| FAMILY AFFAIR: LaLa, Carmelo & Kiyan SPOTTED Shopping At The Grove Posted: 26 Aug 2013 09:06 AM PDT LaLa & Carmelo Anthony have been spotted...together...for the first time in a while. With La's hectic career schedule and Carmelo fresh off a trip to China and ramping up his new clothing line (which he's rocking), the two seem to have been leading separate lives. But they decided to skip out on the MTV VMAs and chill out with Kiyan back in L.A.
Pics of their family day at The grove inside.... Reality star LaLa, who just debuted her new clothing line 5th And Mercer, and her husband Carmelo seem to be getting back in the swing of coupledom. The twosome were spotted arm and arm with their 6-year-old son Kiyan shopping it up at The Grove this weekend. Putting all those marriage-on-the-rocks rumors at bay....for now. The fam also hit up Universal Studios together on Friday. And since Kiyan is back in school for the fall, La posted a pic of papa Melo going over his homework with him on Sunday morning: Damn near makes your ovaries melt seeing a daddy-son pic like this. Sigh.

A set up for the divorce we all knew was coming? Hmmm. Get the deets on what was the final straw inside.... Although divorce attorneys have not been contacted (as far as we know) sources close to Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom tell TMZ--the Kardashian mouthpiece who coincidentally has a while lot of info when the family keeps begging for privacy-- that the couple has "effectively" separated following Lamar's refusal to go back into a treatment program. We showed you photos of Khloe's bff Malika Haqq returning Lamar's white Mercedes to him a few days ago, and apparently, Khloe had already reached the point where she was "done." Khloe told Lamar that if he didn't get help, she didn't want anything to do with him anymore. Especially when the reported "Kardashian family intervention" didn't help. And we're now learning that this has been brewing for a while. Khloe has been secretly dealing with Lamar's alleged drug habit for most of her marriage, but kept it a secret from the family. In fact, TMZ reports that although Kris Jenner has known about the issue for a few months, Khloe kept most of the family in the dark. She told private investigators who she called in to follow Lamar-since she thought this was a way to help him-- that Lamar was using "performance enhancing drugs." Her sisters Kim and Kourtney reportedly only learned about the seriousness of the recreational drug use "very recently". Khloe only came clean to her family about Lamar's drug use after reports of his infidelity surfaced. "Khloe was a real trooper. She's been living a nightmare," the source said. Convenient Khloe-sympathetic excuse for the death of a marriage? Possibly. The conspiracy theories are twirling everywhere though that this whole crack story reeks of a Kardashian cover up. Watch the performance inside and see Jennifer Hudson perform with Macklemore & Ryan Lewis. Tonight, Justin Timberlake performed at the 2013 VMAs and breathed some life into the show. He put on the vibe of a hot concert, and his parents were there to help him celebrate. He also reunited with NSYNC and performed "Bye, Bye, Bye" and "Girlfriend." Academy award winner Jennifer Hudson made a surprise appearance. Jennifer hit the stage with Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and Mary Lambert to sing "Same Love", a song about anti-gay violence. Watch it above..

| Posted: 25 Aug 2013 09:06 PM PDT The 2013 MTV VMAs were straight outta Brooklyn tonight! And as the award show returned to New York, the celebs brought their fashion game to the carpet (well, some of them). Check out our red carpet round up inside...
Never thought we'd say this, but Rita Ora gave us life on the carpet. And was pretty much the only one to do so. Outside the Brooklyn Barclays Center in front of MTV's Brooklyn Bridge replica, the "R.I.P." singer hit the carpet in this striking Alexandre Vauthier Couture ensemble. The look was complete with a sequin long sleeved deep plunging top, a folded over black & white waist and a dramatic feather skirt with an exaggerated train and a slit up to the whoohah. But she pulled it off fabulously, esp. with the short blonde bob and black & gold ankle strap Louboutins. Yep, loving it. Something we would actually expect from Rihanna, who showed up in jeans and a tee. She strutted through the Barclays center after jetting through the red carpet in an MC Lyte "Gotta Get A Ruff Neck" tee, her own Rihanna for River Island jeans, and a Lynn Ban diamond cuff.
Ashanti popped up in her signature high slit curve hugging gown by Michael Castillo paired with Lorraine Schwartz jewels.. This seafoam green look is all the rage for the season. And she pulls it off nicely. The Smith kids made their way to the red carpet after been driven there with dad Will. Willow kept it trendy in denim G-Star overalls paired with a vintage ‘The Runaways’ tee and Givenchy ‘Shark Lock’ wedge booties. Must be nice to be wearing Givenchy before you even hit your teenage years. Her big brother Jaden rocked a simple Alexander Wang black tee, his own MSFTSrep’s signature jogging pants and Nike sneakers. Big Sean and girlfriend Naya Rivera showed up in all black. Naya rocked a vintage Paco Rabanne cut out dress for a sleek look. And Sean looked like he was playing dress up in his uncle's clothes, as usual. Danity Kane made their "big comeback" announcement. The girl group made their first official appearance together and confirmed they are doing this WITHOUT Diddy.... Jennifer Hudson looked fabulous in this Christian Dior number, composed of a houndstooth corset and a pencil skirt with a draped embellishment at the waist. Sexy.
Robin Thicke and Paula Patton, in a sleek black Lever Couture Fall 2011 gown and Giuseppe Zanotti heels, made their way to the carpet looking like a couple who just gets it in all the time. The parents of little Julian showed up looking hot as Robin was on the slate to perform his hit song "Blurred Lines." No word on whether Paula tapped Miley on her shoulder backstage about all that twerking she did on her husband's privates....
Kendrick Lamar hit the carpet before performing with "Give It To You" with Robin Thicke.
Ciara and her man Future, in a patchwork Alexander McQueen suit, kept it hot on the carpet, even though we've seen CiCi's Givenchy Couture gown on Beyonce back at the 2012 MET Ball. You can decide who rocked it best HERE, and peep the rest of her modelesque pics below:

TLC's Chilli & T-Boz showed up still looking like they could have hit the stage harder than most: Loved seeing them. And the TLC ladies were there to introduce Drake before his performance. Dude has that pursed look down to a tee doesn't he?
Wiz Khalifa flew solo without his new wife Amber Rose. He seemed higher than a kite on that carpet.
Busta posed it up with opening act Lady Gaga. This colorful ass SLEEVELESS jacket though...
Rocsi Diaz hit the red carpet to do some hosting duties for "Entertainment Tonight." Loving this colorful strapless dress.
2 Chainz, in head to toe Versace, decided to do his fave print all over for the VMAs. He booked it out of jail in time to hit the stage with Robin Thicke & Kendrick Lamar tonight. Cutie Jordin Sparks kept it conservatively sexy in this off white pencil skirt and crop top number. Loves it.
MTV's "Guy Code" star Lil Duval made a comedic appearance on the carpet.
Rapper Travis Scott looked a damn mess. Not totally convinced he knew where he was...or what he was doing.

Check it inside. #NoTVVoice... Kanye West made his seventh appearance on stage at the 2013 MTV VMAs tonight when he performed "Blood On The Leaves." Though he had reportedly originally planned to perform "BLKKK SKKKN HEAD", we guess the MTV execs shut that down. But it's all good because it's one of our fave tracks on Yeezus. The performance was still full of its controversial elements, as Kanye performed in the shadows of a lynching tree. Nevertheless, he had the support of Kim Kardashian (who was home in Cali with their daughter North West) tweeting “Best performance of the night @kanyewest !!!!!!!!!” Well that's sweet.  |

And after Miley stopping grinding long enough in these booty shorts with her tongue out and all on Robin's private parts, Robin was joined onstage by 2 Chainz, Kendrick Lamar and the Alabama State University Stingettes for a performance of his latest track, "Give It To You."

Decide who rocked it best inside.... At the Brooklyn Barclays Center tonight for the 2013 VMAs, Ciara is rocking the nude version of Givenchy's feathered and sheer gorgeous gown. The modelesque singer took a few solo pics after hitting the carpet with her man Future, all to make sure she showed off this sexy look amongst a sea of black & navy that everyone seems to be wearing tonight. But Beyonce Knowles rocked this risque look first at the 2012 MET ball in NYC. Her version of the Givenchy gown was black sheer overlayed with beading and topped off with (added in) purple and black ombre feathers. The ladies of Danity Kane reunited on tonight's MTV VMAs red carpet in Brooklyn to tell the world pretty much what we already knew. Shannon, Andrea, Aubrey & Dawn screamed in unison while chatting up the MTV red carpet host, "We're back!" Yeah, we figured after you were all spotted The Ivy together a little while ago. And you actually told the paparazzi this. They got a little quiet when they were asked about former group member D.Woods. But they did reveal they are going about their reunion SOLO....with no Diddy. But Aubrey said he always finds his way back in somehow. The group also revealed they have a new song called "Rage" releasing soon, and it was produced by the Stereotypes. So, there ya have it. The gals do look hot though...

| Posted: 25 Aug 2013 12:44 PM PDT *UPDATED* Well this is a doozy. As previously reported, Lamar Odom was allegedly kicked out of the house after failed rehab & failed intervention attempts. According to reports, Lamar's recreational drug of choice has been revealed as crack cocaine.
Deets inside... We posted images of Lamar Odom receiving his car and several suitcases at a gas station near the hotel he's staying in, all of which was delivered by his wife's bestie Malika Haqq. Once reports surfaced that Lamar was staying at the nearby hotel because wife Khloe kicked him out due to his hardcore drug habit, his actual drug of choice was just revealed. TMZ reports it's crack cocaine. And it's been going on longer than you think.
Whoa. We did say for the last several days, that in his most recent pictures (comparison above with a pic just 2 months ago taken at Kim Kardashian's baby shower), Lamar looked to be going through something major. He looks more frail, distanced, and off. And crack will do it to you. Still, some of the masses have been tweeting and commenting that this whole debacle is a cover up. Folks have said that the "drug addiction" story could have been put out (by the same outlet who has actually been Kris Jenner's mouthpiece for a while now) to re-direct the cheating stories. Some believe the Kardashians/Jenners possibly concocted this story to slight Lamar, and prevent Khloe from looking any kind of way due to her being cheated on, and Lamar wanting out. Hmmmm....we wouldn't be too shocked about that conspiracy theory if true. The L.A. Clipper hasn't confirmed or denied any reports of a drug addiction, but his wife is surely popping off today. She tweeted minutes ago: It's not a confirmation or denial, but chick is mad this info is out there either way. Lamar was seen on previous seasons of "Khloe & Lamar" dealing with his father's heroin addiction. He also has two kids.
UPDATE: TMZ now reports that neither the Kardashians nor Lamar's "people" have been able to contact him for the last 72 hours. And the fear is that he's off on a crack binge. Is this latest news all part of a calculated Kardashian/Jenner plan to tear Lamar's image apart to gain sympathy for Khloe and "alleged" failing marriage & save the family's ego? And it all went down at good friend Jermaine Dupri's house. Get a sneak peek at the cuteness inside... It's Monica & Shannon's Brown very first child together (Monica has 2 sons and Shannon has 1). And it's the first girl for both. So the couple went all out with a fab baby shower Saturday at Jermaine Durpri's Atlanta home. Mo's cousin Ludacris posted a pic of the twosome. And she's indeed glowing. Cute!
Pink was everywhere around the grounds and horses and ponies were also front and center...decked out in pink. Apparently the Browns were trying to do an adult only party--no kids and no cameras. The twosome are expecting their baby girl. And reportedly, she will be named Laiyah. The name was supposedly given by good friend Tameka "Tiny" Harris. How sweet....

| Posted: 25 Aug 2013 11:28 AM PDT Tyrese ended up in the emergency room this weekend...and he's got an arm sling to prove it. Check out why he says he passed out in a D.C. nightclub, plus Anthony Hamilton caught a DWI and Mike Tyson thinks he's on the verge of dying.... 3 Kings became 2 this weekend as only Tank was there to help out his groupmate Tyrese when he hit the floor in the club. The twosome were partying at D.C.'s The Park on Fourteenth when our source who was there says Tyrese literally collapsed to the ground. He was taken out the club and put into an ambulance, all of which the clubgoers saw. While folks who saw Tyrese collapse at The Park believed it was because of too much alcohol, Black Ty is now claiming it was because of "exhaustion". Ty'S rep told TMZ today that, "Tyrese has been going non-stop since July promoting his new TGT album." Hmm. Apparently Tyrese fell so hard he hurt his arm. So he posted a pic this morning from the hospital in an arm sling...with Tank...saying:
Welp, get better soon!
In other R&B drama, Anthony Hamilton found a way to make the headlines. Dude just copped a DWI and was arrested early this morning. He was pulled over for speeding at 2:30AM in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and 5-0 suspected he was under the influence. So they arrested him on charges of driving while impaired. He was released later this morning. Sigh. Never expected this from him....
And this video of Mike Tyson surfaced that has folks raising an eyebrow. He was speaking at the ESPN Friday Night Fights post-fight press conference in Verona, New York when he dropped the nugget that he's still an alcoholic. And he's been lying about his recovery. he says he's been going back to his AA meetings and trying to become proud of himself, but he hates himself. He then got emotional about his alcoholism saying:

Pics of First Lady Michelle, Sasha & Malia having some fun with Serena Williams and more... Michelle Obama is making sure the First Daughters are extra well rounded...and sporty. She brought the fab girls to the Arthur Ashe Kids' Day during the 2013 U.S. Open Tennis Championships in Flushing, Queens Saturday. And YBF tennis pros Serena Williams, Sloane Stephens and plenty others were also there at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in in New York City.
And once our fab First Lady, rocking white jeans, sneakers and a colorful peplum top, finished her "Let's Move" campaign speech to the crowd (where she said Sasha & Malia have been taking Tennis lessons), she joined in on the festivities:
