not the volleyball!

Harry Potter VS Fifty Shades Of Grey? Daniel Radcliffe Laughs Off Casting Uproar!

Should Daniel Radcliffe have been Christian Grey?

That's what some Fifty Shades Of Grey fans are saying. (We're guessing the ones that haven't signed the Matt Bomer petition!)

But the Harry Potter star thinks it's much ado about nothing! He says:

"I literally had someone say to me for the first time today, 'The world's in uproar you're not playing Christian Grey.' And I'm like 'If this is uproar, it's inaudible.' I think there was approximately no people wanting me to play Christian Grey, including myself.

I have to say, no offense to anybody, I'm sure they're going to do a great job on the movie, but it's not something that I think would have been a good next step for me."

Aww! While we may not see him as the strong, dominating Christian, we still would love to see more of Daniel's package torso range as an actor!

But we're sure whichever position we see him in next will be the right one for him!

Blair Waldorf and Seth Cohen were looking effortlessly cool as they waited for the walk sign, both wearing hats and sunglasses to hide their peepers from the paps!

With their puppy love out in full force, we think this adorbz duo makes a great pair!

Zac Efron Tries To Save JFK's Life In New Parkland Clip!

Spoiler alert!

This…does not end well.

The life of President John F.Kennedy lies in Zac Efron's hands in the upcoming film Parkland!

Dr. Zefron is playing the physician who is on duty at the Dallas hospital that JFK was brought to after being shot on that fateful November day!

In a new clip from the flick, Zac's character is in total shell shock to see the President wheeled in and has to be snapped back to reality by a nurse, played by Marcia Gay Harden!

This is one eery scene but we're so excited to see Zac taking on another serious role like this!

Parkland also stars Billy Bob Thornton, Colin Hanks and Tom Welling!

These happy shots are just what we needed after seeing Lea Michele so sadly filming the Cory Monteith tribute earlier this week.

Glad to see the cast is still able to smile after their tragic loss.

Nicki Minaj Stole Starships?! New Lawsuit Calls Her Out!

Nicki Minaj may be going from the warm beach into some hot water!

The hip hop diva is being sued by an EDM star named Clive Tanaka, who says Nicki's 2012 hit Starships is a straight rip-off of his earlier song, Neu Chicago!

Clive filed suit this week against Nicki herself, the song's three credited writers, and a producer over the alleged beat thievery.

Something tells us gurl won't be able to get out of this one just by signing an autograph!

So is there merit to Clive's claims? What do U think?
