Hershey, Pennsylvania... you lucky, lucky b*tches!

Scoffing at the rain, fans rushed the stage when 98 Degrees and New Kids on the Block took the stage together for the first ever Summer MixTape Festival!

As you can see from the photo above, the men were in great spirits when they made the crowd swoon with their luscious lyrics!!

Oh man... we can't wait to see more of these bands in the months to come!! Make it hot, boys!!

Vegas has always been so good to us!

We really do love this city! A lot!!!

Friday night, we started the evening off with a return engagement to see Cirque Du Soleil's LOVE. And then we met up with our friend Jenny McCarthy for some giggles and dancing at 1Oak.

SUCH a good time!

Prince William Rescues Teen From Drowning!

Well this is one of sexiest splashes we've ever heard of!

You seee..... on Thursday, the beloved Prince William rushed to the rescue when a 16-year-old girl was caught in the rip current off the coast of Wales.

Being the dashing Royal Air Force search and rescue pilot he is, Willz flew to the scene in less than a minute before one of his paramedics submerged under water to save the drowning bird.

She was then rushed to a hospital in Bangor, North Wales, where she got all the TLC she needed after that horrific scare! Phew!

Luckily, everything seems to be going well now for the unnamed teen -- and she was saved by the prince and his team!

Talk about a cool story, gurl!

Carly Rae Jepsen's lovah boy is musician Matthew Koma.

These two have been dating for over a year, but she's always resisted revealing his name. But well-placed sources have recently heard Mattholomew introduce her as his girlfriend! Ahh!

The sources dish:

"He seemed really excited about it, and she was smiling from ear to ear by his side during the introduction. He seems like a really nice and personable guy."

OMG! SO PRESH!

We've also heard they've been seen hand-in-hand in the lobby of a GetGlue HD launch party up in NYC. Ooh la la!

Jay Leno Takes MASSIVE Pay Cut To Save Tonight Show Jobs; 20-25 Still Laid Off!

There's been a bloodbath at NBC!

Some of the network's insiders are whispering about a recent job massacre at The Tonight Show, where 20-25 employees lost their jobs!

Show-host Jay Leno was said to have taken a HUGE pay cut to save as many jobs as he could, but obviously it wasn't enough to spare everyone!

Even producers had to choose between pay cuts or lost jobs! Dayum...

But why??? It's not like their ratings suck over there!!

Still, an NBC insider says:

"I don't think ad sales are off. I just think the people who bought this company, Comcast, wants to go through everything at NBC and get their money back. It's hard to go through those kinds of cuts. It's more a network issue than a late-night issue. And I would say that Jay doesn't get credit for digging out of a gigantic hole every single night. He's a very valuable guy to NBC and someday everyone will understand that. He does a great job."

Wow...

To everyone who lost their stable income, we feel for you! We know condolences don't pay the bills, though... so best of luck in finding another gig!

And snaps for Jay! Obviously he can survive the slash in his paycheck (apparently his new salary is $27-$30M on top of the $15-$20M he makes working appearances), but still... not everyone would be so generous!

The Chilling Moments Leading Up To Joey Kovar's Death

As we discussed yesterday, another life has been lost too soon...

While one friend reveals the reality star had sent suicidal texts in the weeks leading up to his death, law enforcement sources reportedly believe Joey Kovar's death was due to a lethal cocktail of Viagra, cocaine, and alcohol.

Apparently, the Real World: Hollywood star was already high on coke when he knocked on Stacey Achterhof's door Thursday night. He was said to be wondering if she could drive him elsewhere to get some more cocaine.

Stacey refused but let him into her home. With cocaine and alcohol already in his system (allegedly), Joey then popped some Viagra and proceeded to fool around with Stacey. But they did not have sex.

Afterward, Stacey laid down to go to sleep. But when she woke up, poor Joey was laying there with blood coming out of his ears and nose. Soon the police arrived and found him with blackened eyes. They suspect he suffered an aneurysm.

The toxicology report won't come back for weeks, but now we know some of the unfortunate series of events leading up to the vibrant 29-year-old's death. And it's just so, so sad.

Rest in peace, Joey...

Well... Andrew Garfield was behind the wheel Friday when an El Lay sheriff pulled him over.

The webbed hottie had been caught speeding in Malibu! Ughh... that sucks.

Luckily for Spidey, the sheriff let him go with a citation. So clearly he and Emma Stone weren't suspected of any other foul play.

But still... ya gotta be careful, Andrew!

Should Mark Zuckerberg Step Down As CEO Of Facebook?

Oh noes!!

As stock drops faster than a coed's panties on a booze cruise, industry insiders wonder why Mark Zuckerberg isn't inviting shareholders to "Facebook Event: My resignation."

One industry researcher thinks Zuck's unsinkable ship might be heading toward a metaphorical iceberg!

If the CEO wants to keep the company afloat he must change course, or possibly captains, immediately.

He said:

"There is a growing sense that Mark Zuckerberg, talented though he may be, is in over his hoodie as CEO of a multibillion-dollar public company. While in many cases a company founder can, and does, grow into the job, things are happening so quickly that there is precious little time here for Zuckerberg to do that."

We love when corporate bigwigs use puns -- in over his hoodie? HIGHlarious! -- a but is a call for Mark to step down premature?

Facebook stock closed under $20 bucks a share yesterday. That's less than HALF of what they were worth during the company's initial public offering!

A different analyst offered his opinion on how the shareholders must feel.

He said:

"This was the most anticipated IPO in many years and it was like an exploding cigar. Every investor thought they were about to become wealthy beyond their wildest dreams, and they had this blow up in their face."

It gets worse!!

A senior managing director at a company offering investment strategies said:

"His behavior is what I would expect of someone his age — the hoodies and everything else. He's trying to appeal to his audience instead of being responsible to his investors. His job now is to run the company."

Is the criticism fair or are the haters hating they aren't a 28 year-old genius with $12.1 billion bucks in their bank account?
