50 Cent has been known to use beef and drama to boost album sales, but what about ending world hunger? The rapper recently used his Facebook platform to blast corporate greed and encourage his fans to make a difference in the world. Read his rant inside....

Rapper 50 Cent recently took to his Facebook page to stir up a new beef...but this time it was a good cause.

We told you earlier that 50 was using his "Street King" energy drink to feed hungry children (based on his number of page "Likes") and recently, he went on a rant popping off about corporate greed in America.

He posted,

The world is so f***** up

People don’t seem to care anymore

People seem to have distanced themselves from other people’s problems, they have been programmed not to care!

Politicians are corrupt…So many companies are corrupt and taking excessive profits in certain sectors…….and we keep allowing this s*** to happen

There are 1 billion plus people living in extreme poverty. You know what that is? You don’t know if your getting your next meal, no shelter, no medical. You have no chance of hustling your way out of it!

We have been programmed to not give a s*** about these people!

Well I have woken up and Im not turning a blind eye anymore!

Im not playing the game anymore. Our Company CEO’s and politicians want us to keep our heads down and not ask questions. Not demand the truth they don’t want us to care, they have trained us to turn a blind eye!

Because they control us and profit from us this way! to push back at them questions and threatens their lifestyles.

Children are dying everyday from hunger. Its f***** up, its wrong and I am angry

Im not going to shut up or give up – f*** the system, its wrong.

wake up we are being used!

Innocent children are dying each day…. we need to shout out to companies, politicians that we aren’t playing their games anymore

We are waking up to their lies and deceitful dealings

Im angry, Im going to make a difference and no one is going to stop me

Hmm......corporate America has been AND continues to be good to 50 Cent and his pocketbook, but I guess he can still see past his millions to know that others are suffering. And that is a good thing.

And response to his rant was so overwhelming, he later sent out a thank you and promised to highlight his fans in an upcoming ad saying,

To all of you who give a sh*t, care, believed in me and supported me and LIKED my Street King. Im going to put your individual names in an ad and run it in coming weeks in magazines to show you my thanks to you all.

She's no stranger to sex shops. Rihanna has been seen visiting them time and time again...both solo or with a boo. And this weekend was no different as she reportedly dropped some serious dough in just minutes.

Deets inside, and what the "We Found Love" director had to say about her casting decisions....

The Sun reports that Rihanna spent £1,000 (equivalent to about $1580) in about 5 minutes at a sex shop as soon as she touched down in Paris. And what was on her shopping list? French panties, toys, leather handcuffs, scented candles and bath-oils.

An onlooker at the Lovestore, in the Pont Neuf area of the French capital, said: "She knew exactly what she was after and didn't want any assistance picking out items."

"There was no dithering. She was grinning from ear to ear and seemed to be in a hurry to get back to her hotel."

Not mad at that. Gotta love a chick who knows what she wants. She was also spotted leaving her Paris hotel (above) clutching famed photographer Ellen von Unwerth's slightly X-rated photobook, Omahyra & Boyd. It features graphic sexual imagery of nudity, women in bondage gear and lesbian lovemaking, and fun party times with the featured models.

By the way, MTV chatted up director Melina Matsoukas about her decision to cast Breezy's doppelganger, Dudley O'Shaughnessey, as Rihanna's lover in the "We Found Love" video. And she said it had everything to do with meeting Rih's demands of casting someone smoking hot:

"I mean, in the casting she was like, 'You just need to find me some hot a** guy ... so then he had to be somebody she found attractive."

"Even with the actor we cast, we had a casting and there were tons of people that we looked at and I saw him," she said, noting that he had to look like he "was supposed to be some London rough kid and that's what he looks like to me. He's perfect because he doesn't feel like he American and he fit. We just saw pictures and I was like, 'His look is definitely good, but can he act?'"

"I love him! He's so cute! His look is gorgeous and then he was just an amazing actor and he really brought out in her an amazing performance," Matsoukas gushed. "It felt natural. It was like watching a love story on the monitor."

And her explanation for the controversial drug use and hypersexualized shots:

"There's a lot of comparisons to her real life, and that's not at all the intention.

We love, obviously, to do provocative imagery ... we always try to definitely push the limits. I think because, in the end, it's not really at all about domestic violence. It's really just about it being toxic, and they're on this drug trip and that definitely plays a part, but I think it's also about being triumphant over those weaknesses, and she leaves him. It's not trying to glorify that type of relationship. The bad parts of it, that's what you don't want. In the end, her leaving, it represents her getting that out of her life. The drugs and the addiction and the toxic -- that's what brings her downfall and brings a lot of harm."

Actress Jennifer Freeman threw a princess-themed birthday bash for her 2-year-old daughter Isabella Watson yesterday. See pics from the adorable party inside....

Mommy (who just turned 26 days ago) and daughter had some uber cute times at The COOP in Studio City yesterday.

2-yr-old Isabella, whose dad is Jen's hubby NBA baller Earl Watson, rocked a frilly pink tutu for her big day.

And she was crowned a princess by her mom.

Jen's good friends Cara Mia Wayans, Brooklyn Sudano, and Khadijah McCray joined in at Isabella's party.

Jen's little sis Megan Miller also attended Isabella's party.

Then Jen and Isabella posed with Khadijah and her son Christian.

Last night, Jennifer Lopez took the stage for the Mohegan Sun Arena's 15th anniversary celebration in Connecticut. But it appears her recent divorce and incessant gossip about her love life (and her new boo actor Bradley Cooper) is taking a toll on her. After dedicating part of her headlining performance to her famous ex-husbands and ex-boyfriends like Sean "Diddy" Combs, she reportedly broke down on stage.

Well this is peculiar. 42-year-old J.Lo looked fabulous as usual in a nude sparkling catsuit and white sparkling blazer as she hit the stage last night. But all that glitters aint gold. Because clearly Jenny is going through some things.

Radar Online reports that after she sang her 1999 hit "If You Had My Love" (which is all about trust), she had the look-a-likes of all her ex-men pop up on stage in spotlights. Even with look-a-likes of her to accompany them--like a chick rocking that now famous uber revealing green Versace dress (inset pic) she wore with Diddy to the 2000 Grammys.

She then revealed that the song, which was released during her tumultuous relationship with Diddy, was the first one she wrote about love. Then she oddly said, 'What is love? As the last song I wrote about love...a lot has changed since then.'

Then the site reports she recreated all her relationships with past loves on stage:

As she sang, pairs of dancers appeared in spotlights around her. One couple had a P. Diddy look-alike with the female dancer wearing a copy of her infamous slit-down-to-the navel Versace gown. Another had the male dancer mimicking Cris Judd with the girl in jeans and a T-shirt, while another pair had the girl wearing a seafoam green gown on the arm of a Ben Affleck double. Most telling was the dancing couple who recreated Lopez and Marc Anthony during their sizzling American Idol performance last May, just weeks before they announced their split.

And then chick broke down.

"At the end of the song she started sobbing and had to take a few moments to keep it together," an onlooker told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

"She held it together for one song but then ran offstage crying.

"She only sang a few more songs and she was obviously out of it. Everyone was so sad for her. It was really dramatic."

Damn homie. I always said Jenny was the only chick Diddy really loved and really wanted. Does she want that old thing back? Or was it all just a moment of love weakness we've all had? Time will tell....

Monica stopped by "The Russ Parr Morning Show" yesterday to dish on what's life like with Laker hubby Shannon Brown during the lockout, her album New Life, and moving to L.A.Peep the interview inside and see her on stage at Howard University's homecoming Friday night.

Monica hit the stage for Howard's homecoming R&B concert last night where she performed her old tracks and the new tracks from New Life.

Earlier yesterday, Monica dropped by the Russ Parr Morning Show, with her husband Shannon, to talk about the new album.

She revealed that she and Shannon have been "locking it in" during the NBA lockout and using this time to grow as a family. She also commented on the quality of her music after Russ said he could "hear" the happiness in her voice.

She said she is in a great personal space and has love and joy in her life...and it's coming out through the music. Also, she turns 31 on Monday, so there is also some emotional maturity taking place also. And when asked about moving to LA, she says she stays out of the "mix" and has her own circle of Georgia folks that she is surrounded by.
