SPEAKING OUT: Lamar Odom Gets Candid About Khloe Kardashian, Hints At RETURNING To The Lakers & Says, "I'm STILL Handsome" Posted: 22 Oct 2013 08:59 AM PDT Lamar Odom was spotted at a restaurant in LA yesterday and he chatted it up with a cameraman.  Find out what he said about Khloe Kardashian and re-signing with the Lakers inside.....   Lamar Odom--who was rocking his wedding ring--channeled his "inner" Kardashian yesterday and opened up for the camera when a TMZ videographer interrupted his lunch at Sweet Butter Kitchen in Sherman Oaks, California.  He actually engaged the cameraman and played along with all the questions he was asked.  Here are the interesting highlights:  On re-signing with The Lakers: "We'll take it day by day.  That's all you can do"   On living: "I'm alive.  Being alive...does it beat the alternative?  What's the alternative to being alive?" On his outlook in life: He said he eats healthy because it's the only way to be in "parades".  He said "parades" and "winning" are important to Lakers fans.  He added, "It's all about treating people good and being a nice guy." On being on "Keeping Up With The Kardashians": He was asked if he enjoyed being on the show and he said "Of course I did. It almost won an Emmy!"  He added that he hadn't spoken to Kim and wished her a happy birthday....yet.     On the Khloe Kardashian: The cameraman asked if he'd spoken to Khloe and he said, "Do you see my wedding ring on?"  - SIDEBAR - He WAS wearing his wedding ring! "Crazy Sexy Cool: The TLC Story" (FULL MOVIE) + Juicy Reactions From T-Boz And TLC Founding Member Crystal Jones Posted: 22 Oct 2013 07:11 AM PDT The highly-anticipated VH1 biopic Crazy Sexy Cool: The TLC Story aired last night and we have the FULL movie inside in case you missed it, plus reactions from T-Boz, Pebbles and founding member Crystal Jones.   Last night, VH1 aired Crazy Sexy Cool: The TLC Story, and the group's founding member Crystal Jones (whom we introduced you to yesterday) appeared on Ryan Cameron's V103 morning show in Atlanta to give her reaction (and other deets) about the group's backstory.  Because VH1 def played her out in her portrayal in the movie.  Ha! Crystal sat alongside Ian Burke (her manager in the 90s) and they both claimed that TLC was their brainchild.  Here are the highlights from their interview: -Ian said he initially rejected Lisa from the group because she wore a dress to the audition and he was looking for a girl in baggy clothes. He changed his mind one Lisa rapped for him and she told him she normally wears baggy clothes. -Ian recalled going to T-Boz's house at 2am (because she couldn't make it to the audition) and said he knew she was "the one" as soon as she opened her front door. -They credited Jermaine Dupri for having Tionne sing in her lower register (giving TLC their signature song). -Crystal has an "issue" with how she was portrayed during the audition scene. She said she "can" sing and added that Pebbles DID give her a contract but she didn't sign it because she wanted her mom to look over it. (She refused to sing when the radio hosts asked her to though because, she said, she doesn't do it anymore.) Ha! -Ian said TLC was never supposed to be a "singing group"---it was supposed to be a "movement" -Ian revealed that SWV was actually called TLC, but they had to change their name because TLC came out first. -Crystal said her memoir is not about TLC, but that TLC is a part of her life. She's not bitter about the situation, adding that she's matured and everything happens for a reason. They both hit Twitter after the interview....   Meanwhile, we told you that Pebbles has hinted at "lawyering up" on her Twitter timeline.  Here's what T-Boz had to say about that..... SHOCKER...OR NOT: Kanye & Kim Are ENGAGED! (Pics From The Proposal INSIDE!) Posted: 22 Oct 2013 05:45 AM PDT Get ready for another LONG spurt of media frenzy around Kanye West and Kim Kardashian.  Because dude just popped the question on Kim's 33rd birthday.    Deets on how he did it inside and pics from the proposal.... K&K are officially engaged!  Nope...we're not shocked.  At all.  But the way Kanye proposed was a shocker to the mother of his 4 month old daughter & her fam. He flew into San Francisco yesterday as he prepares to take the stage for the Yeezus tour tonight in nearby San Jose.  So, according to E! News, the "Black Skkkinhead" rapper rented out AT&T Park for the night where the Giants MLB team play....and got down on 1 knee.  And supposedly it's a whopper of a 15 carat diamond by Lorraine Schwartz.  One to make her forget about her umpteen carat diamond wedding ring from Kris Humphries from a few years back. Reportedly, her whole fam was there as well to take in the momentous occasion they've seen a few times before involving Kim.  And he had her fave song playing, "Young & Beautiful" by Lana Del Ray. And what surprised Kim even more, we're sure, is that  Kanye actually stopped at the Hollywood Film Awards earlier in the night as soon as he touched down.  And he presented the first award of the night. This should be interesting.  And we're sure we'll be seeing that rock pop up on Instagram pretty soon.  Pics are here:     Looks like both got what they've been wanting.  Kanye copped what's been the object of his infatuation for years, and Kim copped herself a new husband. VIDEO FAB: Azealia Banks' "ATM Jam" Featuring Pharrell + KeKe Palmer's "Work Like You Love Me" (Teaser) Posted: 21 Oct 2013 03:58 PM PDT Azealia Banks just released a colorful visual for the "ATM Jam" track featuring Pharrell.  Watch the video inside.... Azealia Banks has taken a time out from drama and teamed up with director Rony Alwin for her "ATM Jam" video.  Although Pharrell, who produced the song and sings the hook, doesn't appear in the clip, Rony and Azealia still furnish enough psychedelic eye candy.   The video carries a flower child-theme and was filmed at Jimmy Goldstein's famed Hollywood Hills residence.  It also features scenes of Azealia in a bikini and busting of a few dance moves. In the meantime, Azealia Banks is burning up the dance charts of Britney Spears' "Work Bitch" (Remix).  Watch "ATM Jam" above.....   In other new music...... Actress Keke Palmer introduced fans to her new "sound" on her latest single, "Work Like You Love Me".  Keke spoke of the Bangladesh-produced track saying, "I'm excited to release "Work Like You Love Me" as a thank you to all my fans for their support! Rihanna Allegedly Asked To LEAVE Abu Dhabi's Grand Mosque, REVEALS River Island's 2013 Winter Collection + Grambling University RETALIATES Against Students Amid Protests Posted: 21 Oct 2013 02:08 PM PDT Rihanna has revealed images from her upcoming River Island winter collection. See images inside and get deets on what happened after her photoshoot in Abu Dhabi this weekend.     Also, find out about the headline making drama between Grambling University students and the administration.     Over the weekend, we told you about Rihanna's chic photoshoot at Abu Dhabi's Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, and now we've learned that local officials WERE NOT impressed by the pics. The Guardian reports that RiRi was asked to leave the mosque by officials who felt the pics violated the "sanctity" of the site. Luckily for her, she got away with a "warning" and didn't get stoned.  She also caught some internet lashes from fans who were also offended.  But the pics are still up on her IG account. In other Rihanna news, her final collection for River Island will land in stores on November 7th.  According to UK Vogue, the 2013 Winter Collection features "glittering dresses, strappy heels and skintight skirts, but also more casual pieces that allude to the star's tomboyish streak - including bomber jackets and denim jumpsuits." Fans will find faux fur cossack hats, ribbed hooded tops, fur-trimmed puffer jackets, tartan patterned crop tops, tapered trousers and outerwear.   See more pics from the collection here.   Down in Grambling, Louisiana....   Grambling University is getting a serious side-eye after two student reporters were disciplined for participating in protests against the school. According to allDigitocracy, the online editor was fired and the opinions page editor is under a two-week suspension from GSU's student newspaper, The Gramblinite, after they published tweets and photos that may have contributed to growing tensions between students and administrators.   If you're wondering what the students were protesting about, it all boils down to lack of resources.  In addition to complaints about poor funding of sports programs (Grambling's football team has been on strike and forfeited Friday's Homecoming game against Jackson State University), students were also upset about crumbling buildings and fewer academics resources. It seems that the problems at Grambling go far beyond their football team's (0-7) record.  In a grievance letter sent to Grambling State University's Alumni Association, the football players complained about department's underfunding and how its impacted their field performance.  Meanwhile, GSU students had their own set of issues with respect to the university. Once student reporter started "covering" the on-campus tension when the school’s Director of Public Relations and Communications, former journalist Will Sutton, stepped in and attempted to silence them.   David Lankster Sr., the "fired" editor said, "I was the only one on the ground hearing from the students and players....Sutton was trying to mute our voice because we were tweeting the real news, the truth about what was going on.” Though GSU has its problems, campus students won't read ANY of this in their school newspaper because they've been stifled.  Should university officials be allowed to suppress student protests that embarrass them?    UPDATE:  The Grambling Football team has decided to end their boycott complete the remainder of the football season but noted "the foundation of its protest has not been forgotten."  Looks like the annual Bayou Classic is safe...for now.     Photos via River Island/VOGUE UK/Rihanna's Instagram

Derrick Rose Is Back On The Market After Break Up With Baby Mama Mieka.....And Back On The Court Posted: 21 Oct 2013 01:13 PM PDT NBA baller Derrick Rose is back on the market.  Calm your heels and your panties ladies.  Dude seems extra focused on getting his game back to top notch.   Deets inside... Now that his ACL is healed, Chicago Bulls star Derrick Rose is back on the court and has been balling out during the pre-season games. But his romantic life is a wrap....at least with his baby moms Mieka Reese. Mieka took to Instagram to inform the world that they are no longer together.  She posted the above pic of their baby boy PJ saying: So, what caused her to split from the man who allegedly sponsored her entire life upgrade with a new condo, new wardrobe, new business and more?  We've heard rumblings from non-credible sources.  But nothing has yet to be confirmed. We're sure time will tell very soon.  Especially if a new chick comes into the picture.     By the way, the two co-parents were front and center for PJ's 1st birthday party (Monster Mash theme) just 2 weeks ago.  How cute! FIRST LOOK: "Single Ladies" Season 3 Sneak Peek Posted: 21 Oct 2013 12:37 PM PDT The new season of "Single Ladies" is upon us.  Check out what's in store for LisaRaye, Denise Vasi and Charity Shea for Season 3...   If you're itching to see what goes down witht he romantic lives of the "Single Ladies" in the 3rd season, it returns January 2014.   VH1's highly rated scripted series is on deck for more steamy affairs and juicy love lives of the three starring ladies. In case you've been under a rock, the romantic comedy series with Keisha (LisaRaye McCoy), Raquel (Denise Vasi) and April (Charity Shea) is about three best friends with different philosophies on love, sex and relationships, proving not all women have the same desires. This season will guest star singer LeToya Luckett, who will be playing Felicia Price.  She's very cold and dismissive (a la "Devil Wears Prada") and founder of Price Management, the premiere music management company in the country. BET's “Second Generation Wayans” actor Damien Dante Wayans will also pop up this season as David Berenger, a slick manager at Price Management who is on the Atlanta Music scene.   And also with a new role--former Starz “Spartacus” actress Lesley-Ann Brandt as Naomi Cox, a demure, scheming gold-digger who comes in the premiere episode and turns one relationship on its head. How cute!   "The Game' actress Tae Heckard showed the world a glimpse of her and rapper Nelly's bowling date night last night.  You can see him playfully (and in a sexy way too) attacking her ear and a sweet kiss in an above pic.
