Rihanna Wants To Be Whitney Houston!

Well, some events in their lives are scarily similar (both singers, both having, ahem ... ongoing abusive relationships) so perhaps Rihanna would be able to bring something personal to the role?

While rumors of a Whitney Houston biopic have supposedly been squelched by Clive Davis, Princess Riri has recently mentioned her adoration for the late singer, and if she were to play her role model, it would be a life-enveloping experience:

"That would be something that I would have to give my entire life to do, because I would really want to pull it off, That's a huge, huge role, and whoever does it has to do a good job."

While the biopic may not be happening anytime soon, and while there are a host of other actresses who could pull off the great Whit, we would be intrigued to see Riri in such a self-representing role.

Who would U want to portray Whitney Houston??

Sarah Palin Becomes Part Of The 'Lamestream Media' On Today

Has Sarah Palin found a new calling with the "lamestream media"?

The former vice presidential nominee hung out with the Today crew this morning as a guest host and the gig started with Matt Lauer delivering a subtle jab about joining the very mechanism that she heavily criticized during her campaign. At the end of his interview with her, he joked:

"You are going to stick around and join us for our 8 o'clock hour, which technically makes you part of the 'lamestream media' for that hour. I just wanted to let you know."

Since there weren't any "gotcha questions" being thrown her way, Palin seemed to genuinely enjoy her time to shine on camera. During the show's "Today's Professionals" segment, she even praised Oprah's efforts to make OWN a success, defended Jessica Simpson's body image, but then took an opportunity to bash Julianne Moore's portrayal of her in HBO's Game Change (despite admitting she hasn't even taken the time to watch it).

Luckily, however, it appears that the ink is only temporary, as it was put on for the movie A.C.O.D., in which she's starring!

Phew! We were going to say!

That would definitely take some getting used to! Ha!

Ashton Kutcher As Steve Jobs? Apple Co-Founder Says O.K.

Yesterday, Ashton Kutcher was announced as the super-sexy pick to play Steve Jobs in the upcoming biopic which chronicles Job's journey "from wayward hippie to co-founder of Apple."

We thought it was a super choice and apparently so does the co-founder of Apple, too.

After hearing Kutcher was the chosen one, Steve Wozniak reportedly said:

"I'm glad that he's onboard. I think he'll put a lot into it and that he cares about this particular subject."

That's right, people! Don't be mad, get glad!

Regarding the late and great Steve Jobs, Wozniak expressed regret Jobs is now gone:

"It's almost too bad that Steve Jobs is gone. His opinions and guidance, as to the story and film crew and cast would have been invaluable."

Ashton is such a fantastic actor and we know he is going to be just incredible as Steve Jobs! Dude's got talent!!! And as for Steve Jobs, we miss you darling -- you changed the world!
