Joan Rivers Settles Fashion Police Writers' Strike Dramz With WGA! Find Out What She Lost HERE!

Yesterday the WGA East finally settled its months long dispute with Joan Rivers, but the outcome will shock you!!!

The TV personality faced a disciplinary hearing later this month over possibly violating union rules by writing and showrunning Fashion Police while its writers were on strike, but instead the WGA-E totally settled with the superstar!!

As part of the agreement, Joan vowed to quit writing from here on out.

She said:

"[I will not] render any writing services even though as a comedian and SAG-AFTRA host, I often write material for myself."

Former writers for Fashion Police have been on strike since April and claim they're owed over $1 mil in backpay.

We already told you we were disappointed by Joan's unwillingness to support her writers. They merely wanted fair compensation for so eloquently crafting her material, but she never went to war with the network for them!

WGA East president Michael Winship seemed happy with the outcome. He admitted:

"We are very pleased that we have been able to resolve the charges against Ms. Rivers and will not be proceeding to a disciplinary hearing. We recognize Ms. Rivers' support for the striking writers and her illustrious career. We are also pleased that, as part of the resolution of the Charges, Ms. Rivers has agreed not to write during the strike and to meet with E! to advocate for immediate contract negotiations in support of the Fashion Police writers."

Sigh... This isn't really the outcome we expected.

The friendly exes were spotted leaving the same car in Beverly Hills, the X-Factor judge and his former girlfriend split ways to run quick errands. They met back up again and headed over to Simon's house.

We wonder what you two were doing behind closed doors!

Probably just shared some birthday cake.

Britney Spears' Entourage Tired Of Her NO ALCOHOL Rule! Reportedly Sneaking Drinks Behind Her Back!

After kicking her alcohol addiction, Britney Spears decided the easiest way to stay clean was to ban booze for good!

NO ONE is allowed to drink anywhere near her. But how is that rule working with her friends? Apparently not so well!

Britney went with her BF David Lucado and a half dozen others to dinner in El Lay on Monday night. According to an inside source, the alcohol was flowing freely at the hotel bar - until Britney arrived.

When the Work Bitch singer showed up, everyone tossed or abandoned their drinks, keeping them hidden so that they could sit at the Queen B's table!

When a waitress tried to return one female friend's wine glass to her, she flat out denied ever having ordered it!

But it seemed there was a vodka-scented sigh of relief as soon as the diva turned in for the evening. According to the source, the party returned to the bar and at least one of Brit's friends made up for the lost time by downing three drinks in a row!

Sounds like someone might have a problem. Maybe they should talk to Britney about how to kick it! (You gotta work b*tch!)

Miley Cyrus Reveals Relationship With Terry Richardson As Shock-Worthy Match Made In Heaven!

Girl (Miley Cyrus) meets famous photographer boy (Terry Richardson) and magic ensues!

These two crazy kids stirred up quite the controversy recently, when Terry posted some NSFW pics to his blog of the former Hannah Montana star!

But did you know the famed photog helped bring Mileybird's Wrecking Ball video to life?!

In a new interview, the singer revealed how she approached Terry as director for the project, and her Sinead O'Connor Nothing Compares 2 U esq. vision for the vid:

"I said a lot of people tried to recreate it, a lot of people have tried to get that emotion in but there's something about the way he did it."

The duo knew they wanted to create something obviously sexual and shocking (Miles' nekked bod swinging on a ball and chain...DUH), but realized the piece ultimately had to be driven by emotion to achieve their desired message:

"Well, it couldn't be the same kind of shock as 'Can't Stop' it had to be like, "Woah I didn't expect Terry Richardson and I didn't expect all this." It has to be the full package because you can talk about the sexuality all you want but you also have to reference back that it's Terry. You have to respect the fact that it's art, you have to respect the fact that when you watch the video it makes you feel something and gets you choked up at some points."

...Not exactly sure if the vid got us crying or on boner patrol! LOLz!

But either way, she's a queen who just can't stop being Miley!

And for that, we love her!

Let's hope these two continue to work together in perfect harmony!
