On Thursday, Miley Cyrus spent the day with some students at a school in Bogota, Colombia. Her visit was brief, as she had her only concert in the country that night, but she made a real impact on the children who were all big fans! Very nice! Yesterday, Amy Adams, her fiancee Darren Le Gallo and their baby Aviana took advantage of the beautiful afternoon and grabbed some lunch at The Grove. Someone has inherited her mother's gorgeous red hair! Look at the cutie! She's just adorable! So nice that this little family found time to just spend some downtime together. That's so important! | Lady GaGa Surprises Some Devoted Little Monsters With Love & Donuts! Posted: 21 May 2011 12:00 PM PDT Our wifey knows how to love her fans! There's been a gaggle of little monsters camped out at Rockefeller Center in NYC since Thursday night, all waiting anxiously for the chance to nab tickets to see Lady GaGa perform on Saturday Night Live. Since the ticket situation is a raffle, they stood the chance of braving the NYC elements for nothing and never getting to see their idol - that is, until GaGa showed up that night to greet them! GaGaloo, along with boxes of Dunkin' Donuts and Famiglia Pizza, spent an hour or so with 25 of her most devoted fans who were waiting in line. She chatted them up, signed autographs and took pictures with them, the whole time thanking them for their support. An NBC source revealed that the next morning, she sent the crew coffee to warm them up after a night spent on the street! Such a class act! | Will Brit Brit Perform At The Billboard Music Awards? Posted: 21 May 2011 11:20 AM PDT You'll have to tune in tomorrow night to be sure, but almost all the signs point to YES! Reportedly, Britney Spears is en route to Las Vegas as she has been slated to perform not once, but twice at the Billboard Music Awards. First, Brit Brit will be on hand for the show opening, performing S&M with Rihanna to kick things off. Then, later in the night, she will take to the stage again to perform Till The World Ends, but she will be joined by tour mate Nicki Minaj to belt out the remix. This will be the first time ever the duo will perform the remix live and it might just give us a glimpse of what is to come on the tour! Outstanding! Oh, we so hope she shows up! Fingers crossed that somewhere on the Strip right now, Britney is ordering room service while staring out at the Bellagio fountains and considering the irony of dancing to Till The World Ends the day after the world was actually supposed to end. William & Kate Return From Seychelles Honeymoon Posted: 21 May 2011 10:40 AM PDT And somehow, some way, they managed to spend the last 10 days together, blissfully uninterrupted by the press. How fabulous it must've been for them! Palace officials have confirmed that Prince William and Duchess Catherine have returned from their honeymoon on the island nation of the Seychelles. Reps for the royal couple reveal that the newlyweds had an amazing experience, "thoroughly enjoyed their time together, and they are grateful to the Seychelles government for their assistance in making the honeymoon such a memorable and special 10 days." Well, they deserved it and bravo to the Seychelles government for offering them every precaution to protect their privacy. | Oprah Winfey's All-Time Favorite Guest Is… Posted: 21 May 2011 10:20 AM PDT Not a celebrity or a politician or a person who found real fame and fortune after meeting the famed talk show host. Oprah Winfrey's all-time favorite guest is a woman, not an average one by any means, but one who, as Oprah puts it "encapsulates the essence of every lesson we've shared over the past 25 years." On Friday's show, the last Friday show ever for Oprah, she revealed that her favorite guest of all time was Dr. Tererai Trent. A Zimbabwean woman who was denied an education all her life, was married at 11, had three children by 18, and whose husband beat her every day. It was her dream to leave her life behind, move to America for an education and earn a PhD. By the time she first appeared on Oprah two years ago, she had accomplished all those things. As Dr. Trent and Big O regaled about their time together and Dr. Trent's harrowing life story, she revealed to O that her new dream is to build a school in her home of Zimbabwe, so other children could be privy to an education she wasn't. That's when Oprah had her look under her seat (proverbially) and announced she was donating $1.5 million to such a school built! Trent cried. Oprah cried. The audience cried. The world cried. It was emotional. It was also the last time we'll all ever watch Oprah's show in its truest form. | Tom Cruise Heads Into Oblivion Posted: 21 May 2011 09:40 AM PDT Boy, Tommy just isn't satisfied until he makes a movie in every genre this year, huh! On the heels of starting production on the musical flick Rock of Ages, Tom Cruise has now committed to starring in a new science fiction film for Universal Pictures. Now, since this is Tom Cruise we're talking about here, the man behind the rebooted Mission:Impossible, Vanilla Sky and War of The Worlds, you know this isn't just some run-of-the-mill, Octopussysaurus, SyFy movie shenanigans. This is some legit, big-budget, epic stuff! Tom is poised to take the lead role in Oblivion, based off the Radical Publishing graphic novel. The story is about a group of folks in the future who are forced to live in clouds as Earth has been rendered uninhabitable. Tom plays a lone solider who still works on the Earth's surface, repairing the robots that battle savage alien life forms. Then, this beautiful woman crashes into the planet unexpectedly and well, you can guess what happens from there. Sound like UR kinda movie? Think Tom is right for the part? Discuss! | A Day In The Life Of A Guido In Florence Posted: 21 May 2011 09:20 AM PDT Never will you know such splendor and bliss as these fabulous Italians do. Join us as we live vicariously through them during their whirlwind tour of Florence! The cast of the Jersey Shore woke yesterday morning to the sound of birds chirping and grenade whistles sounding off outside their guido compound, marking the start of a new day for them. JWOWW, The Situation, Ronnie and DJ Pauly D started their day off as any self-proclaimed fist-pumper would: they had something to eat at Trattoria de Guido. WHERE ELSE?! From there, the crew met up with Vinny and Snooki Snickers to do a bit more exploring of the city's fine architecture and years of historical wonders. Just kidding - they went shopping, AGAIN. The boys picked out some new threads for T-Shirt time, while the ladies tried to find pretty dresses to match their hats. After about an hour of perusing the old market, they tried to find their way back to the apartment but had difficulty reading their ancient GPS system called a map. It's didn't even talk to them! Rude! Once they finally found their place, they headed straight back out again for a little nighttime fun! Only a few hours later did they all return and The Situation had not one, but two girls join him. Either he's finally caught on to the language or he's learned enough key phrases to effectively weed out the potential grenades in Florence! Ha! And as the sunsets over the Florence cityscape, the guidos got nestled all snug in their beds, awaiting the morning, when the adventure starts up all over again! Jealous???
