Celebs have been all over the 2013 BET Experience...and yesterday the Sprite Celebrity Basketball Game brought out the ballers and the YBF folks. Plus, celebs also hit the Imagine A Future screening as part of the BET Experience as well.
Pics and deets inside.... Over at L.A. LIVE yesterday afternoon, Chris Brown surprised everyone by showing up to ball with his celeb friends. The Sprite Celebrity Basketball Game went down with plenty of celebs including KeKe Palmer, Columbus Short, the Govan sisters and more. Breezy was in baller mode after posing it up with boxer Shane Mosely:
Chris took some time to snap pics with the fans.
Matt Barnes & Columbus Short put a fan in a sandwich and danced it up on the court.
"Basketball Wives: LA" co-stars and sisters Gloria Govan & Laura Govan posed it up with their men. Glad to see Gilbert wasn't carrying boatloads of fireworks to the game.
Cutie KeKe Palmer chilled on the bench with Soulja Boy.
And posed it up with her homie Marques Houston.
Boris Kodjoe's sexy self made his way tot he court in just a tank. Yes.
Hey Harrison, er, Columbus. "BBW: LA" hubbys Matt and Jackie Christie kicked it on the court.
Rapper Tyga was there to ball out. This dude looks to be 12 going on...13. Can't believe he's somebody's daddy.
Fun times all around!
Also as part of the BET experience, celeb guests attended a private screening of the highlight film, IMAGINE A FUTURE: THE DOCUMENTARY, presented by My Black Is Beautiful. MC Lyte, Lisa Leslie, Tatyana Ali, Debra Lee, Michaela Angela Davis, Beverly Bond and more came out to watch:
At the special VIP screening (just one amongst several other film showings for the weekend), Tatyana Ali also hosted a panel discussion for the film. The doc stars Janet Goldsboro, is directed and produced by Lisa Cortés (“Precious”), and also directed by Shola Lynch (“Free Angela All Political Prisoners”). The film is executive produced by Beverly Bond (“BLACK GIRLS ROCK!™”), and is the first-ever documentary short film about a story of one Black girl’s journey to truth as she begins to believe that her Black is Beautiful.
MC Lyte kept it fresh and fab as usual.
Lisa Leslie was stunning as always.
And Tatyana posed it up with CEO Debra Lee. Fab cause ladies!

Wendy Williams and Azealia Banks both made HUGE career moves this weekend with Wendy appearing on the Great White Way and Azealia performing for the largest crowd of her career at Glastonbury. See pics and video inside.....
How you doing "Mama"? Talk show host Wendy Williams made her Broadway debut at Matron "Mama" Morton in the musical "Chicago" on Friday. And with a multi-year renewal of her show and other ventures popping up for her, chick's career is on fire.
Joined by her son Kevin Jr. and husband Kevin Hunter at her afterparty, the Ask Wendy author kicked off a limited engagement the other day that will last thru August 11.
During the afterparty, Wendy was congratulated by her adorable parents and co-star Paul Vogt. She later thanked all her fans and followers on Instagram saying, "Thank you to everyone who came to see me on my opening night. Thank you to the @chicagomusical family and to the #broadway community for welcoming me to the #GreatWhiteWay. #howyoudoinmama"
And in other major moves news:
"Yung Rapunxel" rapper Azealia Banks made one of the biggest moves of her career when she hit the stage at the 2013 Glastonbury Festival last night. In front of one of the largest crowds of her career, she thanked the audience for their support and marveled at going all the way from the "212" to Glastonbury. Joined by two background dancers, she did her entire set with no "hype" man. She also debuted her upcoming single "ATM" featuring Pharrell (though he didn't appear).
Watch Azealia's FULL SET below and listen to "ATM" featuring Pharrell at (40:50): Azealia's Insterscope album debut is still awaiting a release date. Glad to see she's finally chilled out with the Twit beefs and is now focused on these major moves...

Before Beyonce even took the BET Experience stage Friday night, she was already on to the next thing...her "Grown Woman" video. Check out her showing the rough cut to her D-Child gals, plus her hubby Jay-Z opening up more than ever about his fears with fatherhood... A few pics leaked from Bey's dressing room backstage at the Staples Center Friday night. She was spotted showing some "Grown Woman" video rough cut footage to Kelly & Michelle, this according to the person inside the room who snapped the pic. Gotta love how they all still support each other.
Everyone was on their phones while Bey got dolled up to hit the stage. And it looks like we're going to get that video sooner than we think.
Meanwhile, Bey's other half Jay-Z opened up in yet another Samsung Mobile mini video about his upcoming Magna Carta Holy Grail album. And this time, he fought back emotion while explaining the double meaning behind his "Jay-Z Blue (Daddy Dearest)" track. Blue Ivy's dad explained how him not having his own father to teach him how to be a man, makes him fearful of fatherhood and being the best daddy he can be. He also talks about the changes in his & his wife's relationship...and how he never wants them to go down a road that causes them to have to juggle joint custody. Jay tells Rick Rubin in the video:

Looks like there won't be a wedding for Ne-Yo and Monyetta Shaw, the mother of his two kids. Or is it just a marketing ploy? Check out how the singer announced their alleged break up inside... This could all be part of a big marketing ploy for his upcoming album. Or it could be very real. Ne-Yo posted the above image on Saturday saying that he and his fiancee Monyetta have split ways romantically. But he professed how much he will always love and be there for her. Awww (we think). Seems like an odd move by Ne-Yo since he rarely, if ever, would even acknowledge he had a fiancee. So now he's posting such a personal image like this to announce something to the world? Seems a bit odd. Even more odd:
Saturday, Monyetta was all over L.A. for the BET Awards weekend festivities with her girls, reality stars Toya Wright, Malaysia Pargo and others. And she posted these pics around the same time Ne-Yo posted the "break up" pic. And she's still rocking her engagement ring. She posted a comment that seemed to be a response to Ne-Yo saying, "No worries! Got a gang of bad chick!!!! #girlpower #betweekend #letsgo #goodtimes". Just last week, Mo posted pics and video (check it here) of her and Ne-Yo at home playing with the kids before bedtime. And they indeed were partying together just a few days ago. So we're not sure if they have actually split...or if it's all part of a bigger ploy. Time will tell....

The foolery never stops. And even though we will always love us some Fox Boogie Brown, she totally let us down with this major ass whoopsie. Check out Foxy wiping out completely on stage making her show come to a halt, plus Khia flashing her chi chis for all the Twitter World to see... So Foxy hit the stage last night...somewhere...to perform her new song "Bandz Up." (Just roll with it.) The Don Diva hopped on that stage extra crunk and started to get the crowd mad hyped. And then, ish went left. Or down to be exact. Foxy seemed a bit....on an overly happy edge is the best way to put it...as soon as she came out. Not sure what was going down backstage--liquor or some other ish--but it seems to have led to her completely falling down on stage while doing a whole lot of moving around. In this cheetah catsuit. And sparkly belts. And sparkly mini purse. Peep the video below:
Not sure if she ever completed her performance, but from the looks of how it took 10s of men to help her off stage while the DJ killed the music...it didn't look promising. We just want Foxy to win. But the struggle is real chile... Fox took to her Instagram to let the fans know she's OK and that her mic stays "cocked", as she put it. She also posted this:
And in other rapstress news, Queen Khia was back at it via her Twitter this weekend. And her chi chi filled Twitpic had the Twitter world all abuzz. She posted this straight from her bathtub:
Her girls (who she calls Kate & Ashley) were wishing everyone a Happy Friday. At least that's what Khia says her boobs were doing.

K. Michelle rolled up to the "106 & Park" BET Experience stage this afternoon in L.A. to walk her "V.S.O.P" video on to the show. Check out the visuals for her hot single inside...
K. isn't just about playtime during BET Awards weekend. The "LAHH: ATL" star also dropped her brand new video on "106 & Park" today. She chopped it up with host Angela Simmons and Bow Wow and told the crowd what they can expect from her upcoming album, Rebellious Soul (August 13th).
And after posting pics straight from her trailer, the video hit the net. Check out the Benny Boom-directed visuals, which we're sure is art imitating life, below:

K. Michelle and Elle Varner teamed up to host BET's private rooftop pool party yesterday. See pics and video inside and check out Toccara and Robin Thicke hanging out at the #FordHotSpot while kicking off the BET Experience weekend of events...
"LAHH ATL" star K. Michelle, showing off all those curves before hitting the cabana, teamed up with fellow R&B singer Elle Varner to host BET's private rooftop pool party at the London Hotel in West Hollywood yesterday. While poolside, the fab ladies posed with singer/songwriter Stacy Barthe (atop), who wrote Rihanna's "Cheers" record. And the pool party was one of several events that Elle appeared at. Earlier this week, she rocked out at a Pre-BET Awards Party in L.A.
Meanwhile, K. Michelle, who posed with DJ Jam-X, has pushed back the release of Rebellious Soul disc. Instead, she had released The Holdover EP for her eager fans.
K. joked that she was having "mermaid" moment, but it soon went sour once her red weave started "bleeding" in the pool. Watch the hilarious video fo K.'s kool-aid hair coloring coming off in the water here.
And couple Eva Marcille & Kevin McCall snapped a pic together before leaving the event. And at other BET Awards Weekend events.....
Model and tv personality Toccara hosted the #FordHotSpot where she interviewed several celebrity guests.
She and the king of "Blurred Lines", Robin Thicke, posed in front of the 2013 Fusion.
And veteran R&B crooner Ron Isley also spoke with Toccara. It's good to see the Mr. Biggs didn't let that prison stint for tax evasion break him!
