Kim Kardashian Dodged Depo's Gossip Q's & Might Testify At Divorce Trial?! JUICY New Deets HERE!

Uh-oh! We hope Kimmy K knows what she's doing!

Kim Kardashian and her totally showing preggo eggo were deposed Tuesday in preparation for her impending divorce trial with NBA baller Kris Humphries, but we're learning totally new details about what went on behind close doors!

As it turns out, Kim's lawyer advised her not to answer many of the questions she was asked!

One source close to the situation reveals:

"The deposition was long and grueling... Kim was asked what media outlets she talks to, off the record, because Kris believes she has planted negative stories about him in the press. It's very well known that Kim talks to a tabloid gossip website on almost a daily basis, with no attribution to her. Kim refused to answer that line of questioning, on the instruction of her lawyer. Kim's refusal to answer could force her to take the witness stand at the divorce trial."

You know what else is long and grueling?

Zac Efron's glorious manstrument! Believe us, we know!

Also, a mama's pregnancy! Believe us, we know!

When her trial begins in may, Kim and Kanye West will be well on their way to knowing the miracle of parenthood -- would being cross-examined on the witness stand be too STRESSFUL for a woman with seven months worth of baby in her belly?!

We certainly hope not!

In the meanwhile, we'll keep you posted on all the new deets leading up to her May 6 trial!

By now, we ALL know about the famous Instagram pic that proves Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are still practicing making babiez hanging out.

But what we don't know, is what went on BEFORE that unexpected pic was snapped!

And it sounds like KStew got a little sassy with her Twilight hunk.

Laura Austin, who took the newsmaking pic of her friend with Robsten, has now revealed deets behind the night out!

She revealed how KStew not-so-sweetly encouraged R-Patz to pose and say "cheeeeese." She said:

"Kristen was enthusiastic about it, putting her arm around Lany and cracking a smile… however Robert wasn't keen on the idea… jokingly trying to get me to take the photo with his back to the camera. Kristen told him to stop being an asshole and the result is the photo that spread like wildfire."

Damn, gurl clearly isn't afraid of her man leaving her!

We certainly hope she was just teasing him because we'd hate to think R-Patz is so whipped.

Maria Shriver May Be NBC's NEW Special Correspondent! What Now, Arnold!

Looks like Arnold Schwarzenegger's estranged wife and journalist in her own right may be getting back in the career game!

Now that Maria Shriver no longer has to worry about the Governator, she has been in talks with NBC about joining their team as special correspondent. Her contract would "enable Maria to have the flexibility to appear on TODAY, NBC Nightly News and Dateline."

A source revealed:

"Maria had to give up her job as a reporter when Arnold became Governor of California. She's very excited about the prospect of returning back to reporting — and she thoroughly trusts NBC."

Maria, who made an appearance on the TODAY Show earlier this week, could be spending even more time with host Matt Lauer, who's been having some ratings troubles recently.

The source added:

"When Maria was reporting alongside Matt this week, she really tried to cheer him up... She thinks Matt was unfairly blamed for Ann Curry being axed, and has been made to be the scapegoat. Maria's a total pro and has been a long time friend to both Matt and [his wife Annette] . She just has this amazing ability to unify people, and the TODAY crew really enjoyed working with her again."

This is AH-mazing! What's more? We don't think she could've found a better way to stick it to her cheating hubby. HA!

One Direction Gets Punk'd By Saturday Night Takeaway Hosts Ant & Dec! Call An Ambulance!

That's right, Directioners. Your favorite five were the victims of a practical and soon-to-be very public joke!

UK's Saturday Night Takeaway hosts Ant and Dec decided they would pull a funny on One Direction for this weekend's episode of their variety show.

How and what did they do? Planned in advance to take place at the band's Madison Square Garden performance before Christmas, the prank went unexpectedly well. Ant explained:

"The ruse was that 1D's biggest fans had flown in to meet them... Dec dressed up as one called Jack from New Zealand and I was Ben, a TV host from there. I introduced him to the group - and the meeting didn't go as planned. But they fell for it."

Dec "faked an asthma attack," and before he and Ant could tell the boys it was all just one big practical joke, the band "panicked" and "called medical emergencies." Better yet, an ambulance and paramedics showed up!! LOLZZZZ!

We have to say, though, if we ACTUALLY suffered an asthma attack, we'd want it to be around these lovelies. Ch-ch-check out (above) poor Harry Styles holding an oxygen mask to Dec's face.
