The 23-year-old actress, whose birthday was three days ago, recently revealed that her ideal date night is low-key and casual and that she'll be happy with pretty much any gift as long as it's thought about beforehand! | Justin Bieber Camp's SUV Responsible For Paparazzo Death? Photog's Mother Thinks So! Posted: 27 Nov 2013 11:20 AM PST Justin Bieber has been embroiled in the case of photographer Chris Guerra's death from the beginning. But could someone from the Biebs' camp actually have driven the car that struck him? As we previously reported, Chris was following the Biebs' Ferrari when it was pulled over by the CHP. The paparazzo immediately began snapping photos but was told to leave by the police. While crossing the busy freeway on foot, the paparazzo was killed when he was struck by a black SUV, either a Range Rover or a Hummer, then run over by another car. Now Chris' mother - who is already suing the Highway Patrol - believes the first vehicle to hit her son may have belonged to Justin's entourage! The mother is now demanding that police let her watch the surveillance camera footage of the incident to prove it one way or another, but police won't release evidence in an ongoing investigation. We hope whoever hit the poor guy and drove off is brought to justice, no matter who it was. But we're not sure showing that footage to a grieving mom would be the best thing for anyone. She could if fans have their way! The We Can't Stop singer is currently dominating the reader poll for their annual Person Of The Year honor. Indian leader Narendra Modi is in second place with about 13%, and NSA leaker Edward Snowden is right behind with about 12%. Jimmy Fallon and Angelina Jolie are also on the list with around 1% each. Time's editors ultimately decide the Person Of The Year on their own, but winning the poll is still one heck of an honor! But someone may be trying to keep that feather out of Mileybird's cap! Two programmers claim they've figured out how to hack the poll Scandal-style to cast extra votes for Miley! But Time isn't biting. They said:

We're pretty sure it's every person's dream to have Justin Bieber write on their wall, but the Facebook kind of wall, not the cement kind. While returning from a concert in Australia, Justin spray painted another wall in the outdoor area of his hotel in Brisbane, and let's just say the Biebs is no Banksy. Justin painted a one-eyed pink blob with teeth, which goes SO well with the tennis court right next to it. Justin is known for illegally tagging a wall in Brazil, but also spray painting for charity! Can he just use his cans for good?! Also worth noting is that Brisbane's new laws that were set to be passed this year call for a max of 7 years in prison for graffiti vandals, so RUN JUSTIN!
