Regis Philbin Returning To Host TV… With A New Woman!

Regis! You trickster!

Regis Philbin is swearing up and down that he made the point when he was leaving his show with Kelly Ripa that he was NOT retiring... but we're pretty sure everyone was under that impression!

Either way, he's baaaaack, and back with a new woman!

Regis is joining... Rachael Ray's Kitchen!!

Way to serve up some, WHAAT NOW!?

He went on the record this week to announce his new gig, saying:

"I'm not working that much, but I'm out there. When the call came from Rachael Ray to come in once a month as a recurring co-host, he figured why not. I'm not gonna say I don't want to do your show! I think it's fun. I spent my whole life doing this. I'm not a co-host, I'm just a guy showing up on her show once a month. I love the idea. It's fun to be back on TV when you don't have to do it every day. It's not the every-morning burden."

True that, Reege! Sleeping in after all those years must be amazeballs!

We're just glad you'll be back on TV, even somewhat regularly!

Here's what he had to say about Rachel specifically:

"I like her a lot. I've done her show a number of times. She has followed my show here in New York at 10. She has become a friend. (My wife) Joy and I have been to her home. She and her husband John have been to ours. She's a little dynamo."

And all of this is happening, despite the fact that Regis says he can't cook:

"No, I'm not a cook. I can make a sandwich. To pieces of bread and you lay a little cheese or something on there. Add some mustard. Bang! I've made some lunch!

"I would love to let her teach me that I could cook here at home and really surprise my wife."

You can't ever take TV away from Regis Philbin. We've known that, deep down, for the longest time -- and this just proves it.

Amy Poehler Out With A New Man??

There's a tiny part of us that hopes that Amy Poehler and Will Arnett's divorce is all some big joke, and that even while it's not very funny, they can totally try and explain it to us later.

But if it's true that Amy was out on the town with a new man romantically, that tiny part of us just withered up and turned to ash!

She was spotted with this new dude in El Lay on Monday night -- and we're hearing that it might be her ex-boyfriend.

You see, he was at her birthday party just a few nights ago, so it's not like they're avoiding each other... so it could be him!

In the end, though, we just want her to be happy!

Lindsay Lohan's Arrest Might Have Just Violated Her Probation!

Poor Stephanie Sautner!

How many times will the Judge have to be alerted of Lindsay Lohan's legal woes??

Seeing as how Lindsay was arrested early Wednesday morning, this could become a violation of her jewel-theft probation as she was asked to obey the law at ALL times, less she welcomed the warm walls of a prison cell.

And since her car is believed to have grazed a NYC pedestrian with herself behind the wheel, well... that prison cell could very well become her new Malibu beach house.

Even if she isn't convicted of a crime here, it's up to Judge Sautner's discretion.

So gurl better cross her fingers! Cuz it's not lookin' good right now...

Jesse Tyler Ferguson ENGAGED!!!

We are SO HAPPY about this that we can hardly contain ourselves!!

Jesse Tyler Ferguson, who is on Modern Family and is one of the best guys out there, is now engaged to his boyfriend, Justin Mikita!!

In a video the couple made for TieTheKnot, a foundation which supports the fight for marriage equality, Jesse casually drops the beautiful bomb that he and Justin are fixin' to get married!

Check out the video (above) to watch how adorable these two are together!

This is the perfect step for two people in love, with so much love to share, who have been dating for nearly two years!

The big hope, though, is that their union will eventually be considered official nationwide -- something that is a long time coming, a necessity, and a basic human right.

Obama Praises Jay-Z And Beyoncé During $4 Million Fundraising Event

President Barack Obama had quite the night out on the town last night in New York City.

Not only did he stop by on The Late Show with David Letterman, but he attended two fundraisers!

One of which was especially cool because it was hosted by Jay-Z and Beyoncé at the 40/40 Club in Manhattan!

We hear he gave his usual speech which contrasted his vision for the country to that of Mitt Romney's, but he also dropped lots of compliment's for hip hop's biggest power couple along with a few zingers!

While talking about his friendship with "Jay and Bey" (anyone else jealous they're not on a first nickname basis with them?), the POTUS said:

"Let me just begin by saying to Jay and Bey, thank you so much for your friendship. We are so grateful. Michelle and Malia and Sasha are mad at me because they are not here. That doesn't usually happen. Usually they're like, we're glad you're going–we don't need to go. But every time they get a chance to see these two they are thrilled, partly because they are just both so generous, particularly to my kids. And Malia and Sasha just love both of them."

He also joked that Michelle Obama is more popular with Americans than he is, saying:

"Jay-Z now knows what my life is like. We both have daughters, and our wives are more popular than we are. So we've got a little bond there. It's hard, but it's okay."

Ha!

These two couples are getting so close that we wouldn't surprised if Obama appointed Jay or Beyoncé to his cabinet. If Kal Penn got a job at the White House, we don't see why they can't either.

Kate Middleton's 'Absolutely Gutted' Over Topless Photos!?

Oh, we hope this isn't true. But it's totally understandable if it is.

Despite the brave face, a lifelong friend of Kate Middleton's fears she must be sick to her stomach over the topless photo scandal.

Telling People she bets the Duchess is "absolutely gutted" over all of it, the friend also makes it a point to note how Kate never let herself get drunk after she began dating Prince William.

The source explains:

"She's a very demure, private person. This is a horrific thing to happen."

But the darling Duchess isn't the only one who's probably upset behind closed doors. The Prince's former press officer bets:

"William will be absolutely fuming. This is what he hates about the paparazzi. If she thought for a second anyone would see, she wouldn't have done it."

Riiight?? And in the same country where his mother died cuz of overzealous paps!

Anderson Cooper Wants Lindsay Lohan To 'Be Quiet' And Just Do Her Job!

Although Lindsay Lohan's feud with Amanda Bynes over legal punishment is the LEAST of her worries right now, Anderson Cooper recently noticed the troubled actress' Twitter comments and has some advice for her...

In case you missed it, LiLo bashed Bynes for receiving "NO punishment" for driving with a suspended license after a series of hit-and-run car accidents.

In an ironic twist of fate, Lindsay ate her tweets on Wednesday morning because she was arrested after allegedly driving her car into another human being in Manhattan and then left the scene.

If that had gone down on Tuesday, then we're sure Anderson's words on Anderson Live (above) would have been much more severe, but he simply advised:

"If I'm Lindsay Lohan, I would just be quiet and just do your job ... Get off Twitter, stop hanging out and just do your job."

That may sound a little harsh, but believe it or not, he actually just wants her to make a comeback without making any more bad decisions that lead to more bad press!

Welp! Too late. LOLz!

Amanda Bynes' Lawyer To Post $50K Bail!

At least someone's taking care of business in the gurl's camp!

Though Amanda Bynes wasn't originally asked for bail in April's DUI arrest, the two hit-and-run charges since convinced the DA to go ahead and ask her for one, due Sept. 21st.

So Mandy's attorney, Richard Hutton, made sure to take care of the matter two days in advance, ensuring a swift and paparazzi-less errand on Wednesday.

He also convinced the DA to let Amanda stay at home during the matter. Niice!!

Meanwhile, Amanda's parents are relocating to El Lay in hopes of providing some stable foundation for their troubled daughter.

Hopefully she can turn it around before she dives too far into the dark side of Hollywood.
