Holy whips and chains!

It seems like only yesterday that the casting news spilled as Fifty Shades of Grey announced it had its super scandalicious leads. But now it looks like the big search is back on for one of the deliciously naughty stars who will be ready to dive head first into the world of S&M.

It was announced today that Charlie Hunnam has chickened out bailed due to other obligations as Universal Pictures commented:

"The filmmakers of Fifty Shades of Grey and Charlie Hunnam have agreed to find another male lead given Hunnam's immersive TV schedule which is not allowing him time to adequately prepare for the role of Christian Grey."

Not our Christian Grey! We - and likely Dakota Johnson - were totes excited for all his shirtless seksiness about to take over the big screen!

But with Sons of Anarchy being a huge hit and all, we can totes understand his schedule conflict.

We just hope Ian Somerhalder is free to fill those billionaire sexaholic shoes. Maybe??

Kim Zolciak Is Tardy For The Party Because She's Busy Winning Kandi Burruss' Lawsuit Against Her!

Oh wait, wait, wait. That's not what this fight is about!

Kim Zolciak might have gotten the smackdown from NeNe Leakes with that one, but now she's on the winning side because she has successfully defeated Kandi Burruss' lawsuit against her!

The wig-lovin', wine-chuggin' queen was being sued by her former Real Housewives of Atlanta costar - who was repped by none other than the donkey booty queen Phaedra Parks - over the accusation that she had swindled Kandi out of profits from their AH-Mazingly awesome song Tardy for the Party.

But if you're going to mess with Kim, you better be ready for wigs to fly! After Kandi filed her suit, Kim responded and accused Kandi of filing as part of a publicity stunt to promote her show The Kandi Factory.

And it seems the judge was Team Wig because the court sided with Kim supposedly based on a technicality involving federal court jurisdiction.

Well, either that or the judge is a HUGE Tardy for the Party fan!

Lorde Finds A New Bestie In Kanye West

Is this a beginning of a new friendship?!

Probably not, but hey, a popstar can dream!

According to the singer, Lorde rubbed elbows with Kanye West when the two were in Londontown for a performance on the talk show Later with ... Jools Holland.

And, much to everyone's surprise, he was pretty chill!

The singer said:

"He said he liked the messages [in my songs], which is cool. I kept saying to myself, 'Keep cool. This is normal.'

He's a really mellow dude - super relaxed. He had this big old grill, and I wanted to touch it, but I restrained myself."

The Royals singer also goes on to say 'Ye shook hands with her band members and he was super chatty!

Okay, maybe Kanye is a nice person, he's just not nice to paps!

But, about that grill...we're sure Yeezy wouldn't have appreciated you poking your fingers into his mouth, Lorde!

It does make us laugh that you had the urge to touch his grill. LOLz!

Justin Bieber Accused Of Shirtless ATTACK On DJ's Manager After Getting DENIED At The Club!

Ruh roh, little Biebsy!

Looks like someone has got themselves into a big pile of trouble once again.

Justin Bieber might need to learn to be on his best behavior because he's getting a bad rep pretty damn quickly. And things are only getting worse because he's accused of being a big ol' baby starting a fight after being denied the music he wanted to hear at a nightclub.

DJ Michael Woods (pictured above with the Biebs) spilled all the deliciously disastrous beans on Twitter after his wackadoodle run in with the Biebs in South Korea. He tweeted:

Add Michael to the list of celebs demanding the Biebs spend some of his millions on a shirt. But have they seen his bod lately? It's pretty shirtless-worthy!

But this story doesn't end here because the party's host, Ben Baller, is claiming the Biebs wasn't in the wrong!

He's reportedly said the DJ is blowing it all out of proportion because NO punches were thrown! Although, he did admit there was a little tiff going on between the two when the Biebs came up to the DJ booth.

We're not sure what to believe since the Canadian clubber hasn't exactly avoided dramz lately, but all we can say for sure is this DJ is totes NOT a Belieber.

Vampire Diaries has released a new extended clip for the upcoming episode titled Original Sin featuring Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder in bed together!!

Unfortunately, it's nothing too steamy, but something Damon says to Elena makes her think twice about believing her dreams.

We mean, it is weird that your girlfriend is having dreams about her ex and not about you...but if Elena ignores her dreams, does that mean Stefan is doomed?!

Oh noes!!

Ugh, the suspense is killing us. When they eventually find out, we'll be waiting for an apology from Damon to Elena and Stefan.

George Clooney & Matt Damon Save Paintings & Shoot Bad Guys In New Monuments Men Trailer!

The Monuments Men movie kind of looks like Ocean's 11 (minus Brad Pitt) meets Saving Private Ryan (if Private Ryan was a work by Pablo Picasso)!

In this new trailer, Matt Damon and George Clooney play soldiers who want art to continue to leave a lasting impression (or post-impression) on society, as they attempt to save some of Europe's greatest cultural monuments before they're destroyed by the Nazis who stole them.

Hmm maybe they can save OUR National Monuments, seeing how they're all closed from the government shutdown! Some of those have art in them!
