Charles Manson Denied Parole For The 12th Time

Sorry Charlie, but you're not getting out THAT easy.

Infamous murderer and cult leader Charles Manson was denied parole on Wednesday for the 12th and possibly final time.

He was convicted in 1972 for committing seven murders, including Sharon Tate, and was sentenced to death. Since California declared the death penalty was unconstitutional, he has just been rotting in prison.

The 77-year-old's next chance at parole will be in 15 years and he'll be 92. Considering his reputation, we doubt the parole board will like him any better then.

As was expected, Nicki Minaj's sophomore album Roman Reloaded debuted at numero uno on the Billboard 200 this week, selling 253,000 copies.

While this is a chunk less than what Pink Friday brought in last year, we believe it's due - in part - to the fact that downloading music fo' free is only increasing in popularity and her key demographic is all savvy with them computers.

We LOVE Roman Reloaded, especially the base-beatin' Whip It and the popalicious Va Va Voom!!

And Beez In The Trap, Obvi.

Congrats Nicki! You keep on beating that colorful drum!

Anderson Cooper Giggles Like A Little Boy At The Mention Of…

We don't know how many profanities are going through your head right now, but is "pussy willow" one of them?

Anderson Cooper usually takes his topics on Anderson 360 pretty seriously, but he couldn't contain his laughter when he had to utter the name of a plant used during the celebration of Dyngus Day.

Check out his RidicuList (above), which is "so stupid" that the CNN newsman can barely continue the broadcast. For the record, we're pretty sure it wasn't the subject of his RidicuList that moved the him to tears, but rather a word that is usually associated with a woman's private parts.

Real mature, Anderson. Real mature.

Whether you like him personally or not, you can't deny that the quality of music he's been releasing as of late has been ABOVE and BEYOND!

And he's definitely pushing himself creatively outside of his comfort zone!

Check out the new single from Chris Brown, off of his upcoming album Fortune, called 'Till I Die, which also features Big Sean and Wiz Khalifa (above)!

And they're not the only two rapping - that's right, Breezy jumps in himself to spit some rhymes!

Between that and the Run The World-esque military drumming, we're pretty impressed with this one, boy!

Can't wait to hear the rest of the album! How about U?

As we previously posted, AHS creators put out a casting call for Jessica Lange's new nemesis, Eva: a dangerous, wildchild sexpot.

The American Horror Story crew has found their 'girl, interrupted' for season 2's major femme fatale role in French actress Lizzie Brocheré.

Ooh la la! We are souped for the new season: it'll be on the East Coast, will feature a myriad of season one actors in new roles, and will have an entirely different story.

Adam Levine will even appear as half of a mysterious team called "The Lovers"

We are SO ready to get SCURRED, AHS style!!

Alec Baldwin Says F*** You To NBC, The Today Show & Announces He's Leaving The Network!

A multitude of information just emerged via Alec Baldwin's Twitter, we aren't even sure where to begin!!

Well, firstly, if you've just been rescued fom a desert island - Alec Baldwin recently dealt with a cray cray stalker, Genevieve Sabourin. Obviously, this has garnered mass amounts of media attention.

SECOND, it seems Alec Baldwin is PISSED at the Today show, as he made this pretty clear today via social media.

Outside my apt today, along side the other stalkers from the tabloid press, a crew that identified themselves as being with the Today Show.

Get Ready To LOL With Miley And Demi Moore!

This is actually looking better than we thought it would!

A trailer for the upcoming flick LOL starring Miley Cyrus, Twilight's Ashley Greene and Demi Moore has been released!

LOL looks like your typical coming of age story...maybe even a bit of a modernized Pretty In Pink, which follows Lola (Miley) through the WHOLE high school experience.

Boy problems, mom problems, teenage angst -- LOL's got it all!! And that guy Lola has a crush on isn't too bad to look at, either...ha!

The Mileybird flick will be in theaters May 4 and we're kinda excited to see what Miley will bring to the table...as well as Demi, who plays her mom!

One Direction Might Have To Change Their Name!

Oh shiz...this can't be good!

Looks like Brit boy band, One Direction, may just have to change routes!!

Simon Cowell's record label, Syco Entertainment, and Sony Music have just been served a $1 million lawsuit from ANOTHER band named One Direction, based in the U.S.!!!

The U.S. group claims they've been using the name since 2011 and selling music on iTunes under it since last February.

Interesting, seeing as the U.K. 1D was formed under the group's name on X Factor back in 2010! Although, that was in England and America is a whole other ballgame!

The lawsuit reads:

"One Direction (U.K.) can't navigate itself into U.S. jurisdiction without causing consumer confusion and destroying the goodwill of the U.S.-based doppelganger."

While the unsigned U.S. One Direction has barely seen as enormous of success as the U.K. group, they are no unknowns, either! The American band has gotten over 100,000 views for their music video 2012 on Youtube and has sold pretty well on iTunes!

The attorney for the American band says the U.K. group is FULLY aware of their existence and that the name conflict was brought to their attention when they tried to trademark it in the States.

The U.S. band's attorney says:

"Rather than change their name or do anything to create confusion or avoid damage to our goodwill, they chose to press ahead and come on their tour."

With the recent amount of success the U.K. boys have been seeing here in America, we don't think we'd want to change our name, either!!!

Many bands in the past have had the same issue and have either sucked it up and changed their names completely or added prefixes or suffixes to their existing names.

Maybe the Brit One Direction will just have to be called One Direction UK while in America??? Or simply 1D?
