Cameron Diaz claims Diddy date was business, but she’s been with him for a while

Posted: 16 Nov 2011 10:20 AM PST

camerondiddy-1024x766
We’ve heard rumors for a few weeks that Cameron Diaz and Diddy are hooking up again. They were together back in 2008, but took pains to keep it quiet - at least Cameron did. Diddy gave an interview to Playboy in December, 2009 in which he said he had secretly dated a “famous actress” but wasn’t going to say who it was. You could tell that he was just dying to spill the beans but was hoping to get another chance with the actress he wouldn’t name. Here’s what he said at the time:

COMBS: Yeah, there was a young lady who's an actress. She's famous. I liked her, so I was willing to do whatever I had to do. I told her, "I will sneak up the side of the building to see you." I was persistent.

PLAYBOY: Did you get to hang out?

COMBS: We started spending time together, but we were prisoners of our celebrity. She took me to dinner after we got to know each other and hit me with a line that was straight out of the movies. She said, "You know this will never work, right?" [laughs] I knew she was right.

PLAYBOY: Who was it?

COMBS: The only person I'm gonna tell is God. If he says I can't get into heaven I may whisper it in his ear. She was so cool the way she let me down softly, and she offered me a ride back to my hotel.

PLAYBOY: Sienna Miller's name will get linked to that story. You know that, right?

COMBS: I can clear that up right now. It wasn't her. This was going to shake up the world. It would have been a Puff and J. Lo situation, part two.

[From Playboy via Celebitchy]

So that makes me think that Diaz dumped Diddy nicely back in 2008 when they were linked over the summer and that he was still hung up on her a year later. She probably gave him another chance this year when she was lonely post A-Rod, but she’s still not willing to be associated with him. US Weekly claims Cameron and Diddy are hooking up, that they’ve been spotted all over the place and that “she’ll booty call him,” but the official story, the one that People is reporting, has them meeting up for some sort of “project.” Here’s US Weekly’s story:

The actress, 39, has reunited with Sean “Diddy” Combs, her off-and-on hookup since 2008, when Combs pursued her during Oscars week, a source tells Us Weekly.

“Since then, when she’s single, she’ll booty call him,” adds another insider.

And now, they’ve gone public: Nuzzling in a booth at NYC’s Catch on Oct. 24, the two were “inseparable — they had their hands all over each other,” an eyewitness tells Us.

Two weeks later, at a Nov. 11 lunch at Scarpetta in Beverly Hills, they were “making out, acting romantic,” says a source. (Reps for both stars say Diaz and Combs, 42, are “just friends” and meeting to discuss a possible comedy film project.)

One hitch: Combs is still dating his model girlfriend of three years, Cassie, 25. Says a friend, “Diddy’s single whenever there’s a better offer on the table!”

[From US Weekly]

People has Cameron’s rep telling them “Cameron and Sean are longtime friends and fans of one another’s work. They have been seen together recently because they are developing a film project.” Mmhmmm. I know Diddy is a flashy egotistical douche of the highest order, but I would love it if this fling with Cameron got serious and if they went public. I think when Diddy hooks up with a woman who challenges him he really steps up his game and tries to be a good boyfriend, as much as he can. These two seem really fun together, to me, and I want them to be a real item.

Duchess Kate’s phantom pregnancy might yield a $1 million “push present”

Posted: 16 Nov 2011 09:26 AM PST

wenn35887721

Whenever People Magazine does one of their biggest-selling issues of the year, like Sexiest Man Alive, the other tabloids seem to go in hyper-drive trying to come up with bigger and better headlines to grab newsstand readers. I honestly thought we'd be getting more Brangelina covers, but it looks like everybody wants to talk about Duchess Kate's womb right now. Speculation went into overdrive when Kate refused to taste peanut paste during a photo op trip to Copenhagen, and now Kate and her phantom pregnancy took the covers of both In Touch Weekly and Star Magazine this week.

waity11

intouch

Star seems to be saying that Kate's fetus is quietly killing her, maybe because it takes all of those delicious nutrients that Kate so rarely imbibes (because she's off of solids, remember). In Touch's story is a tad nicer - according to them, Kate is six weeks along, she's already preparing the nurseries (multiple!) and William will be giving her a $1 million "push present". Meanwhile, E! News's source claims that Kate isn't pregnant - YET.

Royal babies are in the heir…While rumors are swirling that Ms. Middleton is already expecting, we had to give you the official palace scoop on the matter. So, is she or isn’t she? And how will the royal announcement be made?

“There have been reports to the contrary worldwide, but the fact is that the Duchess of Cambridge is not pregnant. Does she hope to be soon? I should say so,” insisted a royal aide close to the couple.

What a royal bummer! But we can still goss on when, exactly, the couple will expand the royal fam, right? Except there’s someone putting the couple’s plans on hold (and it’s not the queen):

“Prince William will be on active military duty in the Falkland Islands from early in the New Year, and there is no earthly way he would be assigned 8,000 miles from home if the Duchess of Cambridge were expecting,” explained a second palace insider.

OK, we guess we’re satisfied with that explanation. After all, Kate’s still adjusting to the stress of her new life, so it’s crucial the couple wait until the time is right, right?

But according to our first palace source, the time is right now:

“Wouldn’t it be wonderful, in these days of economic gloom, for an announcement to come shortly? I think it would be a terrific morale booster for the whole country,” he teased us. Wow, that’s pretty good for one of those normally dry Brit royal types—tantalizing and hinting to us at the same time!

And when the announcement comes, our royal aide insisted it would be very official:
“There aren’t going to be any leaks. There will be an announcement when the time comes from Kensington Palace.”

He continued, but not without a little quip to the News of the World phone-hacking scandal:

“Trust me, this is not going to be the sort of announcement that will be pre-empted by anyone hacking into royal mobile phone voice messages.”

[From E! News]

I think people might like Kate a bit more if William did run off to the Falklands for six weeks while she was knocked up. She would get to play the dutiful military wife, whose only companionship is a bag of liquid eyeliners.

Here's what I really think - that Kate will be knocked up sooner rather than later. I think it would be really odd if she wasn't pregnant on her first wedding anniversary. And please, don't start screaming at me about how YOU didn't do that and I'm not really a FEMINIST for saying that - just stop. We're talking about the royal family, and new royal brides are expected to produce an heir quickly. And we're talking about Kate and Will. He made her wait for NINE YEARS to get married, and she's turning 30 in January. Royal brides are usually younger, they don't have to wait as long, and I think Kate would want to get on this whole baby thing quickly. But then again, I've been wrong about her before. And she does hate to exert herself… so who knows?

PS… These are just more photos of Kate on Remembrance Day, a somber occasion - many of you noted how smiley and giggly she was. Inappropriate?

Connie Britton of American Horror Story adopts a baby boy

Posted: 16 Nov 2011 09:20 AM PST

fp_6631912_rij_the_rite_53_
I don’t know much about Connie Britton from “American Horror Story,” but I love watching her every week. (She was also in “Friday Night Lights,” which I’ve heard is awesome but haven’t seen.) She’s a great actress, and I enjoy the fact that she’s a little older and that she hasn’t messed with her face from what we can see. Plus she’s beautiful and I covet her hair. I have long reddish blonde hair too, and I’ve been curling mine more after seeing how great Britton’s hair looks on that show. Anyway Britton just adopted a baby boy from Ethiopia. She’s 44 and is divorced, having split with her first and only husband to date when she was just 29. I found a Redbook interview she did in 2009 where she said she was dating a comedy writer named Jason Mantzoukas. (Mantzoukas co-starred with her in a movie that premiered at film festivals earlier this year called Conception and I guess he’s also been a guest star on “Parks and Recreation.”) I can’t confirm whether she’s still with him, though. Here’s more on her new baby:

For years, Connie Britton has been hard at work on her acclaimed show Friday Night Lights and most recently on the new hit American Horror Story.

But the actress, 44, has just been cast in her most rewarding role yet: Mom. She’s adopted a 9-month-old baby boy from Ethiopia, Britton tells PEOPLE exclusively.

After a three-year-long adoption process, the actress’s dream of motherhood came true about a week ago, after she returned from the African country with her son Yoby – a nickname for Eyob, his given name.

“I am thanking my lucky stars every day,” Britton, 44, tells PEOPLE.

The day she first held her son in her arms was something the new mom will never forget.

“It was such a wonderful moment of completion,” she says. “I thought I was going to collapse into a puddle of tears. I was just grinning from ear to ear.”

[From People]

That’s awesome, congratulations to her! Britton told Redbook in 2009 that she was looking forward to maybe remarrying at some point and having children. She said “I do feel like I would get married again, and I still want to have kids.” She also said that hitting her 40s has helped her slow down and appreciate life. “There isn’t this mania to get everything so right. Now what I really want to do is just enjoy my life and fill the moments with living, with people I love, things I enjoy, and work that inspires me.”

Britton’s character on “American Horror Story” may have a child soon too. Her character Vivian Harmon is currently pregnant, and it’s being foreshadowed on the show that it’s some kind of demon spawn. I’m kind of fascinated by that show but it’s gradually losing it’s appeal for me. They use every horror movie cliche in the book, and just when I think they’re ready to dial it back a notch they throw in some more complicated plot points. They’re walking a very fine line between being campy and scary.

Is Kris Humphries just pretending to be sad about his divorce?

Posted: 16 Nov 2011 08:44 AM PST

ok1

It's time for today's post about Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries's divorce. Today, we're going to come at from a different angle - from Kris's angle. Kris has just returned to New York. Apparently, on Monday, he had dinner with friends and sources say, "Kris looked so depressed. He looked like he was going to cry in his pizza, sat at the same table he used to sit with Kim. He looked so sad and gloomy. Not the happy Kris who used to tease and laugh with Kim at that table. His friends looked like they were giving him encouragement…they were trying to cheer him up.” To make matters work, Kris is being heckled when he does go out - Page Six reports that a passerby shouted "Where's Kim?" on Monday, and Page Six's source also said that Kris looked especially devastated.

But a Kardashian source tells Us Weekly that Kris is just pretending: “Kris and Kim spoke about breaking up many times…He was not blindsided by the divorce, just by the filing on that exact date." I think Kim is pissed off that Kris is a better actor than her. Anyway, OK! Magazine has an exhaustive cover story about all of this:

Some were shocked that Kim Kardashian's marriage lasted just 72 days — but it's even more outrageous to discover that Kim had all but given up on Kris Humphries less than two weeks after they were wed!

"He really thought she just gave up too quickly and didn't even try," an insider says. "It came out of nowhere — he really didn't see the divorce coming. He's angry and also very sad."

Kris, 26, also feels like he's been unjustly tagged as the bad guy in their marriage. "He feels like no one cares what he has to say or wants to hear his side of the story because Kim is a bigger celebrity," says the insider. "People care more about her."

HE WAS BLINDSIDED
"It's been painful. Kris said that he never thought in a million years she would file for divorce without giving it a chance," the insider says. "He wanted to try. He thought in a few weeks things would be smoothed over."

Kim had different ideas. She asked Kris not to accompany her on a previously planned promotional trip to Australia — and then left without letting him know their marriage was over. "All of a sudden, he woke up to a divorce — and then no one would return his calls," recalls his friend.

SHE COULDN'T FACE KRIS
In retrospect, Kim realizes she could have been more honest with Kris, according to an insider. "Kim wanted to call and tell him herself, however, her team thought it was best to let them handle things," says the insider. "They were trying to keep it from getting out of control, but it did anyway. That is when she reached out to Kris."

Kris reportedly wanted to try marital counseling. He even brought in his family friend, Joel Johnson, the pastor that married them, to speak with he and Kim for nearly three hours. But there is nothing he can actually do to stop the divorce if Kim is determined to end their union.

Since Kim's visit on Nov. 6 to Kris' home in Minnesota, "Kim is still talking to Kris," says the insider. Although, Kris would like to believe they stand a chance to fix their marriage. "Kris is a little bit in denial about the whole thing," says one pal. "Their relationship is strained at best," adds another Kim pal. "She knows she wasn't perfect and he was a pretty big jerk. Kim is taking a break from everything."

HE WANTS TO BE NORMAL
Since Kris arrived back home in Minnesota, he's been keeping a low profile — going to the gym, playing basketball and sticking close to his family. With the NBA still on lockout, he's without a job to keep him busy. He has been photographed, of course, but he's trying to stay out of the public eye.

Friends say that although his relationship with Kim taught him that fame is truly a double-edged sword, "Kris was never really prepared for what he got into with Kim," says his pal. "He thought he could turn off the celebrity whenever he wanted — that he could just ask people to give him space and they would. But it doesn't work like that. It grated on his nerves until he started to snap."

THE SHOW MUST GO ON
Though Kris may still harbor hope, Kim's friends say it's unlikely that the two will reconcile or even reunite for an interview. "Kim's not about to go on a talk show and air their dirty laundry — this isn't The Bachelor." Episodes of Kourtney & Kim Take New York are being re-edited in the wake of the couple's split. Kris will be written out of the show — the same way Reggie Bush was when he and Kim split up, explains the insider.

"They will wrap this divorce up with a neat little bow in an episode and then move on," predicts the insider. "Kim will start dating someone else, another scandal will happen and everything will even out." Like Kris, Kim is also staying out of the spotlight and trying to avoid photographers. "Kim is still so sad and is not sure what the future holds for her," says the insider. "She is trying to be strong." But Kris' words ring in her ears. "He thought Kim would give him a chance to work things out and for the dust to settle," says the insider. "Kris really did love her and he still does."

[From OK! Magazine]

Do you feel sorry for Kris? Meh. He was already screwing around on Kim with club girls just weeks before Kim filed, so whatever. Plus, Kris's ex-girlfriend Bianka Kamper went to In Touch/Hollywood Life to tell ALL about what Kris is really like (hint: he's a douche). Bianka claims that Kris "used to hate Kim, her show and her family and would make fun of the Kardashians all of the time. Bianka believes that Kris married Kim just to promote his own fame. He would call the Kardashians garbage. He would never watch the show with me. He always bad-mouthed it and said it was trashy. He would ask, 'Why are you watching that?' Kris was a penny-pincher. He would do anything he could to save money, and he definitely did not buy expensive clothes. If I were in Kim's shoes, I would be embarrassed and ashamed." There's more stuff here. Bianka has an axe to grind.

Bradley Cooper named People’s Sexiest Man Alive for 2011: good pick?

Posted: 16 Nov 2011 08:06 AM PST

wenn3497843

Bradley Cooper is People Magazine's Sexiest Man Alive for 2011. Really? Him? Why does People Magazine hate lady parts? I knew it was a pipe dream to see Michael Fassbender as a contender, but what about Jon Hamm? What about - gasp - Robert Pattinson? What about someone who actually has movie star qualities and you actually want to have sex with him? I don't want to have sex with Bradley Cooper. I don't particularly want to see his films. He is at best bland and vanilla, and at worst he is actively kind of a douche and a bad actor. CB and I were discussing him recently, and I thing the crux of Bradley's problem is that he believes he's a leading man, he's been told he's a leading man, everybody is trying to make him be a leading man, and he's just not. He's a character actor. No disrespect to character actors - they're often more talented and interesting than the leads. But I'm so, so tired of people trying to convince me that Bradley Cooper is more than just a shaved emu with highlights and a great publicist.

bradley1

Sure, he’s easy on the eyes, but there’s more to 2011’s Sexiest Man Alive Bradley Cooper than dazzling baby blues and a killer smile.

Ladies, take note: this Georgetown grad can whip up dinner, take you for a spin on his motorcycle and whisper sweet nothings in French (he’s fluent!). Just don’t try convincing him what a catch he is.

“I think it’s really cool that a guy who doesn’t look like a model can have this [title],” says the Hangover actor, 36. “I think I’m a decent-looking guy. Sometimes I can look great, and other times I look horrifying.”

Another reason to love him? Cooper, whose father Charles passed away in January, is especially close with his mom, Gloria. When he learned he’d been crowned Sexiest Man Alive, the “first thing I thought,” he says, “was, ‘My mother is going to be so happy.’ ”

So what’s the truth about his dating status?

Cooper, who was with Renée Zellweger for two years until their split in March and has been spotted out with Jennifer Lopez in recent months, says he’s a “single 36-year-old male.”

“If you’re a single man and you happen to be in this business,” he says, “you’re deemed a player. But I don’t see myself as a ladies’ man.”

[From People]

Yes, I'm sure his mom will be especially happy to hear that her son was named "the sexiest man alive". And so will Victor Garber. And so will all of the dudes Bradley cruises on a regular basis. As for the ladies, our vadges will quietly weep as we think about all of the sexy dudes that could have gotten this honor.

By the way, this is back-to-back SMA hatred for me. Last year's SMA was Ryan Reynolds, who looks like a gerbil, has no sex appeal and isn't really a leading man either, in my opinion. Somehow, though, I understood the Ryan Reynolds thing a little bit more than THIS.

You can see the rest of the SMA gallery here, at People. Other dudes who made the list: Liam Hemsworth, Idris Elba (nice), Justin Theroux (because he's dating "America's Sweetheart" I guess), Chris Evans, Tim McGraw, Josh Charles, Joel McHale (CB will be thrilled), Jason Momoa, Ryan Gosling, Alec Baldwin and Dylan McDermott. NO FASSIE. Also, no Hamm Dong. No Gerard Butler. No Viggo, no James McAvoy, no Paul Bettany, no Brad Pitt, no George Clooney, no Matt Damon, NO NO NO NO.

Mariah Yeater drops paternity suit against Justin Bieber (update: it’s not over yet?)

Posted: 16 Nov 2011 07:44 AM PST

fp_8152047_api_bambi_awards
When the news first came out about a paternity lawsuit against Justin Bieber, a lot of people found the woman’s story potentially credible. At that point, we’d only read the legal documents and heard from her lawyers, who claimed their client was believable and that she was in possession of evidence to prove that she had sex with Justin Bieber in a bathroom following one of his concerts in L.A. Her story was detailed, her baby was the right age to have been conceived at that concert, and the baby did bear a resemblance to Bieber. It just seemed like it would take a real nutjob to go to those lengths to file a paternity suit that was untrue. Well, once we found out more about Bieber’s accuser, and especially once she sold an interview to one of the nightly tabloid shows, she started to look like a total whack job. She had been arrested for assaulting an ex, whom she first accused of fathering the baby, and she had trouble recalling details from the night in question. Well it looks like everyone who was calling Yeater a crazy person out for cash and attention was right. She’s dropped the paternity suit against Justin Bieber. I guess she didn’t want to get the pants sued off of her:

Single mother Mariah Yeater has quietly dismissed her paternity suit against teenage pop star Justin Bieber.

The 20-year-old, who gave birth to son Tristyn four months ago, has apparently had a change of heart after filing legal action against the Canadian singer two weeks ago.

Her lawsuit seeking a paternity test and child support was withdrawn last week, according to TMZ.com.

Lance Rogers and Matt Pare, the two lawyers who were representing Yeater, have apparently resigned.

The withdrawal of the suit comes after Bieber not only said he would submit to a DNA test, but was also planning to sue Yeater for making a bogus claim.

[From Daily Mail]

I guess we can put this story to rest then. I know this girl has a baby to support, but I hope that whatever she made from selling her fake story and posing for baby pictures and videos has been thoroughly absorbed by lawyers fees.

Meanwhile Bieber was spotted out with a “mystery woman” in London on Monday night. He then flipped off the paparazzi. It’s not the first time he’s done that, so maybe he wasn’t busted on a date so much as pissed off at the photographers. Who knows what they’re shouting at this punk.

Update: Thanks to those of you who pointed out this story on Radar which has an interview with Yeater’s lawyer. She has a new legal team and they’re still trying to get a DNA test. Her lawyer says that there have been death threats against Yeater and the baby.

"I did not step down and there is a legal team. It's a new legal team. In light of death threats against my client, strategies have been reviewed…the San Diego team has been replaced by John Carlson from Los Angeles," Jeffrey Leving, a Chicago paternity attorney who took on Yeater as a client, explained over the phone with WGNtv in Chicago.

"She believes Justin Bieber is the father. Right now there's no more interviews for Mariah Yeater, I'm not going to allow that. Secondly, negotiations are going on right now with Bieber's counsel and we're trying to negotiate a private, secure DNA test with the same safe guards that would exist if there were a court order, but without a court order.

"The case is completely out of control and I don't want something terrible to happen to my client or her child."

While it's still unclear whether or not Yeater's case is still technically active, Leving said he hopes he won't have to file a new lawsuit.

"My goal is that when the DNA test is completed, which I believe it will be…my goal is to keep everything confidential so the results will remain confidential," he said.

[From Radar]

Given this woman’s interview and the details about her past, I’m still not buying that Bieber is the father or that he paid her off. DNA will tell though.

Donatella Versace squashes photoshoot using “real” people to model her H&M line

Posted: 16 Nov 2011 07:23 AM PST

wenn5752444
Apparently the NY Daily News wanted to run a photo feature showing “real” NY women, young college graduates, modeling clothing from Donatella Versace’s new line for H&M. Unlike Versace’s couture clothing, this line comes in all sizes and is somewhat affordable. Well a spokesperson for H&M told the News that Versace probably wouldn’t approve of “real” (read: larger than size 4) women wearing even her H&M line for any kind of photo shoot, even a casual one like this, and they were right. Most of the models were rejected for not fitting Versace’s “branding.” Again, this was her line for H&M and it was just a photo feature in a newspaper. Give me a break.

After the Daily News arranged for real NYC women to be photographed wearing looks from the Italian designer's Versace for H&M line, a rep for the Swedish clothing company canceled the shoot on Friday.

Apparently, "real" doesn't work for the 56-year-old bottle-blond designer with the bee-stung lips.

The H&M publicist initially explained by email that the "Model New Yorkers" photo feature could probably not go forward because Versace had to approve "anyone who wears the collection for press" — and, she added, "Donatella will likely not approve shooting the collection on real women."

She was right. When the Daily News writer organizing the shoot sent the publicist photos of two of the three women he wanted to use — all recent college graduates who work in the city — the answer came back that only one was acceptable.

When the News writer asked for an explanation, he was told the woman who was rejected "doesn't fit [Versace's] branding."

That might make sense if the clothes involved were from Versace's full-priced designer collections, where a metallic brushed-leather biker jacket goes for $5,825 and a wool crepe cut-out dress fetches $2,425.

But one reason designers work with H&M is to make their designs accessible — and affordable — to a less-exclusive crowd. Previous fashion designers who've worked with H&M in this way include Chanel's Karl Lagerfeld and Stella McCartney.

"The H&M customer is anyone interested in fashion," the company's U.S. public relations manager, Jennifer Ward, told the retail-shopping website Westfield.com this fall. "There is something for every age and personality."

Versace's designs for H&M reflect this perspective. Although there are some pricier items — such as a $249 metallic party dress — the line includes a $29.99 pair of leggings that feature a jungle print similar to the famous plunging dress that Jennifer Lopez wore to the 2000 Grammys.

Versace previewed her limited-edition H&M line at a party and fashion show at Pier 57 on Nov. 8. Although she used the kind of stick-thin models who don't resemble typical NYC consumers, the designer told CBSNews.com that she understood the H&M consumer.

"I know this customer," she said. "I know what they want."

Now if only she didn't mind them actually wearing her clothing.

By the way, we've decided to stick with our real New York models. Instead of Versace for H&M, they'll be wearing their own holiday cocktail outfits in the photo feature, which will run on Thursday.

[From The NY Daily News]

When I first read this I thought that the News might have arranged this photo shoot using clothing by Versace for H&M because they knew it would get shut down. They may have done that, but even it it was a set up they still convincingly proved their point. Why have a high fashion line put out something for H&M if they don’t want to be associated with anything but very rich, stick thin women? It’s elitist. It’s like they think it’s fine to take money from the masses, but they still don’t want to be associated with them in any way.

Here are some of the Versace for H&M pieces. They’ll probably sell out quickly and Versace knows this. She can continue to be a scary, haughty bitch because it’s not going to affect her bottom line at all. Some of these looks are hideous, right? I like the studded leather jacket, though, and that sequin dress is cute. They probably look cheap in person, though. I’m sure a photoshoot with a magazine would reveal that the clothes look crappy as well. The H&M people should have made up some excuse about making sure the clothing is photographed properly instead of insisting on choosing super thin models.

Jennifer Aniston allegedly met with Justin Theroux’s ex, Heidi Bivens

Posted: 16 Nov 2011 07:18 AM PST

wenn409350

I think it's been pretty well established that Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux began seeing each other before he officially broke things off with Heidi Bivens, his girlfriend of 14 years. Heidi (through her publicist) announced that she had "just" moved out of the NYC apartment she and Justin shared in early June - but Aniston and Theroux were being spotted together for more than a month before that. Plus, there's the Terry Richardson hair conspiracy (Richardson might have photographed Aniston and Theroux together, being loved up, in the Spring) and anecdotal evidence to suggest that Theroux and Aniston's affair began when they were working together on Wanderlust in 2010. In my mind, there's as much evidence to suggest that Jennifer Aniston is as much a "homewrecker" as Angelina Jolie.

But in her fans' minds, Aniston will always be the perpetual victim, the perpetual (virginal) good girl, the innocent. And the British tabloid Grazia is playing into that - according to this completely unreliable story, Aniston met with Heidi Bivens "in a bid to set the record straight."

After several unsuccessful relationships, it looks like Jennifer Aniston has finally found love with Justin Theroux. But their has been ongoing ambiguity over when exactly their relationship started and when the actor split from long-term love Heidi Bivens.

In a bid to set the record straight, Aniston, 42, had an emotional meeting with Bivens, 35, in a New York hotel last week.

Upset at being portrayed as a ‘homewrecker’, the former Friends star assured the costume designer she never got together with Theroux until he was single, according to this week’s Grazia magazine.

A source told the magazine: ‘Jen has always been sympathetic to Heidi because he’s heard from Justin just how devastated she is about their break-up. But Jen has always been adamant that their relationships did not cross over.’

With Theroux absent, the two women reportedly met at the Mercer Hotel on November 6, and talked over a glass of wine.

The source added: ‘Jen told Heidi that she understands what a painful time she has been going through and explained that she wanted her to know, hand on heart, that she would never steal another woman’s man. Heidi apparently got quite tearful during the meeting, as it was understandably a lot of take in.’

Aniston and Theroux met on the set of new film Wanderlust last autumn, but weren’t romantically linked until late May this year.

Bivens confirmed in a statement via her publicist in mid-June that she had ‘just moved out of their home last week’ after 14 years with Theroux.

The costume designer moved out of the couple’s New York home a week after Aniston and Theroux were first photographed together at the MTV Movie Awards after-party.

In recent months, the new couple have become inseparable and are living together in a $6million New York apartment.

Poor Heidi. Not only does she get cheated on and then dumped by her skinny-jeans-wearing hipster douche boyfriend, but then she has to sit through a "meeting" in which her ex's homewrecking girlfriend gets hammered and yammers on and on about the timeline of her relationship with Justin. Who are you going to believe, Heidi? Jennifer Aniston or your lying eyes?

Apparently, Heidi has said in the past few months that she will only tell her side of the story if Jennifer and Justin start talking about it publicly. The Wanderlust publicity tour might get interesting… who will be brave enough to ask Jennifer Aniston, "Soooo, when exactly did you and Justin start? How does it feel to be a homewrecker? Is your pity party finally over?"

Julia Roberts & Lily Collins look terrible, hairy in the ‘Mirror, Mirror’ trailer

The first trailer for Mirror, Mirror is out - that's the Snow White film starring Lily Collins as Snow and Julia Roberts as the Evil Queen - we bitched about the production stills a few weeks ago. First, let me just say that I do think Lily Collins is a pretty little girl. She is! And don't start yelling about how she looks, for real. But, I have two big problems with Lily Collins as Snow White. One, she was simply miscast. Lily Collins looks like a 14-year-old mall girl - a pretty mall girl, but now really "the fairest of them all". Secondly, HER BROWS. Did all of the production costs go to busted costumes and Julia Roberts' paycheck and NO ONE could afford a pair of tweezers? It is absolutely ridiculous to me that no one thought to tweeze Lily's brows. They're so unruly, it's distracting, and I swear she has a unibrow in some scenes. OK, here's the trailer:

Much like Snow White and the Huntsman, it seems like the Evil Queen is the star of this bitch, and that's how Julia is playing it. Unfortunately for Julia, Charlize Theron now kind of owns the Evil Queen, right? What else? The costumes look even worse in the trailer than in the stills - I guess the vibe is supposed to be "live-action cartoon" and comedy. You know who I thought was rather cute? Armie Hammer. He looks completely unsuited for both Julia and Lily, though. Seeing him get all starry eyed for Hairy McUnibrow is unsettling. Poor Armie.

Angelina Jolie signs with Ryan Gosling’s agent, seeks more diverse work

For me, Angelina Jolie has always gotten extra points for being a rare Hollywood star who doesn't have a "team" of sycophants and handlers "managing" her every whim. She's always had a manager - Geyer Kosinski - who she's been with for probably 15 or 16 years. She has a lawyer or two, and that's it. When she started up with Brad in 2005, she took meetings around Hollywood to see if she could/should sign with an agency, and she ended up hiring CAA. It was not a good fit, and Jolie ended up firing CAA in early 2006 - some say she quit the agency in a fit of pregnancy hormones and because she's never liked to be micromanaged, which CAA is famous for. Since that 2006 fit, Jolie has just stuck with Kosinski as her sole representation in Hollywood - no agent, no publicist, no "team".

That's just changed, though. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jolie just signed on with Ilene Feldman at IFA Talent because she wants to get more diverse work. Interesting.

Angelina Jolie has added a talent agent to her team of representatives. The actress-filmmaker has signed with Ilene Feldman at IFA Talent, who also represents Ryan Gosling, among others.

The last time Jolie had acting representation by a talent agency was in 2006, when she was with CAA (a stint that lasted 13 months). In March, she signed with UTA to rep her as a writer and director but not as an actor. She continues to be with her longtime manager Geyer Kosinski at Media Talent Group and attorney Robert Offer of Sloane Offer Weber & Dern.

Sources say IFA will help Jolie, arguably the biggest female star in the world, find roles in smaller, independently financed films, not studio tentpoles or franchises.

The move comes just over month before the release of Jolie's directorial debut, In the Land of Blood and Honey, which she also wrote. Jolie has spent the past several years acting in big studio movies such as The Tourist, Salt and Wanted, and has lent her voice to the mega-grossing Kung Fu Panda movies.

Her last dramas were 2008's The Changeling and 2007's A Mighty Heart, the former earning her an Oscar nomination. She won the best supporting actress statuette for 1999’s Girl, Interrupted.

[From The Hollywood Reporter]

Part of me is disappointed. Part of Jolie's appeal (to me) is that she proves that someone with intelligence and talent can excel in Hollywood without having some epic "industry" of people working on her behalf. I mean, what's next? Will Jolie hire a publicist? Nooo!

But what this is probably really about is Angelina aging in the industry. She knows that she's not always going to be getting the biggest and best scripts in Hollywood, and although she's one of the few female stars who can single-handedly get a film financed and made, Jolie is smart enough to know that this too shall pass. She's looking into the future and she sees fewer roles where she's jumping off of overpasses onto moving vehicles and more work where she's the supporting player in a medium-sized ensemble, or the lead in a small film. It's smart, sure. But I wonder if she would have been able to make that transition without an agent?
