Alec Baldwin Plays Rick Perry For SNL's GOP Debates

Posted: 25 Sep 2011 01:40 PM PDT

SNL is back!!

SNL is always fabulous during times of political turmoil -- and last night was no exception!

This one (above) called Either The 7th or 8th GOP Debate, is HIGHlarious!

After introducing the candidates -- Mitt Romney (Jason Sudeikis) and Rick Perry (host Alec Baldwin) -- the moderator Shepard Smith (Bill Hader) pretty much ignores the other "six people who will never be president but showed up anyway." LOL!

We had a hunch that this season of Saturday Night Live was going to be great.

If their premiere episode is any indication, we were totes right!!

Molly Sims Ties The Knot!

Posted: 25 Sep 2011 12:40 PM PDT

Molly Sims is officially a Mrs.!

She and film producer Scott Stuber said "I do" this Saturday at the Frank Cafaretta Vineyard in Napa Valley, California.

Molly walked down the aisle wearing a Marchesa gown while her groom wore Tom Ford. The couple exchanged vows in front of their closest family friends, including Vince Vaughn and her former Vegas co-star Josh Duhamel and his wife Fergie.

We're sure she looked absolutely gorgeous as a bride!

Congrats to the happy couple!

Surprise Win: 'Lion King 3D' Beats Brad Pitt's 'Moneyball' At The Box Office

Posted: 25 Sep 2011 12:20 PM PDT

Sorry Brad!!

Disney's 3D re-release of The Lion King won the weekend AGAIN!

The animated classic made 22.1 million in its second weekend, beating out some tough competition for the number one spot! Will this movie ever stop making money??

Somehow (perhaps the magic of Disney?) the 20-year-old children's movie trumped the new Brad Pitt / Jonah Hill baseball drama Moneyball, which ended its opening weekend in a close race with 3D family offering Dolphin Tale.

Moneyball grossed an estimated $20.6 million, while Dolphin Tale took in an estimated $20.3 million, but the order of the two films could switch once final figures come in Monday morning.

If this isn't proof that JTT is box office gold we don't know what is!

Music Legend Sly Stone Is Poor And Homeless

Posted: 25 Sep 2011 12:00 PM PDT

Sad that it's come to this.

Music legend from the 1960s and 1970s Sly Stone of Sly & The Family Stone has lost all his money and is living penniless in a van parked on a Los Angeles street.

What's sadder is that a retired couple who live on the same street where he regular parks his van have been helping him by allowing him to shower in their home and give him a meal to eat every single day.

Sly spoke about living in his van, saying:

"I like my small camper. I just do not want to return to a fixed home. I cannot stand being in one place. I must keep moving."

The man is used to living in mansions in El Lay and Napa Valley so we're not really buying his story. Plus, he's wasted hundreds of thousands of dollars on cars, fancy things, and drugs, which was the reason for his downfall.

He's now been involved in a major lawsuit with his former business manager, but because he thinks "the FBI is after him," he's been unable to perform his music.

WTF?!?

In the meantime, Stone wants to let everyone know:

"Please tell everybody, please, to give me a job, play my music. I'm tired of all this s--t, man."

Wow. So unfortunate. This is what drugs can do, kids.

Charlie Sheen: Ashton Kutcher’s ‘Two And A Half Men’ Performance ‘Was Terrific’

Posted: 25 Sep 2011 11:40 AM PDT

Charlie Sheen feeling alright??

Charlie tuned in to watch Ashton Kutcher's debut on Two and a Half Men, and gave his replacement an incredibly kind review!!

He said of Monday's episode:

"It was a big night for everybody on Monday night — for Two and a Half, for us, for me. I think everybody won. I thought the show was really good. I thought [Ashton] was terrific. It was a little bizarre watching it, but yeah, for the most part I was really impressed with what they did. "

Wow! Sounds like this warlock has had a change of heart!

Charlie was even pleased with how they wrote off him off; his character was killed when a subway train in Paris hit him. The episode saw record-breaking numbers of viewers tuning not only tuning in to see Ashton's introduction to the show, but also Charlie's on screen funeral – a fact that made the 46-year-old star proud.

"That's got to be the highest attended funeral of all time. And it's interesting because I'm doing [a] film with Roman Coppola and there is a funeral scene in that. So I'm a guy that's gonna have to survive my own funeral twice in the same year!"

Sounds like he's harboring no ill will for the Two and a Half Men cast and writers. But we're not sure if this is real Charlie -- or just his managers pushing him to be nicer.

What do U think?

Mother Monster is so giving!!

Lady GaGa recently relieved that her 3rd album is already in the works, saying:

"I'm actually already working on my next album. So I've been working on that. I've been planning the next tour, which keeps me very excited and busy because I have lots of new ideas, and I know exactly how I want it to look."

BUT the even better news is she wants her follow up to Born This Way to be sold given away for free!

GaGa's manager, Troy Carter said:

"What we're looking to do is not just about selling the CD or the digital file. It's how many people can we get the music to. How many people can experience it? If it was up to me, I'd give away the next album and put it on every handset that I can put it on, to get that scale."

We LOVE that idea!!

She really does love her fans!

Brad Pitt Says Quentin Tarantino Wants To Make An 'Inglourious Basterds' Sequel!

Posted: 25 Sep 2011 09:40 AM PDT

Fans of Quentin Tarantino and men in uniform rejoice!

While Brad Pitt was promoting his newest movie, Moneyball, on NPR, Brad let reviled that Tarantino has plans to make a sequel to his historically inaccurate WWII film, Inglourious Basterds!

When the conversation turned to talk of the mysterious scar on Brad's Inglourious character's neck, Pitt spilled that it may all be explained in another movie.

He said,

"[Tarantino] said it would never be explained in [Inglourious Basterds] and if he ever does what he called a prequel-slash-sequel, then we'll reveal it then. He talks about [a sequel], but he's got several things percolating at once."

We should have seen this coming!

Hollywood is currently all about the sequels, and Inglourious Basterds is perfect candidate. The movie made over $320 million worldwide and won super villain Christoph Waltz an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor -- it's the director's biggest critical and commercial success to date.

But, Tarantino is a little busy at the moment.

The director is currently working on Django Unchained, the Jamie Foxx and the 3rd installment to his Kill Bill is set to release in 2014.

So if there's gonna be an Inglourious Basterds we're gonna have to wait for it.
