The What I Like About You singer and her entreprenuer beau Michael Shimbo have decided to part ways after dating for a few months. According to sources who witnessed it all go down, the pair were in Austin, Texas for the Formula One's U.S. Grand Prix event when they made the decision to split. The couple reportedly got into an argument at the event and Michael flew back to the west coast a little after their heated conversation. | Amanda Bynes' DUI Case Will Move Forward! Determined To Be Mentally Capable For Trial! Posted: 20 Nov 2013 12:16 PM PST This is major! Amanda Bynes has been on the road to wellness ever since being checked into UCLA Medical Center and diagnosed with Schizophrenia months ago. And now, it looks like she has made incredible strides because it has finally been determined that she is mentally capable to handle a trial for her DUI case! Her case was reportedly presented in Mental Health Court this morning where the judge read off her evaluation. And that evaluation stated that she is at last mentally capable of facing the charges, which her lawyer, Rich Hutton, did not disagree with. However, it is believed that this case will likely end in a plea deal as we can imagine a jury trial would be far too risky. In regard to her conservatorship status, her mental competency will not change the situation because she is reportedly still not able to care for herself.
