One Direction Settles Same Name Lawsuit With Stateside Band!

Directioners can now breathe easy!

It seems as though the Brit boyband One Direction won't be changing their name anytime soon!

We previously reported on how the chart-topping Brit group had been caught up in a $1 million lawsuit from another group with the same name!

After 1D's record label decided to countersue back in June, it looks as though a resolution has finally been reached!

One Direction will continue to use their name, while the US-based group will be changing its name to Uncharted Shores.

Phew!

Now that that's over with, the What Makes You Beautiful crooners can get back to prepping for their very first VMA performance on Thursday!

Scott Disick Ditched Kourtney And The Kids To Party With The Pussycat Dolls!

His relationship with Kourtney Kardashian is reportedly falling apart, but that's no excuse not to surround himself with hot women and alcohol!

Scott Disick celebrated Labor Day weekend by partying at the Pussycat Dolls Dollhouse at the Keating Hotel in San Diego on Saturday night.

Onlookers said the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star behaved himself though by sipping on beer while chatting with friends and posing for pics with fans.

Still, this is exactly the type of activity that is rumored to be destroying his relationship with the mother of his two children. With Kourtney & Kim Take Miami scheduled to begin shooting this fall, sources close to the Kardashians fear the Florida city will only offer the Lord Disick MORE temptation to party hard instead of taking responsibility for his fam.

Was this past weekend a preview of what his longtime girlfriend will be putting up with while working in Miami?

Omarosa Responds To The Death Of Fiancé Michael Clarke Duncan

So heartbreaking.

As we previously reported, Hollywood lost truly one of its best, with the passing of actor Michael Clarke Duncan on Sunday.

Fans and friends alike have taken to Twitter to express their condolences, as well as Duncan's former co-stars, including Tom Hanks.

One of the people MOST affected was his girlfriend Omarosa Manigault, who was revealed as his fiancée, after keeping their engagement under wraps and out of the spotlight.

Omarosa stated:

"I am devastated. He was the love of my life."

We can't even begin to imagine.

We mentioned earlier that the couple had been planning to wed in January, which makes Michael's passing even more upsetting.

Back in July, Omarosa saved the actor's life when she performed CPR, after he went into cardiac arrest.

Our thoughts are with all of Michael's loved ones at this time.

Rest in peace, Big Mike.

Ooh la la! We're sure the Beliebers went cray over THAT shirtless pic! LOLz!

Is that a (faux) fur blanket he's laying on, too?? Ha!

Chris Martin took to his piano to completely transform the Beastie Boys' Fight For Your Right into a haunting, yet moving melody and he's done it again with Rihanna's Umbrella.

This time, however, the Coldplay singer let his fingers do the walking while RiRi herself came on stage to do the talking!

Lizzy and Victoria Pattinson are very protective over their heartbroken bro and the aren't hiding their displeasure with Snow White's dark indiscretions!

More ferocious than the most loyal of Twi-hards, the sisters do not want to see a KStew and R-Patz reunion any time soon!

A source says they're FURIOUS with her devious behavior and letting him know every chance they get!!

He said:

"Robert's sisters were fuming with Kristen for hurting their brother... They've told him that there's no way he can take Kristen back after what she did to him."

Apparently, they think the two-timing actress is no longer trustworthy.

The source continued:

"It's a case of once she's cheated, what's to stop her doing it again and Lizzy and Victoria are pretty unforgiving over Kristen's actions... they believe Robert should embrace singledom, throw himself into work and not consider settling down with anyone until he's ready."

We know you don't get to 500 million friends without making a few enemies encountering a couple Nutter Butters but this is RIDICULOUS!

Pradeep Manukonda, a.k.a. Mark Zuckerberg's apologetic stalker, now claims the Facebook founder tried to have him whacked.

Pradeep filed suit in an Indian court claiming Mark and an unnamed local politician sent multiple people after him with at least one incident ending with him being "stabbed from the back side."

Yowzers!! We're betting Mark wishes he could untag himself from all this dramz!!

In early 2011, courts granted Zuck and his future bride Priscilla a restraining order against Pradeep because he constantly threatened the entrepreneur and lingered around his home.

Surely the CEO wanted Pradeep to leave him and his future bride alone but we seriously doubt any contract killers were consulted in the process.

If these wacky allegations had a "dislike" button, we would click the shiz out of it!

Kanye West Contemplates His Perfect B-tch!

Well, wake up indeed, Mr. West!

It seems Kanye West was in a reflective mood this Labor Day weekend, as he took to Twitter to pose some questions about the use/misuse of words that have derogatory, damning origins, such as 'b-tch' and 'n----', in modern popular culture.

We guess calling Kim Kardashian his Perfect Bitch was kinda gnawing on that intricate brain of his??

Kanye began his pondering with the tweet:

PREACH!!

He then continued on (this is a summation of all relatable tweets):

I usually never tweet questions but I struggle with this so here goes... Is the word BITCH acceptable? To be more specific, is it acceptable for a man to call a woman a bitch even if it's endearing? Even typing it in question form it's still feels harsh? Has hip hop conditioned us to accept this word? Do we love this word as much as we love the word NIGGA in an endearing way? correction, Here's the age old question, would we refer to our mothers as bitches? Would' we call our fathers niggers or better yet NIGGAS? If nigga is such a positive word, why do we feel so uncomfortable for white people to say it, even with a hall pass? Is it ok to use bitch as long as we put BAD in front of it? Like you a BAD BITCH. Perhaps the words BITCH and NIGGA are now neither positive or negative. They are just potent and it depends on how the are used and by whom? #FREETHOUGHT.

We love love LOVE this contemplative side to you, Kanye!

AND we adore the fact that 'Ye is using his influence and a something so accessible as social media to inspire a very important discussion about words, how we use them, and the meanings we give them, which obviously can change over time.

We urge Kanye to listen to Lupe Fiasco track Bitch Bad which addresses this specific issue in such a masterful way, for example, Lupe spits: "Bitch bad, woman good, lady better."

Yay for critical thinking! Yay for expanding one's mind! Yay for being more conscious and inquisitive about things we may take for granted!! And yay for a tolerant, well informed, yet still curious, future word!

Then again, if Aaron Paul has any say in it, "b-tch" has a whoooole other meaning when it comes to his incredible character Jesse Pinkman on Breaking Bad:
