Demi Moore Announces Plans To Divorce Ashton Kutcher!!!

Posted: 17 Nov 2011 01:34 PM PST

It was going to happen. We all knew it deep down. All the counseling and the getaways can't save a marriage when the trust is broken. We just didn't want it to be so.

Demi Moore has released a statement, announcing that she plans to end her 6-year marriage to Ashton Kutcher.

Her official statement reads:

"It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton. As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life. This is a trying time for me and my family, and so I would ask for the same compassion and privacy that you would give to anyone going through a similar situation."

Ashton has yet to release his own statement, but we imagine it's on it's way.

We're sorry to see it end like this, but perhaps it is the best for everyone. Now, maybe the truth about everything can finally come out.

The Beverly Hills Hotel Sued Over Housewives Brawl

Posted: 17 Nov 2011 01:20 PM PST

Christmas Eve last year was a rough one for Lisa Vanderpump. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star went to the famed Beverly Hills Hotel for drinks with friend and L.A. news reporter Robert Kovacik, but what she got was a headlined story about the brawl that broke out between Rob and some other dude.

While we may never know the truth of what happened on that fateful Eve, we do know that with the holiday season approaching, Rob Kovacik is feeling in the giving mood. To be exact, he is giving his lawyer a lot of work to do, as he wants to sue his attacker and the Bev Hotel for the fight!

He claims that the other brawler was quite intoxicated when they got into it and insists the hotel should have cut him off before the man got out of control. In Rob's version of the evens, the man, Roger Talavera, "got loud and began spewing threats to people in the bar," but hotel employees allegedly did nothing to defuse the situation.

Now, Rob is after some big time monies to make up for the damage done to his face (he got beat pretty bad) and he wants it fast!

He doesn't have the most incriminating case in the world, but he just might be able to win this one.

Laurieann Gibson Addresses Split With Lady GaGa!

Posted: 17 Nov 2011 01:10 PM PST

It's been kind of a weird week in the press when it comes to the split of Lady GaGa and longtime creative director, the fabulous Laurieann Gibson.

Some reports say GaGaloo fired Laurieann. Others say Laurieann just reached her boiling point and walked out.

But Laurieann has decided to come forward and address the issue, explaining that GaGa had reached a point in her career where she could control her own creativity so she walked away amicably:

I am fulfilled with the work I have done with choreographing all of the iconic moves, creative directing the artist, appearances, shows, directing the tour, music videos, and the HBO Monster Ball, which was a culmination of my work as its creator and director. Recently, Lady GaGa was motivated to take the helm of the creative direction of her career and as such I decided to step away. I am extremely proud of her, and in stepping away I wish her all the best. I look forward to continuing my work with notable artists, as well as new artists that are part of my Interscope Records deal, and the upcoming seasons of my TV shows.

Sounds pretty classy if you ask us! And yeah, every real artist gets to that point sooner or later.

GaGa is a free bitch, baby!!!

Ricky Gervais To Billy Crystal: Don't Steal My Holocaust & Pedophile Jokes!

Posted: 17 Nov 2011 12:50 PM PST

Ricky Gervais is foreshadowing a bit to his next Emmy gig.

After the news broke that he would be hosting the Emmys again (news that most of Hollywood did NOT like), he tweeted about asking Oscar-host Billy Crystal to not use any of his holocaust or pedophile material.

Billy agreed....ha!

Piers Morgan also got in on the fun, asking if he could have the honor of having his first post-Emmy interview, to which Ricky obliged.

Read the tweets in full:

Ricky: Just told Billy Crystal he'd better not use any of my holocaust or pedophile material at The Oscars. He agreed (true).

@piersmorgan: BOOM! @rickygervais back hosting Golden Globes. Be afraid, Hollywood egos, be very afraid. It's gonna be biblical.

Piers: Dear @rickygervais - please can I have the first 'Sorry if I offended anyone' interview after the 2012 Golden Globes, like last time?

Ricky: @piersmorgan I'll escape to New York straight after. See you there.

Oooh man, if he's able to come back after the stunts he pulled last year, we have a feeling this year is gonna be even worse! After all, he's clearly only being rewarded for it! He knows he can get away with a lot!

Two NEW Not To Be Missed Clips From Breaking Dawn!

Posted: 17 Nov 2011 12:20 PM PST

We've got chills!!!

We imagine that most of you Twi-hards are having a hard time concentrating today. You're probably all antsy and spaced out, focused completely on the hands of your clock stroking midnight, so you can finally see for yourself all the wonders of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part One.

Well, we can't stand the wait either, so how's about we all enjoy these two new clips from the movie, featuring some real sweetness and some real action!

Check out the videos (above) to watch Rosalie and Alice prep Bella for her big day, and then, watch Edward and his siblings get into a real nasty scuffle with the werewolves over his newborn child.

At least, we think that's the problem. Edward's eyes are black and his shirt is all messy, so we're assuming this is after Bella has given birth and the pack has come to destroy the Cullens for creating a hybrid.

Wait till they find out what ELSE is, shall we say, unique with this baby! LOL!

Hope Solo Is Not Doing The Post-DWTS Press Tour!

Posted: 17 Nov 2011 11:40 AM PST

Hope Solo is having a tough - big time!

The soccer star, who was eliminated Tuesday night Dancing With The Stars, would normally be doing the pretty-routine exit tour that is given to most axed contestants, which includes a spot on Jimmy Kimmel Live the night of boot, and then an interview on the following day's Good Morning America, but due to it being during the semi-final rounds of the competition, the network has instead decided to promote the remaining three contestants - Ricki Lake, Rob Kardashian and J.R. Martinez - before the finale next week!

However, it may in fact be to her benefit, as during her Extra interview, she got choked up and later refused to speak with any press, which, according to her rep, was because she was too "emotional." She's returned home to Seattle until the finale.

Aww! Poor thing!

It must stink to get so close to the end, only to get eliminated!

Keep your chin up, gurl!

You had a great run, and you should be proud of your performance!

The Citadel Apologizes For Not Reporting Child Abuse

Posted: 17 Nov 2011 11:10 AM PST

The Citadel, a SC military college, has been under scrutiny lately for their lack of proper action after they found out one of their camp counselors engaged in sexual abuse with children.

A former camper went to Citadel officials back in 2007 to tell them about Louis "Skip" ReVille, then 19, forcing the child to look at porn while Reville masturbated. He also pressured the child to join in, which he did reluctantly. The camper claims there were at least five other abused children he knew of.

After the interview, the school did not pursue the case any further because the family didn't. But now they regret that decision.

School president, Retired Air Force Lt. Gen. John Rosa, said:

We're profoundly sorry, sorry that we didn't pursue it more. We acted on what we thought was our best information. When the family did not pursue the matter, we did not either. We should have. Regardless of whether the law said we were supposed to report or not, we should have reported this. We should have taken more action.

Reville has since been arrested and plead guilt to at least three counts. His lawyer says he is very sorry for what he has done.

Yikes! What an icky situation all around. We hope this doesn't ever happen again.
