SHE'S HAVING A BABY?! Evelyn Lozada Is ALLEGEDLY 6-Months PREGNANT....Not By Chad! Posted: 29 Nov 2013 07:31 AM PST Friends of Evelyn Lozada claim the reality star is six months pregnant. Get the deets inside.... Sources close to famed reality star Evelyn Lozada have revealed that she's six-month pregnant. According to TMZ, friends of Ev say she's been involved with the same man for over a year (it's NOT ex-husband Chad Ochocinco) and this was a "planned" pregnancy for the 37-year-old. Though Evelyn hasn't confirmed the pregnancy, she tweeted this message to her Twitter followers, "I'm so thankful for so many things! How much greatness has happened in a year! I'm sooooooo damn HAPPY!!! Yipeeeeeee!!!" The timing of the pregnancy (as well as Ev's silence) also leads us to wonder if this is the REAL reason she decided not to film a reunion special for the last season of "Basketball Wives". Hmmmm....... Evelyn is also the mother of upcoming model Shanice Hairston.

Posted: 29 Nov 2013 05:51 AM PST Now that they're in better standing with the IRS, two NY-bred rappers made triumphant returns home for Thanksgiving. Watch video of Lauryn Hill on stage in New York and see Fat Joe reunited with his family inside.. Following a three-month stint in prison for tax evasion, Lauryn Hill is ready to take her "message" back on the road and connect with audiences once again. For nearly two hours, Lauryn commanded the stage at NYC's Bowery ballroom on the eve of Thanksgiving with a set that included many of her solo hits and best known jams with The Fugees. With the exception of Ready Or Not" and "That Thing" (which she performed like the studio versions), most of the set carried a reggae/improvisational feel. Lauryn Hill’s tour continues in Washington (Dec. 15); Boston (Dec. 18); Red Bank, N.J. (Dec. 22); Huntington, N.Y., (Dec. 26); and Port Chester, N.Y. (Dec. 28).

In other triumphant returns..... Fat Joe was reunited with his family for the holidays. Like Lauryn, he also completed a three month sting in a New York prison on tax evasion charges. He posted an Instagram video of himself surprising his daughter. Welcome back...both of you!

Posted: 28 Nov 2013 12:07 PM PST The first family pardoned a turkey yesterday and spent the evening volunteering at a food bank in DC. See photos of the Obamas being fabulous inside... The Obama family helped kick off the holiday season with the traditional "Presidential Pardon" of Popcorn the Turkey. The President told the crowd that gathered at the White House yesterday: "The office of the presidency — the most powerful position in the world — brings with it many awesome and solemn responsibilities..."This is not one of them." The President joked that Popcorn was one of 80 birds that competed for the "Presidential Pardon", "It was, quite literally, the Hunger Games." As Malia and Sasha looked on, he ended by saying "Popcorn, you have a full reprieve from cranberry sauce and stuffing. We wish you well." During the ceremony, Sasha Obama caught the attention of fashionistas for her fun holiday look. Sasha's Panda-print sweater from Zara (which she paired with red jeans and Dr. Martens) will surely find its way to the top of many-a-parent's shopping lists for their little girls. How cute is she! Later in the evening.... President Obama was joined by First Lady Michelle, Malia and Sasha, and his mother-in-law, Marian Robinson at the Capital Area Food Bank (CAFB), one of the largest of its kind. The CAFB passed out nearly 40 millions meals last year.
It was the third year in a row that the Obamas gathered to distribute bundles of sweet potatoes, onions, carrots and apples to the community. Loves it!

In other good news.... With a break in her traumatic trial, Marissa Alexander will be home for the holidays now that she has been granted a pretrial release. You'll recall that Marissa's case gained national attention around the same time as the Trayvon Martin murder because Marissa has spent the last 2 years behind bars for simply firing a warning shot at her estranged husband, Rico Gray, Sr., during a domestic dispute. Though Marissa will still face a new trial (which she finally received), we're just happy that for the holidays, she'll be "Standing Her Ground" at home with her family.
