Rumor has it that Kristen Stewart and Lindsay Lohan were spotted letting loose at a private beach party this week!! Hmm.. guess KStew isn't too afraid to show her face if there are party favors involved!! While it's unsure who was hosting the party, we've heard it was somewhere in Orange County... which makes sense since Lindsay's brother came to town for some pro-surfing!! | Johnny Depp Wins Small Victory In Ongoing Assault And Battery Lawsuit Posted: 10 Aug 2012 12:52 PM PDT We were pretty suspicious last spring when a woman sued Johnny Depp because his entourage allegedly roughed her up at the Hollywood Palladium during an Iggy and the Stooges concert in December. It's hard to picture the actor allowing his boys to treat a lady like that, but even more suspect is the fact that she wouldn't reveal her name and filed the case as a Jane Doe! That is Depp's first lucky break because the judge declared on Thursday that she must reveal her name to move forward since there were "no allegations concerning sexual activity or other sensitive or private conduct that courts have recognized as exceptional." Then the judge dismissed certain employment claims that the woman, now identified as Robin Eckert, made against Depp since she had "not alleged that that Depp was responsible for hiring or retaining the security guards in question." A claim of negligent infliction of emotional distress was also tossed after Depp proved he didn't have any prior relationship with the woman and owed her no duty. However, since Eckert is arguing that the actor's actions were "motivated by bias ... hatred and prejudice," Depp is still facing a claim of discriminatory practices in public accommodations as well as assault and battery. Sounds like Depp avoided a nice chunk of charges against him. Time will tell if he can successfully doge the rest too! [Image via WENN.] |
| Madonna Fearlessly Supports The Gay Community In Russia Even Though It's Illegal! Posted: 10 Aug 2012 12:20 PM PDT That's our gurl! Although Russia's Deputy Prime Minister has labeled Madonna a slut for trying "lecture everyone on morality," she's not even remotely deterred from sticking up for what is right! She took to a St. Petersburg stage on Thursday night (even amidst bomb threats) to entertain her fans and continue to spread a positive message about "love" and equality. Madge urged the audience to show their "love and appreciation to the gay community" by quoting civl rights leader Martin Luther King Jr.. Watch the video (above) at the 2:20 mark to hear why she believes "the gay community and gay people here and all around the world have the same rights to be treated with dignity, with respect, with tolerance, with compassion [and] with love!" And remember! She delivered this wonderful speech even though promoting homosexuality to the young is illegal in Russia. Did anyone else's admiration for the Queen of Pop just shoot through the roof or is it just us? |

Of the campaign, Beyoncé stated:

Yesterday we reported that Amy Winehouse's ex-husband of two years Blake Civil-Fielder was found in his apartment choking on his own tongue while unconscious. At the hospital, Doctors induced coma so they could efficiently treat Blake's severely ailing condition, which is believed to have been caused by mass amounts of alcohol and other substances. Anne Hathaway Has Been Relaxing With Her Parents In Upstate New York Posted: 10 Aug 2012 11:51 AM PDT Anne Hathaway has had a VERY busy summer since she has been promoting and attending premieres all over the world for The Dark Knight Rises. However, she's finally getting some much needed R&R on the East Coast following the Connecticut fundraiser for Barack Obama that she co-hosted on Monday. We can exclusively report that the actress has been hanging out with her parents in Penn Yan, a small On Wednesday, Anne enjoyed some fine win at Hunt Country Vineyards on Keuka Lake and then overlooked the scenic water at the Esperanza Mansion during dinner. Our sources tell us that she was polite and kind to approaching fans, but was really enjoying her time outside of the public eye. Anne went antique shopping with her father as well and then hit up a local movie theater on Thursday night to watch Colin Farrell kick butt in Total Recall. The sci-fi action remake didn't score anywhere NEAR the same amount of good reviews or money at the box office as The Dark Knight Rises did, so we wonder what she thought of it? | Sylvester Stallone Smiles At Expendables 2 Premiere Despite His Personal Pain Posted: 10 Aug 2012 11:11 AM PDT There's no doubt about it: Sylvester Stallone is having a terrible summer. Following the untimely death of his son, Sage, the action star's 48-year-old half-sister was admitted to the hospital two weeks ago as her lung and liver cancer conditions worsened. But despite Toni Ann Filiti's deteriorating health, Stallone put on the happiest face he could find to attend the Paris premiere of The Expendables 2. Still, it's pretty obvious that there is still a huge hole in his heart just by looking at his face in these pics. His suit may match his pal Arnold Schwarzenegger's, but his enthusiasm sure doesn't. Aww! We can't imagine how hard it is to attend these events while in mourning and hoping against all hope that he doesn't lose another family member.
