His arrest, executed on charges of marijuana possession, occurred the same day as the release of his straight-to-DVD film Soulja Boy: The Movie. And due to his arrest, he missed out on some positive publicity, but later tweeted:

| Lindsay Bailed Out! She's Free … For Now!!! Posted: 19 Oct 2011 01:10 PM PDT Guess that trip to Europe that kept her from her Shoplifter's Alternative classes but strangely not her therapy sessions really paid off. Nice to know she still has $100k lying around! After this mornings whirlwind courtroom nightmare, Lindsay Lohan has made bail and wil return home after having her probation revoked by Judge Stephanie Sautner. She's free for now, but only until Nov. 2nd, when her hearing begins and she could end up getting more than a year in jail. But her publicist seems pretty optimistic that her client won't end up in the slammer again. She told the press shortly after the hearing:

So...much... Today, after countless violations and a defense with more holes in it than swiss cheese, Lindsay Lohan's probation was revoked and she was arrested on the spot for being in violation of the terms of her probation. Judge Stephanie Saunter saw to it that Lindsay be put in handcuffs immediately after her verdict was passed and carted off to the baliff's office where she no doubt made bail without seeing a second of time in jail. Relive the momentous twist in Lindsay's case with these action shots from inside the courtroom! Her faces say it all; she's mystified, scared, lost, confused, sleepy, hazy, listless and we sense a certain amount of regret is hiding behind her eyes. Carson Kressley was eliminated during last night's episode of Dancing With The Stars (check it out above), but according to him, he expected to be the one getting the boot once he and partner Anna Trebunskaya found out they were in the bottom two! | Occupy Wall Street Protestors Seeking To Go National! And They Have Demands! Posted: 19 Oct 2011 11:50 AM PDT Shiz is about to get REAL. Last Saturday, approximately 15,000 to 20,000 Occupy Wall Street protestors occupied Times Square for a New York general assembly, in which they reportedly formed a "Demands Working Group." The group "established a website and fairly educated/articulated list of solutions," which we're hearing COULD become their national platform. Wow. Aside from posting their list of demands, they also made the following announcement about a national convention, which they'll hold on July 4, 2012:

Posted: 19 Oct 2011 11:20 AM PDT We all know that Lindsay was in court for various reasons today, but what many might not know is that while she was in court she got totally served -- served a lawsuit regarding the rehab attack. What! Nothing like getting in all kinds of legal shenanigans in one sitting! Here's what happened:
